Appointment time was not exact but it was a good experience. Plenty of room for waiting . Folks were friendly and nice .Was not covid prevention oriented. No one wore mask was very disappointed in that. Probably will go back when covid is not a factor.

Quick, friendly, efficient and economical! After hitting road debris - evidently 2 screws lodged themselves into one of my rear tires. I hobbled in, and within 20 minutes was on my way. Great service!

I had a great experience here; I needed tires for my old pick up truck and they had the best price in town! My truck is over 30 years old and its getting harder to find many options for 15 rims. They had an inexpensive tire that suits my seldom-driven Chevy. They also offer inspections and fairly quick service. Ill be back!

My husband and I were in Hendersonville for a vacation and our tire warning light came on! We stopped at City Tire and were treated extremely well by the owner and his staff. First time customer. Came in for an appointment at 11 a.m. to have two new tires put on. At 12:05 pm they took my car into the garage. Told me, Were running a few minutes behind. When the job was finally done the bill was presented with no apparent concern that Id waited over an hour for a 15-20 min job. No attempt to compensate me for the hour with a special service thrown in. Never say never, but there are plenty of tire shops in town that might want my business more.

I stopped by City Tire when I was in town picking up the kids from camp. I needed trailer tires, I was met with prompt, courteous service. The tires were swapped out, the gentleman smiled and said thank you. It was a wonderful experience. I can not stress how great these people are. Earliest in town to open - and they have courteous personalities!!!! I will stop there whenever I am in the area and need anything they sell.

I had two rims that were damaged. One the dealership told me was too bent to be fixed and the other was damaged by another tire shop. They were great to work with and fixed both rims even the one the dealership told me had to be replaced because it could not be fixed. They could not have been nicer. My sister had to drop off the rims and they were awesome with her. The turn around time was fast and unexpected. The work they did was awesome and I would recommend City Tire no question. They worked magic on my rims.

Because their day was extremely busy they did not complete repairs. However Carson was very helpful with explaining what happened and the work was certainly faster and cheaper than going through the dealer who subs out the work to City Tire anyways.

They have repaired 2 of my bent rims back to new! Highly recommend for all you rim repairs and tires!

The best cheapest great service at the old shop on 7th ave.now i went to the new location that they didnt tell me they moved went there today to buy tires the retard outside had me waiting for 10 minutes before he said uh they can help you inside got in there the woman inside had me wait on her for another 10 minutes before she even opened her mouth left the car there they called me at 4:30 because i was also getting an inspection they said the car was stalling out so they couldnt drive a stick shift when i got there i started the car ran just fine and asked them to do an oil change was full of oil when i got there when i got home it was 3 quarts low and the oil pan was wet on top of that i got a quote for $178 out the door when i checked out she tried to charge me $213 my suggestion to anyone needing ang vehicle service DO NOT take it here dumbest mongaloids owning a business do not ever take your business here your better running your car in to a brick wall
