Ive been waiting on one part for my 2017 Ford Fusion for almost a MONTH now. I need my trunk fixed!! I definitely dont recommend them. I understand the mail being behind, but this is flat out ridiculous. Im calling the owner of the dealership I purchased my car from about finding somewhere else to get my car fixed (its on them my trunk is broke anyways) considering they refer this place to customers, they sure do show poor communication and commitment!!

I love the employees who work here, especially the owner. The staff and owner, are great at servicing and repairing, expediting, and satisfying the customer.Their service is truly unbeatable. My words of gratitude can not explain what this shop has done for my sports car. I would not let any other shop touch my car other than, Get It Done Complete Automotive. I completely have full trust in this shop, to do the best job for my investment.I can not express how many times Get It Done Complete Automotive has saved my investment form treachery.I highly recommend them!!!

The service at Get it Done is the best Ive ever experienced at a mechanic shop! I trust them with my vehicle for anything that it needs done. I dont get over charged. Always fair and honest and I have sent my friends there who have also been satisfied. Thanks to the repairmen and owners Bob and Bridgette for always taking care of me! Nightmare is the word that best describes my experience with Get it Done auto repair. They had my Escalade for over 2 months to attempt to fix my air conditioning. They used my vehicle as a service truck while in their care. When I picked it up the back carpet was soaked in motor oil my seats were filthy my fuse cover was missing my radio knobs missing there were receipts from department store I dont shop at in my truck. The owner denied using my truck in such a manner but he doesnt know I found his 3 foot funnel under my 3rd row seat. $470.00 later and guess what..... My air still doesnt work. Hacks rip offs and liars. Never get my business again.
