Super helpful and friendly staff, great shoe selection and prices!

Went to store today approximately around 5:56 on tax free weekend to buy my children some shoes. Door was locked. My daughter pulled on the door. Employee who claimed he was a manager open the door and was rude with my child saying that they were closed. Other couple waiting to come in replied that it was not 6 oclock yet and he locked door and was asked for upper managements number. He said he was the manager. I then called the store for this information and he said hed already talked with me and hung up in my face. I need to speak with his boss!

I ordered a pair of converse hi tops online & received them but I ordered to big so I took to local Rack Room Shoes & exchanged them in mins... They were very helpful & seemed like they were real cool w/ helping me. I will return & recommend to others as well! So cute black converse w/ leopard tongue & leopard strip on back! #BestChuckTaylorsEver!

I have to try to control myself everytime I go in here because the BOGO sales suck me in! But Ive always been pleased with their selection and pricing. Nearly all of my shoes come from here.

Every person that left set off the alarm, including us, because the shoes still had the anti theft tag 😏store wasnt even busy. Also I was asked if I wanted the other shoe since the shoebox only had one shoe in it.... Are you serious? No, I only want to pay 50 dollars for ONE shoe.

It isnt easy for me to find shoes that are great for work. And the session there was amazing. The sale they had (on some of them) was buy 1 get the other for 1/2 off. What a great deal that is.

Easy. They had what I needed, and I was in and out and onto other things.

Rack room is good for their BOGO deals. I have trouble finding my size a lot on the shoes Im looking for but they are helpful and will check other locations for you. The pricing deals make it ideal for kid shoe shopping where you can mitigate the cost of the never ending need for new kids shoes.

Couldn’t find any shoes in the size we needed. No one asked if I needed help. Both employees on duty stood up front talking. After finding the shoes I wanted they were marked an incorrect price on the shelf and were more at the register. The “manager trainee” said sorry and walked off. Horrible customer service. Next time I’ll make an extra 5 min drive to shoe carnival.

Overpriced

Terrible customer service. The employees cared more about their conversations with each other & their friends at the register than helping customers. No one bothered to leave the register to ask if we needed help & 2 employees were on their phones. We left to shop at a place that could help us find what we needed. There was hardly any guests in the store & no one was checking out so. I need to all be at the register.

They told us we could exchange shoes. When we came back the owner was very rude and said he didnt care who said It, that we were not going to be able exchange them for the right size. Will not be going back.

If i can give this place no stars i would they are the rudest people i’ve ever meet.Im a male and i was trying on heels to see if they fit me and my friend tried them too and one of the workers come up to us and say,”this isn’t dress up buy them or get out” and then after we said we didn’t want to buy they he continued to say,”get the hell out of my store”.This store is the so rude and wish it gets new employees.
