Rudest young girl at the cash register. I will never be back to shoe carnival even my two teenagers were mad as they felt the girl was very snotty and disrespectful.

Okay I really like Shoe Carnival. My disappointment does not come from the Hendersonville store, but from the shipment of my online order. So I ordered two pair of the womens Clarks Padmora tie up loafers online (and by the way guys the Padmora by Clarks is the most comfortable shoe in life). One in the sand suede and one in the brown smooth leather, both in 8 1/2.. The sand suede came delivered a perfect fit, but the brown leather was delivered as a size 7 inside the 8 1/2 box. I took that pair back to the Hendersonville store and was greeted and treated wonderfully. No questions, no magnifying glass to the shoes for signs of wear, just a sincere apology and a smooth process with refunding my money... Great customer service experience...

Good stock here. Typically no problem in finding the sizes we need. Clean store.

I only window shop here due to their own only prices are way way lower and if your not in a rush just pick the shoes you want and test fit the size and place your order before you walk out. 3 days later you have your shoes at a much lower price! And if your like me your buying more than 1 person shoes so with me and my 2 kids I save about 100 bucks doing this and get excatly what we wanted without guessing.

This is the second time weve been in the past month. The 2 employees at the front acted like it was a burden to help.us or check us out. The girl only spoke, you have to pay with exact change, as we were paying with cash. We have no problem with the way things are going in these unprecedented times, however, customer service and a little less rude attitude goes a long way. We will shop other places before consider the show carnival at Glenbrook.

This store is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. My only complaint about this company in general is that I can order the same exact shoe I wanted at the store for $20 cheaper on line. This, however, isn’t a reflection on this specific store. Overall pleased with the experience.

Clean, organized store. Great customer service. We bought a pair of shoes for our toddler and the sizes were mismatched. By the time we realized it we had already tossed the box and receipt. Spoke with a young lady who swapped them out, had a great attitude and was very friendly. On behalf of my toddlers feet and his mother -- thank you!

They didnt have what I wanted. But the sales lady was extremely helpful and cheerful. The manager was very knowledgeable and tried to help me find what I needed.

The staff here is always super friendly & helpful! There is usually a pretty good sale going on on some type of shoe! They also have the app in which you earn points & when you sign up for texts youre offered a discount! Ive always gotten shoes from here & I typically do not shop elsewhere for any shoes.

Shoe Carnival always the biggest selection of my favorite, athletic shoes and really cute ladies sandals. All at reasonable prices. I never knew until today that I could still wear a girls size 5 in sandals as well!!! Suggestion made by the sales associate since the shoe I really wanted didnt have a half size.

I found a great pair of boots that I like. They were reasonably priced. I like that the associates let me walk around and didnt bother me much. I am disappointed that theres no location in Nashville.

Best family store you can go to, they are known for their high quality meats, I find items there that I dont find in the larger stores.

Lazy employees. not very customer service oriented. border line rude some of them. I only shop here when I have discounts I can stack. its close and convenient and add extra savings, Ill deal with the attitudes. they seem to have a higher turnover of help anyway so its a roll of the dice who youll see working there.

I usually shop their Buy one, get one 1/2 off sale for back-to-school shoes for my little ones. I always feel like I get a good deal. The store is clean and well-stocked. My boys enjoyed the carnival style basketball game they have.

I buy 6 to 8 pair of kicks a year and they are the only place I shop. I always take advantage of the buy one pair get the next half off deal. Great selection and always have my size which is rare... I rock a 13.5 so it can be an issue

The salesperson was very kind and patient with my grandchildren. He measured their feet and chose several different styles for them to try on. He made sure they fit well also. The store was very clean and neat!

This is a pretty good place to go with a decent selection of shoes and if you wait for the right time they have great deals like buy one get one free or buy one get one 50% off they have rewards memberships so that every sixth pair of shoes is basically free. The returns are easy as long as the shoes are worn.

Going to buy $160 worth of shoes and they did not want to give me my $0.60 in change instead I was told that I would have to just round up and give the store the change. You can keep your shoes. Will never be back.

Usually a very clean store and they usually have some really awesome deals on their big selection. Just not huge on the customer service I receive every time I go in. There’s usually a group of teenager staff members clumped up talking and texting. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve come in and walk directly past the huddle of staff members and not a single one of them say anything to me. Every time I have gone in, the staff members that do help me, on the floor or at the checkout, are usually a little rude and passive aggressive with their answers and comments. Not a massive fan of the staff members, but the prices and selections make me keep coming back.

Even though I was there doing shopkick pionts, the employee was very helpful in helping me find the shoes I needed. Ive been in there so many times, I think they know me by name now! And being a member of their rewards club helps me save money also.

Was so uncomfortable and displeased by this place that I had to write a review. My aunt, cousin, and I were followed around the store the entire time we were in this location. I felt extremely uncomfortable and did not like or appreciate how every time we went down a new aisle, one or two of the employees followed us. I guess I would not have felt so upset if I felt the same treatment was exhibited to other patrons in the store. Was looking for little boys shoes for my wedding and the selection was extremely limited.
