They made buying a car very easy. Did everything for me title, tags, all paper work in no time and even filled the car with gas and washed it before I got the keys. Cant beat the Forever Warranty for free. Thats a BIG peace of mind since my car was used. Andy my salesman did an awesome job.

I recently went to Boyd for a regular oil change and decided to check their website for used vehicles. I saw one that caught my interest and after my oil change, I drove around and found it and was greeted with the friendly smile of Andy Schaeffer. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and fast! We moved from new Orleans and the dealership down there took 2-4 hours to do an oil change. I have and oil change, rotation, battery in my fob changed, and work done on a valve due to check engine light on; and I was out in 2 hours !

I visited for the first time yesterday and they were absolutely amazing. I ended up going to Boyd from Asheville because of horrible experience with Asheville Cadillac service.I got to Boyd a little bit early, they took the car right in and listened to my problem. My car had a small item wrong that was covered by Cadillac.They explained my options well (in case the repair was not covered). They replaced the part in less than an hour even with, what seemed like a full load of work. I could see about 10 customers in and out while I was there and everyone was getting their stuff done fast. One lady was even shocked how fast it was, seems she was expecting it to last a while :)My service rep was Steven and he was very nice and professional.I can not recommend them enough, even though I have a Cadillac service minutes away from my house, I will be driving to Boyd even for an oil change from now on.Thank you for great service.

Unbelievable Customer Service from entire team! Our family was on vacation and the transmission on our Acadia was acting up on a Saturday at 3pm. We pulled into Hendersonville and thankfully found Boyd Chevrolet. From the minute Troy came out to meet us it was an amazing experience. The Boyd Team (Troy, Tony and Trace) not only helped us find a vehicle that met all our needs but also helped our kids unload all our packings, helped take the car top carrier off and were extremely fair on price considering we were over 12 hours away from home late Saturday afternoon with a vehicle that was not making it home. We had no leverage and yet the Boyd team did not take advantage of our situation they did the opposite and stayed an hour past closing and got us back on the road in a vehicle we were extremely happy with. I told Tony that the Customer Service runs through their entire team and we were treated better on this car purchase than any of our other purchases back home (where we are a repeat customer!!). Wife and I discussed making a trip from Wisconsin to Boyd to purchase our next vehicle because of how the Boyd Team took care of our entire family! Highly recommend if you cant tell! We found an SUV we liked while Mark Brown and the sales and finance department did everything they could to work with us on a deal. We purchased a 2019 Traverse with very low miles. Everyone including the receptionist were very helpful. They were never pushy and understood what we were looking. Youll never meet a friendlier group.

Brought my truck in to sell and to buy a much cheaper vehicle. I shared the Edmunds value of $27502 and was basically mocked by the sales manager. Bottom line, I found a car on the lot for $4998,(books at $2700). They took $1000 from me which means they gave me $24,000 for my truck. The next day they have my former truck for sale for 33,500. Nice way to screw over a disabled older woman!

Another very excellent Boyd service visit. Oil, filter, GM inspection, tire rotation and a couple issues plus the state inspection. All handled very well. I usually have taken my older cars to a non-dealer garage but since moving to Hendersonville in 2010 the Boyd service department and the upfront service staff have been so good, efficient, friendly, and customer service oriented that I just keep going back with my 2011 Equinox (this visit) and my 2007 Lucerne.

Talk about going above and beyond on customer service! On May 17th, 2021, I had tires replaced and a lift kit put on my truck. The following Sunday, after not being able to reach me by phone, David, the person that did the work, shows up at my home. David said he lost sleep about not making sure that a bolt was tightened on a ball joint of the truck. He crawled under the truck just to make sure the the work had been completed, and of course, he had done everything right to begin with. How amazing is it that he actually thought of, and cared enough about making sure the work was perfect!! A++ for this GREAT customer service.

Unfortunately they will not stand behind their repairs or diagnosis of an issue on my 2500HD pickup. Cost me another brake job while on the road. Completely missed a dragging caliper when I specifically brought it in for that diagnosis and caused a severely warped rotor. Also misdiagnosed my rear brake wear during one of my regular service visits. The Chevrolet dealer doing the front brakes did the rear due to one of my pads being worn down to metal and all the others under 2mm. Had been a loyal customer for over three years and 150,000 miles. Contacted my service advisor for any assistance and got the sorry my manager says we can’t help you dance. I’ll be taking my current truck elsewhere for future service and the Denali we buy later this year to replace it.Still not heard back from you after you said you’d have your people follow up.
