The Print Department is the best. Very fast and great quality for my training needs.

Had my wedding invitations printed here. They turned out amazing! Just the way I wanted them. Also, the printing team was super friendly and have great customer service. I didnt catch the associates name, but she had red hair with a little ponytail on top... She was GREAT! Very professional and answered all my questions. Give her a raise! 5/5 recommend their printing services.

DO NOT BUY FROM STAPLES OR BUY THEIR EXTENDED WARRANTY PLAN FOR A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. I BOUGHT THE WARRANTY FOR 3YEARS BROUGHT IT BACK IN LESS THAN 1 YEAR AND THEY ARE GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND ABOUT GIVING ME MY MONEY BACK OR A REPLACEMENT. YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Great customer service, lots of items at reasonable prices, and the copy & print services are fast and high quality. Today I had a problem with an item and it turned out that I bought the wrong thing for my printer. The manager was working at the desk and went above and beyond to correct the issue at no cost to me.

My husband and I were looking for a webcam, and asked one of the CSRs if they had any and if so where they located in the store? e rudely questioned how much we were spending; which was totally irrelevant. We explained that we wanted to look at them. Then he made the comment, that if you dont have a $1000 or more, to spend, it would be useless!! His statement was not necessary at all, and we want be returning to that store. It didnt matter how much money we were spending, all we needed to know if the store sold webcams, and which direction they were located!!

I was waiting in line to check out yesterday, when Steven commandeered the register and cut another customer in right in front of me. I was kind of caught off guard by his blatant rudeness and total lack of courtesy. I need to get this guy checked out, you wont mind if I ring him up? Well, hell yes I mind - he can stand in line like everyone else.I had TWO items, totalling about $15. Stevens customer was evidently buying a computer - which took so long I finally stepped into the one other register that was in use.Im still in awe as to the total lack of customer skill and outright rudeness. Unbelievable.

Great folks, courteous service, they almost always have what you need at a good price. Very convenient, my favorite office supply store by far.

Even when I go to Staples to get little things I get courteous service and the best treatment! This store has no problems for parking or accessibility.

The sales manager Steven is horrible he will hound you for a warranty then if you don’t get the warranty he will sell you a refurbished one or say he don’t have one in stock just because you don’t help there numbers go up that’s why they hound you to buy one cause there ranked about how many people come in to buy thangs and there ranked by how many people buy the warranty for computers they get ranked on warranty and virus protection so if you don’t get them watch for the difference on how your treated they also get ranked on what else you buy with other products for chairs and printers and laptops y’all are welcome airing it out

Poor customer service. Poor follow up. Absolutely NO knowledge of the services they offer if you call the store. Extremely unhappy with the print and marketing department. Complete waste of time.

Ive been a recurring Staples customer for quite a while, and the comments about customer service are true. While they do have everything, it is very hard to get help from the employees here. Theyre constantly distracted by something else and you really have to try hard to get their attention when you need help. Even worse, they know nothing about what youre trying to buy and cannot answer any questions, but even worse, I swear vehemently, do not, I swear do not go to them for computer repairs. My laptop locked up and their computer tech said they could fix it quickly, but two hours became four, fours hours became six, six became overnight and when I went to pick it up, they suddenly said it had viruses. Say what????? They wanted to charge me a fortune for what a regular computer repair could do for $50. Shop here, but dont expect professionals and do not under any circumstances take your computer here to get fixed!!
