Fence alarm indicated we had a broken wire. I called after hours and received a text back within an hour stating they could be at my house to do the repair the following morning. Tech sent a text with arrival time and did arrive at that time. Repair was done quickly with no drama. Much impressed and had a great conversation also.

Great company! My underground fence was installed in 20 years ago and has only needed the occasional tweek. The staff is always fast, professional, friendly, and dont try to up charge you for things you dont need. We like it so much that my son and daughter-in-law installed a Dogwatch underground fence, and now our dogs play in either yard safe and sound! Highly recommend Dogwatch!

I have had my Dogwatch system on my 2 acre property for several years now. The system has never failed for my 3 dogs. I have had a couple of very minor issues with the receivers, because my dogs are 100% outside dogs, and they are rough on the collars/receivers. EVERY time I have needed Amberly & Ryan for service, they have smothered me with genuine customer service and kindness. Hire them, you will not be disappointed !!

Just had underground fence installed about two months ago. My dog is very smart and would push it to the limit. After getting out a couple of times i called for help and was given another collar with 2 more pins on it. They were very helpful and helped me solve the problem quickly. After researching several local underground electrical dog fences, we decided that Dogwatch provides the most cost-effective and customer friendly service. They have ALWAYS been so responsive from the very beginning on addressing any issues when our lines have been accidently cut by landscapers. They are an exceptional company to work with and I recommend them without reservation!

I think it is important that Madison Uttermark (daughter of Amie Lane aka Amie Uttermark aka Amie Chausse-Lane aka Amie Freeman) know that making false retaliatory statements about a business can result in hefty fines. You see, Madison Uttermark, Delaney (aka Delaney Uttermark, aka Delaney York aka Delaney Eberhard), and Amie Lane are family members that operate Jayneys Mercantile in College Grove TN. The owners and operators of Jayneys Mercantile have managed to successfully bully, threaten, intimidate, and manipulate countless people into retracting the bad reviews on their business. Sadly, the owner of Dog Watch Nashville is experiencing the retaliation from The folks of Jayneys Mercantile for an honest review of her experience with them. As a result, Madison Uttermark posted a false one star review about Dog Watch. I am very familiar with this family at Jayneys Mercantile (renamed business to: Buffalo Check Trading company) and the long line of victims in their path, and across multiple states. I would advise that Dog Watch consider filing charges if their harassment continues, as the mother (Aime) has done a stellar job at raising her children (Delaney and Madison) to con,lie,cheat,threaten,and steal to get by in life. She is no stranger to law enforcement. I am sorry that The owner of Dog Watch has to experience the wrath of this dysfunctional family. I do not know the owners of Dog Watch, but I am fully aware of he nature of this one star review. I have had to file a police report on this family at the Williamson County Sheriff dept in TN - Jayneys Mercantile (who the one star reviewer, Madison Uttermark, represents). I had to take them to court in Williamson County TN just to get back what they stole from me. I will be working with the courts for the next 20 years towards getting my judgment, or until the owners and operators of Jayneys Mercantile (aka buffalo check trading company)satisfy their legal obligations to me and the court. Dog Watch is Great business. The one star review from Madison Uttermark is not a reflection of Dog Watch. I applaud the owners of Dog Watch for standing up for themselves .
