My mom and I went up to get some office chairs and Mark was so helpful. He helped us pick out the perfect office chairs for each one of our employee’s needs. He brought them up front for us and then brought them to the car for us. He also helped us with labels. He was there every step of the way and was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything without being pushy. We had a really great shopping experience thanks to Mark, and found everything we needed! I was in need of a printer. The print heads were bad on mine. II went toStaples and wanted to talk to a tech one finally cameFrom the back .she told me they did not work on the printers.Told me someone I didn’t get th name worked on them. ILeft came over to Office Depot met a real cheerful person nameCassie,she she told it would be cheaper to buy a printer.She ask if she could show me some printers.Very detailed how they worked .So enough said I walked out of the store with a new printer.Very friendly sales lady.When I walked in she greeted me can she help me.Other sales people are friendly in this store alsoBessie Fox

I went to go pick up an order and the kid told me it didn’t go through. I put this order in 3 days ago and all I’ve gotten is conformation emails! After I had put it through online again, he said I would have to wait 1-2 hours. After I left he went and sat in his car with his girlfriend, now I know I could have emailed it and had it printed immediately.

I always have a great experience at this store. I was there today and the sales associate went above and beyond to help me with my ink purchase. Thank you for the consistently good customer service, you are truly one of few!

WOW. Literally just called to find out information to get a document printed from my email. Asked if i could pay there because i loaded money off my debit card to close account. The woman who answered was huffing and puffing like it was inconvenient for her, told me that I could send it to her email (Important personal documents). No... I wont waste any money in that place since their customer service is very poor.

Inferior print products. Does not come close to the quality or common sense of staples. Pdf didn’t fully load in before printing, ink looked like it ran out every other page, bindings were too small so booklet didn’t open, pricing mishandled, color was not added in, etc. poor customer service experience, no accountability. 100% blame on Office Depot software and they can’t do anything about it. Hard enough to get a refund because “it was already printed” wrong...I get 2-3 emails a day from them to my work email. I’ve unsubscribed and tried to mark as spam and it still gets through. I had to call the 1-800-GoDepot number to fix it. They couldn’t fix it either... so I need to call a different number...Do not use them. Store is subpar.

I just had to leave a review on the best sales/customer service associate I have ever met in ANY store, EVER! Her name was Miranda. She was more than helpful and patient. Treated myself and my children kindly and with respect. I had no idea what I was doing when making a business card on my phone and she gave me her 2cent and it worked! All of the team that night were nice and friendly. I will always come back to this location.

Went in only a few minutes before close in desperate need of a resume printed. Miranda at the printing counter was friendly and helped me get exactly what I needed. Got everything printed for a very reasonable price and in a very short amount of time. Was glad to have the great service in such a stressful time.

I had 60 in gift credits which expired today. When I tried to use them, the computer said half were gone. The manager apologized and made it right.Any store can have good merchandise. This store has good people.

The most unprofessional people the company could find work at the Office Depot in Hendersonville. I gave a confirmation number to pick up an order, the girl out of uniform, behind the counter, and on the computer - rudely told me, “I’m not working” when I have her the company’s name to go with the confirmation number that SHE JUST ADKED NE AND INPUT IN THE COMPUTER. Make your work day more enjoyable and go ANYWHERE else.

I mean, for an office store they cant be beat. I do my 2 times per year printing here. Clean and organized store. Their white paper works good for printing.

Pretty good deals on some things and very attentive staff. I was probably asked 3 times by 3 different people if I needed help. It was almost weird.

This place hasnt changed. In the summer its always unbearably hot inside the store.(80F+) customer service is non-existent. I was never spoken to by an employee. I walked around the store getting a few school supplies to donate and ended up leaving my purchase. The prices were high and I waited 15 minutes to check out. There were multiple employees walking around and only 1 other customer in line. It definitely wasnt busy But no one seemed to notice.

Was just pricing laptops .... Didnt think Office Depot would be in range of Best Buy or Wallys world. Boy was I wrong! Office Depot had a bundle price on HP Pavilion x360 that blew away the others! And the manager took personal care of me to make sure I got what I wanted ... Not what he needed to sell! Ive always shopped Office Depot for work but now theyve earned my personal business! Check them out!
