Really great experience buying my first bed after 10 years!! I didn’t want to spend a lot of money but I wanted a high-quality bed, and Jeff gave me exactly what I was looking for...an incredible price, great service, took care of all the extras, and actually even had the Purple pillow in stock that I fell in love with in the store!! I had an order from 2018 and I needed a replacement mattress and he gave me an amazing deal on that! Their warranty covered a lot. And now I know you needed a bigger frame and he is helping me out with that as well! They have amazing customer service! They have earned my business for life!

Went to get a full size beds for two teenage boys but thanks to Debbie we got a better deal on queen size beds. Debbie is the best. We went in strangers and came out with two queen beds and a friend. Very helpful. Jeffrey listened to what I needed and we went from there. I really feel like he did get me the very best deal he possibly could. I couldnt be more happy with my purchase. Now I just have to wait 6 days for delivery. I cant wait, so very excited. I was in car accident in 2014 broke my neck in 3 places, messed up my neck, back, knees and feet so now Im the proud owner of a temperpedic mattress with adjustable frame, head and feet. I literally sleep with 10 pillows now propping from lower back all the way to my head up and pillows under my legs and feet, Wednesday is going to be a good day yall! I would like to share with everyone what a wonderful experience we had at this store. Casey was our sales associate and she was great! She was very knowledgeable as well as very personable and a complete joy to work with. We were sold on the cadillac of all mattresses in the store and we are so excited to get to use it! Everyone should go see Casey today while they are having a Presidents’ Day sale and not miss out on what she has to offer.

So disappointed with a mattress we purchased 6 months ago from this store. Simmons Beautyrest World Class Resonance Plush. The mattress has sagged to the coils within 6 months and they denied the warranty due to the foundation support the mattress sits on. We were never told at the time of purchase or provided information that the mattress would only be warrantied if it sat on a specific type of foundation. We paid $1600 for a mattress that is completely worthless now and Mattress Firm will do nothing for us. We contacted the store manager Debbie that sold us the mattress and she’s no longer there of course. So we dealt with the new manager. He said he would contact his regional manager and weeks later we’ve heard nothing. I contacted Beautyrest directly and they will do nothing and referred me back to Mattress Firm. Let me also say this is our third purchase from this store. We will never do business with mattress firm again!

My wife and I decided it was time for a new mattress and I was not looking forward to the process. Then after a few unpleasant mattress store visits, we had the good fortune of going to the Mattress Firm in Hendersonville and immediately were greeted by Debbie Lauderback, the store manager. That was when our opinion of mattress store changed. Debbie listened to our wants and needs before showing us any mattresses.What a concept! We absolutely couldn’t have been happier with the way Debbie went about showing us and explaining each of the products. Without any pressure whatsoever, we purchased our mattress when we said to each other we weren’t going to buy that day.Thank you Debbie for all you do. We left there feeling we had made a new friend. We will recommend at every opportunity!

My kids’ toddler beds were ripping and starting to look a tad small and my husband and I were sleeping on such a thin mattress that we could feel the springs on the box spring below (did I mention he was having back pains?). Needless to say we all could use new mattresses but we had no idea where to start. After some walking into a few different places we ended up at Mattress Firm in Hendersonville and I’m so glad we did! Debbie was wonderful and the experience was far greater than we expected! We were all able to get great new mattresses at a reasonable price and in reasonable time. They were delivered two days later at our convenience and we have all slept so much better since. I highly recommend this store and at this location. And ask for Debbie - You will not be disappointed!

For all the agonizing I did about what kind of mattress I wanted to buy, how much I could afford, and the fear of going into a mattress store and being talked into something way more than I could afford...I walked in, was greeted right away and in just about 15 minutes walked out having ordered exactly what I had in mind! This visit put all my worries about being able to afford a good mattress and having one delivered at ease. Right away I let the saleswoman know what my price range was. She asked me what type (plush, firm, etc) and I let her know I was needing a plush mattress in the price range of $500 or less. She walked me straight to one that she seemed to think was the best option, and as soon as I tried it out I was sold! She clearly knew the store and the products very well, so she was able to help the customer find exactly what they were looking for. It was so refreshing to have a salesperson sell me on what Im looking for and not just try to upsell me to something Im not comfortable with.The mattress was able to be delivered the very next day, and on a Sunday at that! It came within the time frame, with 30 minute call ahead notice. The gentleman was very polite and professional and had it all set up in less than a half hour.Thanks for the fantastic experience! Overall- plus, good quality queen sized mattress with a free box spring, mattress topper and 2 memory foam pillows for just $500. Next day delivery was on promotion at just $50, and I think the bedframe was $50. I think I got a steal of a deal :)

The two salespersons in the store were fantastic and made you feel like you have know them for years. I had a good idea, between two mattresses, which one I wanted. Debbie was very knowledgeable and we discussed my options. She indicated we would receive a call indicating the time someone would be delivering the next day (Sunday) and we did get that call. Could not ask for a better buying experience. By the way, the bed is extremely comfortable.
