Visited this store for the first time today and fell in love with it immediately!! It’s literally everything I love wrapped into one store. Super sad it’s 2 hours away from where I live, but I’ll definitely stop by here every time I visit in the future!!

You just a loyal customer who has spent thousands of dollars in your store. Treat me with no respect. Some load mouth women walks in behind me clerks help her the second clerk at same Pandora counter helps her partner. This the second time I had bad customer service. Wont be a third.

Ordered a really cute top, was having issues applying a discount code, Deana was very prompt in responding & helping me resolve my issue. Product was delivered in less than a week after ordering. Can’t wait to visit this shop in person!

Great place to shop for something special and out of the ordinary for your significant other! Also has a Pandora jewelry store in it. Employees are very helpful and friendly.

Before you go into the dressing room and take off your clothes, look up. Make sure you know and consent to the camera that is clearly in view in the first dressing room. The sign on the mirror says there is a camera “outside” the dressing room to prevent theft, but there is no ceiling and the large mirror is against the wall facing the camera...I was so mad I left and I will never do business there. Talked to the the workers. They said they’ve talked about it before and that it “can’t see you.” It’s clearly visible while inside the dressing room. Even though it is legal, Judge for yourself and most of all be informed.

The Trinity trunk is a cute little shop. As much busier than I expected to be at 11:00 on a Monday, soda hard time getting the attention of staff to get me something from the back. However, their stock is amazing, they have adorable things, and its well laid out. I specifically went there to get some Nora Fleming minis, and the dish that has been retired but they still had in stock. That being said I left with 20 things that were not on my list. overall I wish there staff was a bit more attentive, until I walked out with over $200 worth of purchases, the staff seemed to have no time for me. I will go back again, give them another chance, but mostly Ill go back again because I love Nora Fleming

Amazing customer service! So helpful and kind! I loved shopping here, finding my favorite lines from the south that are harder to find now that I’ve moved to Ohio. I was in Hendersonville and had heard nothing but great things about Trendy Trunk. So I went today to see for my self, it was everything and more than I had expected. Beautiful gift items, decorative items for home, jewelry and their wonderful candles...I got lucky and they were having a 75% sale, a group of very nice gift items, home decor, clothing and jewelry. I got a beautiful Brighton necklace 75% off! Made my day, I am glad I stopped in...

The ladies were so kind! The item (a gift for someone) I was looking for wasn’t in store, and I didn’t really know much about the product they helped me find something very similar that the gift recipient loved.

Best shop in town. Great people working there. Its definitely a 1 stop gift shop and they have a better selection than any other boutique in town.

Best gift shop in Hville, such a variety of nice quality items, hard to resist and tough to decide just which one or two or ten things you want, however with reasonable prices no need to leave too much for next trip - very cute merchandise and fun to spend a little time there, staff is so friendly

I came in to this place not super dressed up looking at Alex And Ani bracelets for over 10 minutes with no help and was going to buy at least 3-4 bracelets. A man walked in with a suit and tie and he was instantly greeted and helped. Just because I looked like I didnt have $ I wasnt helped. I will never do business with this place. So unless you have on high priced clothing dont expect a lot of help.
