This is such a neat place! From boba to rolled icecream even fresh homemade baklava made daily !♡ We wanted to try it all. Definitely will be back. They made our girl day so special.

I came here each week because my kid enjoyed the ice cream. Their Boba is usually too big for the straw and they are cheap with the boba.Usually I would have to make sure the cashier doesnt enter in their own tips, they tried to be slick twice! This week they started to add a 18% service fee on top of tax. I’m done with this place.

First, this has to be the slowest process for making ice cream, but we decided to try it. 5 of us went here, and we all ordered. It was a very long line it took 20 minutes just for our turn to order. My daughter ordered a bubble drink thinking it was the same one she ordered before and liked and the rest ordered ice cream. After waiting for another 20 minutes we finally got all of our stuff, my daughter sees the drink and it isn’t what she thought she ordered which she had before and liked it. I asked her to taste it and she didn’t like it at all. I went in the store and explained very politely what happened and they said well she got what she ordered. I said she was looking for a purple drink, they quickly said she didn’t order the purple drink. I said she is 12 and obviously ordered the wrong thing, can you help fix this in any way. You have to get back on line and order another one if you want something else. We have you what she ordered. Again, the line was very long and from the time I ordered we already had to wait 20 minutes. I am very disappointed. I think any reasonable person would have tried to make it right. Not a customer friendly business at all

Service was fast and friendly. There was an issue in our order, but it was a simple misunderstanding because the workers couldnt hear us well, partly because of the masks, and we got blueberries on one of our orders that we didnt ask for. They offered to replace the entire thing because of the mistake, which we declined, and it was delicious with the added blueberries. Excellent service, loved the ice cream. Will return again.

Drove 20 minutes to get here for some badly needed coffee. This location is across the street from a Starbucks.I wanted to give my money to a local business instead of a national chain. They closed at least 15 min early. 😣Starbucks won.

Very horrible boba tea and tasted like colored water. Also, the busting bubbles did not even taste as the flavor they say it is.. very horrible drink, was not worth my money or time..I will not be returning to this place again..

Ice cream is good but the customer service is not. Lady and the guy there seem to always be arguing in front or customers as well. Definitely had better rolled ice cream, they don’t even try. Watch your $$$ change back, they like to keep some :)

Terrible!I will not be going here again.now I don’t mean to be a Karen or anything but I have came here once before and they were fine but so slow! Today I went to go get a bubble tea the website said open the door said open there was no sign on the door or nothing that said “ on break” or something I am very sad now I was looking forward to the bubble tea

Usually Tapioca is black when served with milk tea, but for some reason this was served with clear/white “Tapioca” but it didn’t taste the same as black tapioca. It also made me stomach hurt a lot only shortly after drinking this. 🤢

We waited in line for 15 minutes to order. Then another 40 minutes to get our ice cream and Boba. The rude lady was giving customers their orders that ordered after us. When I asked her about it she gave me a very rude its coming. The shakes were like drinking milk... Very watery. Cant get over how rude the lady was. Will ever be back.

Super excited to have a bubble tea and rolled ice cream place in hendersonville. The staff was super nice and welcoming. Definitely recommend everyone to stop by! 👍🏻👍🏻

This place is disgusting. First of all, I (with other people) went to the shop and I asked for a Vanilla Bubble Tea and the cashier just put it as a large, without even asking. One of my colleagues was paying for it and the order was 9 dollars and she gave a $20 bill. They gave us 1 dollar in change. What a scam! I had to point it out to my friend and she had to tell the cashier. They were like “Oh,” and didn’t even apologize. Obviously what they do is try to give the wrong amount of change to gain more money. Also, the drink had barely amount of boba. Waste of money and time. Never coming back here again.

I give the ice cream five starts but the customer service 0 stars. The older lady and man here have zero attitude to work here and are rude to the customers. Customers help business so don’t make them feel uncomfortable and roll your eyes when someone asks for toppings when getting “service.” They seem to hate their job but without paying attention to the customer they’ll lose their job.

Fun to watch and it was very good, but it took a little bit longer than I wouldve liked, EitherwY it was very nice and I enjoyed the process!

Do not go here. Ice cream is terrible. Customer service is horrible. And they added $5 to my card after I left the store! My original amount which I screen shot was $26 then a few days later it updated to $31! And I even tipped the people! They did this to the other person I went with as well! They should be shut down.

We went here after dinner for a special occasion - bad decision. The customer service is lacking, and the workers were fairly abrasive and rude. We were overcharged for what we ordered, and had to get it corrected. The guy making the ice cream did not even roll it, and they were visibly not happy about having to remake it correctly for us. They also skimped on toppings. (We got 3 M&Ms on the whole cup!). Save yourself the headache.

Don’t go here. They way over charge. I got a watery milkshake and bubble tea (which the tapiocas didn’t even fit through the straw) for 20$. Total scam. Also they charge you for larges right away instead of asking what size. Waste of time and money.

Lady kept saying you dont want anything? after I told her what I wanted 4 times. Language barrier between her accent and my hick accent most likely. But I just didnt like the ice cream either. Didnt taste like anything but cold. Like eating snow. Im just a southern boy that considered purity the benchmark for ice cream. Compared to purity, this tasted like the leftover ice in your sonic cup an hour after the drink is gone. Not for me. Not at all.

2 milk tea and 1 ice cream over charged $30.58 was told several different excuses 1 l. my daughter gave them that large tip 2. The machine automatically tips 20% and then told told me it’s not just a scoop of ice cream ..LOL ok so you roll it ok that gives you a right to steal my money ?

The lady there was great for the service but the guy there was so unprofessionalI have a business and when ever I walk in and see clients I great them first and thank them for coming to us but this guy walk in in the shop from a door and went straight to the spoon table and start asking in his language why it was that empty container over there then he put it in the trash and proceed in talking to his wife maybe arguing I don’t know and that made us uncomfortable so we eat and left quick ! More respect and consideration for the people that is bringing them money would be appreciated but anyway the lady was great we appreciate her service !The ice cream was just water n ice and a light vanilla taste so horible

My friend got rolled ice cream did not taste like nothing but straight ice. I ordered a birthday cake milkshake and it’s just like drinking milk and so liquids. This was the 2nd time coming here and both times were just nasty. Won’t be back

$5.99 for milk based boba. Ordered two and he the owner I am assuming automatically charges me $8 for each. I just ignored it as I was pressed for time. They hardly put any ice in the boba tea so it tasted like I was almost drinking Luke warm milk. I won’t be coming back again.

I got the mango fruit tea with strawberry boba and it was SO GOOD. The owner was very friendly. My husband and I really enjoyed talking to him. Definitely will be back!

Great boba and super friendly service!

Loved the ice cream, came in while it was busy and line out the door and they got the job done. Worth the wait for sure. Very nice and a speedy process. Employees also made conversation with us to make sure we left with a smile on our face.

Delicious ice cream made right in front of you! Yummy bubble teas, homemade desserts like baklava and petite fours! They ask you if you lie everything and are very nice! Please is very clean!

High price plus weird fees. Not a lot of ice cream. Felt ripped off walking out.

The bubble tea was alright, nothing too special. My issue is that it added an automatic $4 gratuity well after the fact. I was told it was $17, not $21. That doesnt make me too thrilled. The customer service wasnt the greatest and I felt rushed, despite being the only customers in line.

Customer service was kind of rude, they didn’t wear their masks properly, and their straws for drinks are out for everyone to touch, not individually wrapped. Also, it seems overpriced.

The ice cream was absolutely delicious. The bubble tea was some of the best I’ve had yet. They were super sweet and very fast with there service. Loved it.

My experience was incredible. The ice cream was great, the boba tea was great, and the baklava was great. The staff were all super friendly, even checked on us to make sure everything tasted good. Will be making this part of my regular outings.

I was so excited to find a boba place close to me, but I was very disappointed in my fruit tea with tapioca. My tapioca was dissolving and not at all chewy; while the fruit tea if you can even call it that, was just fake fruit flavored water. Seems to me like the owners looked up whats popular right now, and just opened a shop. Ill just keep traveling to Nashville for my boba fruit teas.I hope this shop works out the kinks.

The man who took my order charged me for 6 ice creams that I ordered. He only gave me 5 and claims that I only ordered 5 . But the labels on the cups tell you how many things you purchased and one cup had 6 of 6 . But some how we were missing cup 4 . Of course he ripped my receipt so I was not able to see it and still claimed he didnt charge me for it.The ice cream was good but very disappointed that he charged me for 6 ice creams and only gave me 5.

This was my 3rd visit. I am giving this 2 stars cause the first two experience were good. I have only ordered boba tea when coming here. I love boba but the 3rd time I went I was discussed with what they serve me. The boba bubbles were the bottom of the barrel and where way to soft and dissolving.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Two major things were wrong with this family business. First and most importantly the customer service is non existent. After waiting next to the counter for nearly ten minutes and explaining our problem we were met by a rude attitude and no apologies whatsoever for our order being wrong. Secondly the bubble tea was made with nothing but water and a slight strawberry taste. The bubble tea was room temperature and had the color and consistency of cloudy paint water. I didn’t expect this level of rudeness and incompetency in the heart of Hendersonville. I’m a bubble tea enthusiast and was very excited to have a place so close to my home. I’m very disappointed, and I will not be returning again.

Do NOT get the banana pudding... they left it out for days to spoil. absolutely disgusting. the first bite made me sick. poor customer service.

The man working on my order walked away from my order three times. Then walked out of the building. By then my ice cream got too cold and had a freezer burn taste. Plus they were arguing while serving customers.Not a fan of the wooden spoons either.

During the pandemic, the workers didn’t wear masks and they’re serving food. Not to be a “karen”, though. The food itself was mediocre, but my main concern is the fact they’re serving the public without masks.
