Awesome, The service was amazing, and always is! Honestly I will only go here for ice cream or shakes. It seems like this is the only place around that you get good service from. The workers here really care about their job, and it shows. So I challenge everyone that visits this location to show your appreciation for good service, and take the time to leave a good review, LEAVE A GOOD TIP!!!! Everyone needs to feel appreciated sometimes. And the way the world is today people forget how important it is to have good service from our food service industry. Its a hard job. And they do it right here!

Great first impression! I drove 30 mins to this one because of the great reviews and I can see why. Very fast and had a big milkshake order. They were well staffed and they hustled.

All of the folks behind the counter are a great help. They give you the time to choose a flavor and let you sample it if your unsure about a flavor. Remember to carry cash to tip these nice hard working folks. As always the ice cream is great and their pizza treats are excellent as well.

Its Baskin-Robbins ice cream. Why the heck are you reading a review? They have lots of flavors, perhaps even 31. The staff at this locale is super friendly. They have a drive through so you dont even have to get out of the car and be shamed by healthy people as you walk in; you can just jam out to Alana Davis and wait for your sweet, sweet milkshake in the comfort of your minivan.

I bought my daughter an ice cream cake for her birthday. The staff was extremely helpful. I was also surprised to see a pretty good selection of ready-made cakes available.

We have been several times with our children after playing at the jump place next door. Tonight, however, we took our kids and I did not know that a “waffle cone” was the large cone. The young girl behind the counter corrected me that this was a waffle cone. It was huge lol. So I apologized for my confusion and said we need the smaller Looking waffle cone. She said something along the lines of it does kind of look like a waffle cone or it has that pattern.... There was a lot more conversing that happened. She was very condescending and once I was handed our smaller cone with a HUGE scoop (which would have been great) had I not ordered a child’s scoop for a 3 year old...(which she told me I had not). Regardless, there was more “correcting the customer, condescension and so on”. I lost my cool at that point. I blatantly said there was no need to be rude. She continued and I let the nicer looking young lady know that the other girls customer service was terrible and she needed to be fired. Yes. I was that upset. We got a 10% discount which was very nice of the other lady. But I would’ve still paid full price for my children. The point is the customer service from that ONE young lady was absolutely horrendous. Basically ruined our good mood and rest of family time. Maybe she was having a bad day, but when you work in a place like that you do not continuously correct the customer and if you plan to do that at least smile and act nice.

Wednesdays 2 for one Sundays or 2nd ice cream for .99 cents even with an expired coupon. I used to stop in religiously every Wednesday. Its a wonder why Im not Rolly Polly with all the indulgence.

31 flavors? More like 31 indecisions. Last time I visited it took an hour to get ice cream. But thats because there are too many choices. Plus, the staff gets mad after the 15th free sample, and they refused to put a sample of every ice cream in to a cup for me. In the end I usually end up with strawberry ice cream on a cake cone. Maybe I should just stick with that every time.
