Got treated really poorly by the lady that works here last Friday.My son and I needed to rent a unit. They didnt answer their phone all day the day before, and I even left a voicemail which still hasnt been returned, as their parking lot was being paved, we found out later. We ended up going up there the following day which was last Saturday, June 13th.We pulled up and there were 3 people talking outside. None were wearing masks just so you know. We went inside and waited.When the lady came in she was startled that we were inside. I mean, we just pulled in and all 3 of the people saw us. She said we werent allowed in there and asked why we were there. Never greeted us. We asked why we couldnt be inside and she said read the door. She acted like and distanced herself from us like we had rabies. Made us both very uncomfortable. Told her we needed a unit. She said go online but you have to leave. We told her we would go somewhere else and she said ok. Never tried to help us other than to kick us out. She was very short with us and treated us like we didnt matter. We took our business to uhaul storage down the street. Those guys were super nice.That lady did not deserve our business. She doesnt know how to talk to or treat people.
When I went to get storage I picked out the spot and signed the contract. When I used my number with the manager the gate would not open. The manager could not fix the issue. I remembered having the same problem with my mothers belongings there. I immediately changed my mind and chose to find another location and we voided the contract. The problem is that they took 25.00 of my money for the first month on my debit card and didn’t know how to give it back once we voided the contract. The manager assured me I would get it back from the home office in 7 days. They gave it too me in writing as well. It’s been 2 weeks and nothing. The manager avoids my messages that I leave him after our first conversation on the phone after 8 days and no money. He told me he woukd call the home office and took my number to call me back. Not only has he not called me back in 6 days but he doesn’t return my messages left on his voice mail. Brian is the manager that has neglected his duties as well as misinforming me about the truth.I would stay away as far from the place as you can. Any one who deceived others will take any opportunity to do so. Istorage in Hendersonville is new and a great place. This is where I landed. Meanwhile I will get the district attorneys office in Nashville to get my money back since the manager or company can’t be trusted.
