Very friendly & helpful staff. William was awesome last December & the ladies there now are equally as kind & helpful. I feel safe knowing my things are in a nice storage unit n will be okay. Climate controlled facilities as well. Great after after off hours times you can still get to your stuff. I wouldnt use anyone else.

I have used this location on 2 separate occasions, and each time the experience was helpful. We made advance arrangements by phone, completed rental on site, worked with 2 different people but each was professional and helpful. Facility is clean, neat, well-lit (lights inside each unit), looks brand new. I appreciate the large elevator, great AC, and covered loading dock. Even a 26’ truck with ramp was easy to unload.

After a very long and stressful trip from Chicago in 26ft U Haul, it was a pleasant surprise to find my unit was on the first floor and near the door. The place is spotless and easy to access. Thanks Stephanie.

William is extremely helpful! He is very thorough. He made sure we fully understood all available options. He also offered very clear steps for guiding us through the move in process for our storage unit and gave us a full tour of the facility. We chose to go with this location on Saundersville rd, the facility is very clean, secure, and easy to access, they also have an awning to cover your items from the rain when moving in. The price is very fair for the quality 10/10 recommend !

This is the best storage facility I’ve ever used! So clean and well lit. The prices are lower than the rest. They have a vast assortment of moving supplies that are also cheaper than anywhere else in town. It’s well lit and they have cameras everywhere. Very safe!! Thanks Cube Smart!

William Mitchell, the faculty manager was the gentleman that showed my husband and myself several available units. He was very professional, informative and helpful with answering our questions. We chose the two units and are happy with our selection. Very clean, easily accessible, well~lit and secure. I feel extremely confident in storing our belongings with CubeSmart and look forward to referring others to this facility.

The manager at this facility is great! Cathy was extremely helpful, showed me around the facility, and answered all of my questions. When the unit I had reserved seemed to small for what I needed, she easily found me a new unit that would work. We are thankful that we found a safe affordable place to store our stuff. It’s a bonus that Cathy was so easy to work with!

I didnt need unit and never even went to unit and this place kept all my money and after I moved out per say they still charged me and the amount was more than what I was told. So NO I would not suggest this place to noone!

This location in Hendersonville Tn is Absolutely phenomenal!! Have had our furniture and other items that are very expensive here for almost a year and have finally moved them out, and they are Exactly the way we moved them in here !! HI highly recommend CubeSmart. The staff that Ive dealt with are all very friendly and professional and the facility is above expectations: clean, safe- cameras everywhere, access is vey convenience and prices are great! They even have an online customer portal where you can check out your account, pay your bill, etc.

The facility is amazingly clean and well taken care of. I always feel safe when I am there because there are security cameras every where. The staff is kind and attentive, they have even have a set up that allows me to send and receive packages to my unit. William was extremely helpful. I had a storage unit on the 3rd floor but really wanted one on ground level. He helped me get into one on ground level that came available. He came by a couple of times while our furniture and possessions were being unloaded to make sure all was going well. The place is very clean and well maintained.

Very nice NEW storage unit. Climate controlled and clean. As far as storage units go this is the best in town. I’ve only dealt with one of staff when I signed up and she was great. Cathy was super helpful and efficient. Highly highly recommend. I feel safe with my stuff here.

This is a very nice facility!Cathy has been a big help getting us set up with a large storage unit and making sure our movers were squared away when unloading our goods. This is a new, climate controlled storage facility with plenty of space and a variety of different storage unit sizes. Restrooms are available and clean.If youre looking for storage, I recommend using this CubeSmart.

Had movers moving some furniture into storage for me when an elderly man who claimed to be the manager approached one of my movers and verbally/racially assaulted this young man. Extremely unhappy with how this manager acted. Facility is very nice though(as it should be, its brand new).

The space is beautiful, clean and really easy to access. And reasonably priced. Ive dealt with Cathy and William at Cubesmart and couldnt be happier. William even came by on a Sunday to make sure I got into my space. I visited many spaces in the Hendersonville area and chose Cubesmart. I made the right decision. I would definitely go and check them out if youre needing storage.
