Been with this company as Blue Ridge Home Care for 13 years sometimes the service is excellent but lately it has declined a lot. In the last 2 years some contacts have been excellent smart & helpful other not good at all. They do try but struggle at times.
The office people here are wonderful; however, their main office and billing have started separating supplies into singular items and billing customers for each item, when previously, nasal pillows were included with a mask. I paid cash for three items, then received an additional bill two months later for a fourth item. I will be moving my business to another supplier. This is what happens when a local business “sells out” to a larger company. The prices are increased and they try to gouge customers at every turn.
They are actually Blue Ridge Home Care contracted to AHP and service was terrible. They were rude and incompetent, claimed they could not order the CPAP masks I wanted even though calling AHP directly I could get them just fine.
