Even though I was greeted initially by a salesperson, I was ignored when I was ready to purchase several items at the sales counter. Although I was wearing a mask, none of the employees were. Because of Covid, Id had no close contact with strangers for over a year, so I was distressed when the unmasked, initial salesperson stood too close and touched me on the shoulder, totally disregarding the 6-foot distance recommended. I ended up going to Harbor Freight where prices were lower and sales clerk was masked.

They offer full lines of Benjamin Moore products as well as Pittsburgh paints. I have been a customer of merrell paint for twenty three years and have never been disappointed. This is my favorite paint store. I am a local redesigner and home stager with Fresh Interior Solutions. Though I have just started my business here, I know I will do a lot of paint color consults as I did in my previous business.About 6 months ago, I decided to do my own new house in an all white color scheme. (O.K. In the end I DID accent the fireplace wall with color!). Monica was amazing. She patiently gave me large paint color samples to help me truly see the whites in the lighting in my interior. She was always pleasant, friendly and helpful! Did I mention she is patient? I recommend them highly for paint. Everybody knows Ben Moore is quality, but Monica and her team have made it a pleasure to do business there. I plan on bringing my clients to Merrill when possible because I appreciate good service. Best people best paint best painting experience that you can have and prices arent any higher than the box stores considering the quality. Ive dealt with the Merrells for 40 years I should know! Also as far as price goes you get what you pay for theres no such thing is terrific paint for a cheap price. Do your homework!
