Everyone in the pharmacy has been very kind and helpful but I especially appreciate Mayra who really went above and beyond for us when we needed to get our prescriptions in a hurry before leaving town.

For over a month now the pharmacy hours have been 3pm to 8pm. Nobody answers the phone, getting refills is impossible. 45 minute wait times in line. I have changed pharmacy, and will never do business with them again

Wait times are long and most of the time they don’t even have the prescription filled after waiting In line for over an hour. drive thru is so slow, 15+ minutes per car. Today I went today and they weren’t even open, they had a sign on the window saying to come back at 3:00pm. Came back at 3 with the line of cars wrapped around the building and after waiting 20 minutes to reach a spot where I had a view of the window i saw a lady standing outside apologizing to the cars pulling up to the window, I assumed she was explaining they were still closed so I didn’t even bother staying in the line anymore and left. called my doctor and had my prescription transferred to Walmart. goodbye ride aid.

They do not answer the phone for u and they tell u it will be ready in an hr and then I waited in line for over an hour only so 2 hrs later to find out that they still dont have it ready. Waited a week to get a life saving drug on another occasion a blood thinner u cannot live without and took 3 weeks to transfer my perscriptions to another pharmacy. Occasionally I try to use them again but u cannot get ahold of them they do not answer the phone ever.

Nice store always very calm not siper busy, can get in and out quick.

This the worst pharmacy ever! Horrible customer service (never answer the phone) and work super slow! Will need to be reported to corporate so they are aware.

I am so sick and tired of this place. Your automated system is broken and you cant full prescriptions when you system says. I have been trying for over a year to get mine changed to 90 days and for some reason you guys fight my doctors office over it. I called a prescription in today and you filled it in another town? Garbage place do not go to this pharmacy.

Scheduled a covid vaccine appointment online. Made a 35 minute drive today to the appointment. I show up and they me there is no pharmacist on staff to administer the vaccine. Now I remember why I rarely go to Rite Aid.

Id give 4 starts but it looked like it was going out of business. So many empty shelves...

Horribly ran pharmacy & business. All complications in business always fall on management, no matter how much theyll tell you otherwise. Wait times over an hour just to be turned away saying your medicine isnt ready yet, even though the app/text notification said otherwise. Transferring all of my medicine to other pharmacies, sinking ship here.

Made an appointment for their covid vaccine. Drove 45 minutes to find out no one was there to administer shot. No notification. Rude assistant manager offered no apologies. 🤬

Went to get tested for COVID-19. 4 Days after receiving no results, I called in to the testing facility to learn that our tests never left the store.

Worst rite aid ever counter clerks are no help what so ever and who cards 48 year old for cold medicine. Thats just redicuios!!!

Review for Pharmacy: Nope.Unless you love waiting in line for hours only to be told your medication is not in, or even ordered, stay away. The root problem is they are extremely understaffed which probably means they are underpaying their employees. Even the pharmacy employees are complaining to customers how understaffed they are. Today, this Rite Aid has lost my business.

Slowest drive-thru services you can find in town and it will never change.

The pharmacy line takes AGES, we were in line for an hour and a half.

Unfortunately this Rite Aid pharmacy was closed due to no staff available.

Had a simple question. nobody gave me so much as a glance like i was a ghost. except one guy looked right at me and started playing on his phone. worst phamacy ever!

Never opens on time.. fills when not needed, doesn’t fill when needed. Necessary to wait at least 24 hours past when system tells you prescription will be ready to even have a 50/50 chance that it is

Love this store. Staff is great. The pharmacy is always helpful and always have my prescription ready when they say it will and they text me when it’s ready.One thing I dislike is after a holiday they throw all the stuff in bins or a shelf and mark it down 50 or 75% off but you have no way of knowing the regular price. A free standing price checker would be good, but other than that it’s my favorite store

The slowest pharmacy ever and very poor customer service. The store, however, is lovely. I wish I could rate the pharmacy and the store separately. If so, Id give the pharmacy 1 star and the store 4.5 stars.

Always make Rite Aid your first stop when you run your errands, because youll have to return later anyway. Nearly every visit to pick up prescriptions requires returning later, even if theyve been called in the day before.

I have always gotten good service at Riteaid.

Prices are too high.

They never have my prescription ready if I go inside they tell me 10 to 15 minutes ends up being 30 to 35 minutes

Went to use the water gallon refill station found out its coin operated went inside to get some 1 dollar bills and the lady tells me she cant give me any 1s her manager told her not to because they arent making any money off the water dispenser.Price gauging and to cheap to have some 1s availableRite Aid sucks !!

Lots of variety but very little service. I know payless drug has been gone for a while but they were much better than rite aid!

If you are expecting your meds to be available same day or even next day, forget about it. Have been waiting for at least two days on average to get prescriptions. Wont be going here anymore. They need to hire extra help in the pharmacy. when you do go in, the line of people is always long. Waited 45 min in drive thru, and everytime i go in to pick up has been at least 7 people ahead of me. All this could be aolved with having an extra person to help the one girl running drivethru and both tills at the counter.

Have stupid people in there that works slow and all they do is talk and don’t do work
