There should be separate people serving the front counter & separate doing drive thru.The line was wrapped around the back of the building. My order was taken then the girl started making drinks for the drive thru. When drive thru was almost caught up (4 cars left.) The girl who took my oder decided to finally make my drink.

I stopped on my way whilst on the road trip. I’m a fellow Starbucks Barista, and everyone was so sweet. And it was honestly the best shaken espresso i’ve had.

First visit to Hermiston and this Starbucks. On my way through town on Hiway 207 heading towards Heppner. Always like to visit Starbucks as I love their coffee. Dark Roast is my drink summer or winter. Friendly staff, clean facility, unisex bathrooms, large lounge area to sit, drink, and talk. Handicap access good, nice and cool on a hot August day. Worth the visit.

The drinks are good and cheap, the people who work there are nice and are very polite. i havent had any issues with them at all. theres only been a couple times where they got the order wrong but other than that id recommend them

Love you guys, the Starbucks fam, these genius coffee drinks are to die for. Although, I went over here with my mom and we got refreshers just cuz it was almost 7pm and the kiwi refresher was well made but they were out of mango dragonfruit refresher and strawberries for the strawberry acai, and I mean ik I could’ve just gotten something else had I known they were but she didn’t say anything about it and my drink tastes like liquid lollipop because there was no fruit to give it a nice fruity taste. She simply made it for us just with the refresher and handed it to us and explained that there was a new manager and was experimenting a lil bit with the supply of stock. I think that it totally okay but not the fact that i spend $4 on a little drink that wasn’t fully made correctly because they didn’t have their own ingredients 😬. Sorry if I made this sound worse than it was, but the drink was so sad. Much rather have gotten something more enjoyable but I can’t read minds so I had no knowledge on that the drink was gonna suck.

Your typical busy starbucks. Even if its in a small town. It gets super busy inside though you you might as well use the app to order instead

This Starbucks is INCREDIBLE. So efficient. The line was pretty long when we drove up but it didnt matter, we got our coffees in less than 5 minutes.Great staff, drinks were perfect. I wish I lived in Hermiston just to go to this Starbucks.

Super disappointing. The drive thru here is always around the building, w min of 20-30 min wait. Today it was almost an hour. I’ve been to SB all over the US, this by far is the worst, needs some structure and leadership/more staff or something. Guy at window was nice.

Wow never ever had this issue but got two coffees asked for different type of shots and got coffees tasting like non coffee beverages we could say flavored milk. Im guessing maybe new hires or trainees because it took over 10 minutes and I was the only one in line. For future reference I guess its good to taste it before you drive away.

Was given the worst tasting cup of plain coffee I’ve ever had seconds after being told they were making fresh coffee and I’d have to wait for the stuff to brew. Take from that what you will. I will mention that I did ask for a surprise, and I definitely was surprised, so I can’t complain there.

Love coming to this Starbucks, everyone is very friendly and does your drinks to your preference. I dont like mine to sweet but I love some flavor so they always make sure it is to my liking or change it. I have never had a bad experience at this facility and enjoy coming here. Unpleasant and uncomfortable visit. I was displeased when they forgot to make my pour-over black coffee, while six employees were working. One at drive thru and one at bar working on orders, three and a manager were cleaning the inside and coffee/food areas. After I waited and waited and asked if they forgot my coffee, they then made it, and wouldnt even apologize or admit wrong. Very long visit and casually unprofessional behavior by supervisor. Please, please, please apologize if you make a mistake. We all make mistakes, and a simple act of humility goes so far. I will avoid this location, they are more concerned with tidying up than speedy or consistent service. Please do better.

The staff was very friendly (brought us our drinks because we didnt hear our names called) and they were quick. The store wasnt the cleanest, but it makes the best use of the space to seat many people and not have too many awkward spots if youre standing around waiting for your coffee.

This was the Starbucks in Safeway, not the one across the street inside Albertsons. Resister wasnt working, long line with only one barista who was new. She was very nice, but clearly nervous about the line of cranky people complaint about how long she was taking. Because her register wasnt working she had to go into one of the Safeway registers to ring each and every order up. Shame on whoever owns this store. She should never have been left alone to deal with this on a very cold New Years Eve. Kudos to the young lady who was working for her patient, kind, and timely as possible GREAT Attitude.

The music inside is way too loud, seriously, its a coffee place. Not a freaking club. My friend and I have to talk over the music to be able to have a conversation. Lower your music please!

This spring, I have frequently driven back and forth between Walla Walla, WA and Portland, OR. This Starbucks is usually my westbound breakfast stop and my eastbound late morning snack stop when returning to Walla Walla. I have always enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches and various baked goods, especially the mini-scones, along with a dark-roast drip coffee. This Starbucks has provided me with consistently good food, good service, and a clean well-lighted space to eat in.

Great location but can be hard to get out of. The chocolate frappes are awesome.

Save yourself the aggravation of navigating this insane drive-thru/parking lot and go the one inside Safeway. At least there your drink cup is full and the contents are actually what you ordered. Three times Ive asked for a milk substitute and been given a nice steaming cup of stomach ache in the form of cows milk.

Worst coffee ever! Ordered a venti vanilla late. Tasted like hot water with a coffee tinge. No vanilla flavoring either. Waste of $4. We were traveling so did not take it back.

A well run Starbucks, but not in the best location. Drive thru line can be long, and then that can block other cars from getting out or pulling into the parking lot. Really wish the location was in a more accessible spot.

An experience; is what you have at birth, this is a test for champions. Your palette enflamed by hot water and espresso. A brownie so chocolatey you might need some milk. The ambience and energy behind the counter is charged only by the great baristas who put that same dedication into your very drink. Youre drinking a sleepy teens dreams, drink away!

I quit drinking coffee almost 5 years ago, BUT if you like your Specialty Coffees & other beverages, the Starbucks is the place to go!!

The staff here is always really friendly and fast. This isnt a Starbucks that offers much privacy if youre working on a project or having a confidential conversation, but the coffee and the food are excellent every single time. Inside service is just as great as the drive thru service.I wish the parking was a little easier, as the in/out access is just ... awkward, but Im motivated to make it into this neighborhood Starbucks often.

I love that I can just order online and pick up my coffee, makes everything a lot faster. The staff is always friendly, my coffee is always delicious.

The slowest Star bucks on the planet. Dirty bathrooms, the music drove us right out of this establishment. And after taking our order and name to call us, they did not call and coffee got cold. Will never go back!

I literally spent almost 25 min. Waiting for my wifes drink at the drive-thru. I get that it might have been because of the customer in front of me, but they could have at least asked the customer to step inside if they were going to try out different drinks. Also, i tried the drink (Pumpkin Spice Latte) and I was not very impressed. It had a bit of a salty taste to it. Also, the drink could have at least been free because of the long wait. Or a complimentary cookie or something could have been offered.

Less delightful than mom and pop style coffee houses but it served in a pinch.

No vanilla chocolate or nutmeg to add to coffee at the customer station. The barista said they just provide sugar packets because no one wants vanilla and so forth. Sandwich display looked disgusting, (they were, breaking it down). Quiet which is unlike my hometown Starbucks. Barista turned color when I asked about s product. He was nervous and seemed to disengage when I asked a question.

Overpriced sugar and caffeinated drinks for such an expensive price. Its meh.

Horrible service. They forgot about my order and when it did come (had to remind them) the cup was very wet and had a hole or something. The bathroom was also very very messy. Would never come back

The young man making my drink was rude and slow. The person who took my order went above and beyond to fulfill my food order, two young ladies were extremely friendly and asked if I had been helped because I was there waiting for my drink for 10 minutes. The barista never apologized for taking so long or never said, your drink will be ready in a minute, he didnt even acknowledge me. When I asked the one gal for a comp card for a free drink, she apologized and said they didnt have those, then the barista started making up excuses and not taking any responsibility at all.

I hate that when I go in for a cup of coffee that the mobile orders take priority. I waited 10 minutes for my coffee and people were standing in line and ordering on their app and getting their coffee faster than me. Really disappointing that the people who are physically coming into the store to order from the register are being overlooked. There was one girl making coffee and others standing around.

There is no bicycle rack, the outside seating area is not nice, and inside, the music is too loud.Now it is 7 months later and still no bicycle rack. It wou ld be nice if road noise was blocked a little.
