Nice store. Im a General Contractor, so they know me, at least the ones whove been there awhile. They remodeled and apparently lost some staff.

Amazing customer service! Sterling Sherwood Williams claimed to not have the paint we needed and sent us here. Jeff was helpful and knowledgeable and even gave us a discount bc we just purchased our first home. Highly recommend! Great job!

The customer service is excellent. The staff can answer questions and make recommendations. The parking lot is shabby and unpromising, but dont let that discourage you: the SW is nice inside. I really prefer to buy paint and supplies here rather than at big hardware stores.

The staff at the Herndon location are friendly and fast. I called about some samples and they had them ready when I arrived.

Avoid this store and this shopping center. Apparently the property managers for this shopping center think its ok to tow its patrons, Henrys demands $160.00 to get your car back. Dont shop anywhere in this shopping center of you dont want your car towed.
