Jermaine assisted me Sunday, May 16, 2021. I was having issues with my laptop and couldnt log on to my computer. I left it with Jermaine and he called me a couple hours later and told me he reset my computer and assisted me in downloading apps. He was so patient and knowledgeable. Thank you Jermaine!

Although this is a sad time in my life right know, I truly had a great experience with a Print & Marketing Associate Hannah who saw to printing my mothers photo for her funeral. She really was able let this amazing women in our lives be celebrated. Two 20x30 posters were printed satin finish on foam core board, They flanked her casket head and foot with the most amazing flower arrangements. Their hours of the Hershey location indicate open until 9pm on the web. Its 7pm and they are closed. People pulling up left and right but the place is closed. Very inconvenient for busy people that drive here and your not open when you say you are....

Wanted a few small power points printed with a clear cover and bound... Very simple to do... Was told 24 hours later they could be ready?I know you close in 2 hours but seriously? 24 hours for 3 small print jobs under 10 pages each... You didnt even ask how large they were how could you possibly know it would take a full 24 hours...FedEx Office here I come...

Three weeks in a row that I left a message to have the printing department call me to clarify a question regarding a print order I would like to place. I understand that they are too busy to take my call at that time. So, five days after my weekly Thursday call that I have placed, still no return phone call.Worst customer service, professional return call etiquette ever. This place is awful.

The staff here are great! Our paper shredder got jammed and we couldnt get it to work. We brought it down to Staples where they worked on it to remove the clog (free of charge) and suggested we use lubricated sheets every three months so it doesnt get jammed up again. The place we bought the shredder from didnt even tell us about this type of maintenance. We bought a Kindle there that night and the sales associate suggested protecting the glass with this liquid glass product. She also used it on my cell, no extra charge! I found this team very helpful, polite and informative about the items they sell. If I lived closer Id come here for all my electronics needs! !

Do not go here for headshot prints. They will refuse to print them unless you can prove that you did not violate a copyright law. Guilty until proven innocent at this store. CVS across the street is a better place for prints.

This was my first visit to the Staples in Hershey. It is bigger than the three others I have shopped in. The young man who assisted me in the Print shop was professional and yet Friendly, as well as good at his work.My husband and I moved the Masonic Villages 5 months ago. We previously lived South of York, and in the Hanover areas.

Staples, has almost everything you will ever need for school or work, they just need staff who know how to better communicate and are familiar with their inventory.

I always stop by when Im there for work. Staff is always Courteous. The photocopy folks have saved my behind when I had a very tight deadline

The Hershey Staples store has such a low level of customer support that it is almost impossible to rate a business concern that low. They hardy ever answer the telephone, and when they finally do answer, they dump you off onto hold, and no one ever picks up the call. That is rude and unacceptable.That store is constantly under-staffed (I suppose they believe that low staffing saves them money, when in fact it turns customers away). There needs to be a total management and supervisory house cleaning at the Hershey Staples store. If that store was properly managed and operated, it would be a gold mine!

DONT BUY GIFT CARDS!!! If I could give them a negative star rating, I would. I received a gift card earlier in the year, finally wanted to use it only with deal only available online, and the gift card does NOT work. So after repeated attempts, I called the help line for gift cards, at first it said it was expired! Then when I finally got someone on the phone, she at first said it was expired, then retracted it and said it had the balance on it that it should. When explaining that it wont allow me to use online, she had to put me on hold for 10 minutes only to come on and tell me that they have recently done an update for their system and asked if it was a PLASTIC gift card....of course it was a gift. Well apparently their PLASTIC gift cards do not work online only in store, well I dont shop in store, only online! So, they sell you on a scam, not everyone wants or has time to go to a store and why do they offer special deals online but you cant use their gift card online, DONT BUY GIFT CARDS FOR STAPLES.... GIANT SCAM!!!!

I have been their costumer since they open but last week my dad and i went to buy tablet and manager Dan told me only one per house hold so i checked coupon and it was one per costumer so i told him and he hardly allowed me to buy second one for my had even though he was with me. than manager made me used different credit card and did not let me sigh on my credit card. also before than i went there to buy different kind of tablet and they were not letting me buy more than one.OVER ALL IT WAS THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN

I was looking for screen protectors for my new iphone. The salesperson sold me on their Liquid Armour coating, which supposedly makes the screen resistant to scratches for the cost of $30 and 10 minutes of your time. Three hours later, Im at work and theres a long scratch going across my screen that was not there before. I am disappointed.
