Been a customer 4+ years and have always been happy with the service... until today. I made my payment a week early over their automated system, since you cant call in and make a payment without being charged $4. I got a confirmation text saying everything was good. Until this morning waking up to find my phone has been shut off. Called customer service and they said the $10 insurance I added a few months back increased $1. They shut my phones off for $1 that they never informed me was increased! Very rude service. I ended up having to pay $5 to get it turned back on because when I tried using the automated system it wasnt working. Very unhappy today! Will be looking into other phone services

Tried to sell me the expensive phones only and said I wouldnt be happy with any other ones. When they did bring out the phones so I can take a look at them, they brought phones out thatwere clearly grimey and had finger prints on them. Its like they try to sell the showcase phones to dummies. No prices on the phones that they have on display either. looks like a run down phone store youd find in downtown LA.

So far so good. I like my bloatware free phone. Coverage better than T-Mobile.

The plans are at a reasonable price. The phones prices range from a span of $50 to $600. This store also has iPhones and a bunch of accessories for their phones
