I didnt get the name of the young lady who helped me but, I must say that she was very helpful in regards to the issue I had with my phone. I came from across town just to go to this store. I am a senior citizen and everyone who had ever helped me from this particular location has always been helpful, knowledgeable and kind to me. I have been going to this store for the last 9 years. They have a great team. I highly recommend this location

Lauren (Lo) was beyond amazing. She set up everything perfectly within an efficient amount of time. She helped me understand the difference between a lot of things. Being 19 this is the first time I’ve had to apply for something on my own and she helped me understand every single detail of it without belittling me. She talk to me as if I was family and we knew each other for years. I will for ever send my friends and family to her. The other worker that was there, although I didn’t catch her name was extremely nice and helpful. Customer service was 10000/10. Not to mention how uplifting and bright the atmosphere was because of them.

Priscilla was amazing today with how confusing my situation was! Early in the day I went to a corporate verizon store and they had me in and out of there and I barely even knew what happened. I was switching providers and wanted 2 new phones. The corporate store didnt inform me of any promotions going on. Later on I saw some promotions online so I went into this store. Priscilla helped us out so much! Amazing customer service, and she did everything she could to make sure I could get a second new phone. And I got a new phone! And some acessories! And she walked me through everything!

She was very helpful and knowledgeable. The purchase was easy and fast thanks to her.

Although the stock was limited it was a Sunday. The store was clean and the lady at the front, the manager, she was helping a customer in front of me and answering the phone 8286371 times all while keeping a great upbeat attitude and helped me when she could great service

HORRIBLE! My family and I switched over in August and they had a promotion going on, where we would get $150 gift cards for each line we switched over. We have yet to receive them and I have called 2 times to get this taken care of. Each time they promised to call me back and take care of the issue. Still have not received a call back for either time. Get everything down in writing otherwise they WILL lie to you.

Its only system that will work where I live but the service I get at service centers nobody wants to do their job they want to just pass it on would like to talk to somebody that could really help me

I did not love this place. Was told a lot of wrong things to get a sale. Was also there 3 hours getting a new phones set up. Returned phones next day after reading all the charges we got charged and not told about. Its sad when younger people take advantage of older citizens.

Yea definitely dont go to this location, if you do dont go to Sergio, he doesnt know what he is doing and is rude. Doesnt have patience for older customers and will kick them out if they are curious. I had went to another location before and she knew what she was doing was able to set up my device no issue but this location cant.

They never seem to be able to project themself to give you straight answer. Verizon has best service of any carrier, but you pay for it. Staff is courteous but not knowledgeable. They need more more what if training. They need personalization training to meet customers. Why go there, stand in line, and get the same vague answers as over the phone.

Never know what their doing, Sergio doesnt have customer service skills and gets frustrated real easy, if your older dont go to him, he will kick you out for not understanding technology. He will say your being hostile because you dont understand what is happening.

INFORM YOUR OLDER RELATIVES ABOUT THIS STORE, THE KIDS HERE ARE NON OTHER THAN THIEVES!! ACCEPT FOR CRUZ. Leah, was under the impression I was an easy target to SCAM, BUT SHE WAS WRONG! She attempted over and over and over to get me to believe that I COULD NOT RETURN AN $899 PHONE BASED ON A VERBAL STATEMENT SHE CONSTRUCTED. SHE WASNT AWARE THAT I HAD KNOWLEDGE OF THE 14 DAY RETURN POLICY.There was another older woman at the store attempting to sort out the same problem, unfortunately they got her good! I spoke with her outside and according to her, she was stuck with a phone payment and a phone until 2021! They had SOMEHOW NOT INFORMED HER OF THE 14 DAY RETURN POLICY!

I came in today at 2pm to upgrade my 8+ to the xs plus. There was a glitch in the system which was causing issues trying to let the phone be turned in. Daniel Davis reached out to multiple managers going through prompt after prompt getting nowhere. I told him don’t worry I can come another day, he was persistent and said he would take care of it for me. During this time he was also helping other people in the store. He finally got mine squared away, and three other people as well and everybody left with smiles and were satisfied. Highly recommend going to see Daniel it was a pleasure and he really worked hard for me.

The employees are nice and knowledgeable, but the store is NOT company-owned. A franchise like this doesnt have the selection some may desire. It probably has the most popular for the average income in the area, but not what a Sears or JCPenney catalog had 15 years ago, before on-line shopping became the thing.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Breanna was very knowledgeable, patient, informative, and had my best interest in mind, as she took the time to find the best deal on a replacement phone and iPad for me.

When we didnt want to purchase a new phone their whole demeanor changed and it became an unpleasant experience. Theres a better verizon store right down the street.1)They said well keep your bill the same and get u out with a new phone but they didnt mention it was changing my plan to something that only had 600kb of hotspot compared to my 15gb.We rejected the plan change and new phone, all we needed was a new sim card.2) they wanted 10$ for a new sim card and 20$ for activation but at the other main st verizon wireless the sim card is free and it activates itself.

HORRIBLE I would give them 0 stars but it wont let me they didnt want to help me get a replacement phone through my insurance that I already pay for instead they kept says we cant get that phone and kept trying to sell me a new one so I went home did the insurance clam online a very simple process and magically 2 days later the was shipped to our doorstep

Although my provider is Verizon hell their prices are something else if it wouldnt be for the reception I wouldnt even bother with Verizon and that little pop-up store over there by the Stater Brothers they dont tell you nothing they real you in bend you over
