This gas station has become a lot more busier. Great employees, delicious iced coffee, and CHEAP gas. An employee was directing traffic to prevent customers from running each other over... Everyone knows how it is in Hialeah. 👍👍👍

NO HOT COFFEE AT 5PM

Horrible management and dishonest employees! On Jan/15/21 my husband went for gas as usual and after spending $17 he had a surprise when he got home and found out that he had an extra charge of $200 from the gas station. The employee had no idea how it happened and didn’t know how to revert the charge but the banks are aware of that type of scam so he filed a claim and got the money back. Beware of those crooks!!

Great car wash!!! The way car washes use to be.

Not very clean. Cold coffee only. Clerk didnt know what 7-11 wallet was & didnt speak english so that took forever to resolve

I would like to talk to a supervisor or something but I dont kno how gas stations work . And honestly I dont think they care either.Btw I was nice to her and super polite all the time . But my girlfriend told me that this wasnt right. And that I should at least do a Google review. So here I am .

A+ | Nice friendly 7 Eleven where everyone knows your name. This is regarded as one of the best 7 Eleven stores in the area. Nice selection and staff like Rita that is consistently maintaining the store and staff keeping this one of the premier 7-Eleven stores in the area. The gas prices are often lower by ~8 cent and the slurpee machine always has the latest flavours. This is the best 7-Eleven in the area by far!

These women have no rating, I wish the owner/mgr would call me. They think they are on their country where theres no cost.service and they think they do you a favor by answering a question they only nod with their head I called to complain and they called the Hialeah Gardens(so they said) to threaten me without knowing what actually happened .Im going to call Headquarters tomorrow.WORST SERVICE EVER.

Oh my gosh I love slurpees so much, I went in here on a really hot day to grab a Slurpee and on my way out slipped and tossed the whole thing into the air. The store worker was so nice he immediately went and grabbed me one and mixed it just the way that I had it.

This is the worst gas station in all of Hialeah. The car wash damage my vehicle and I went inside to ask for a manager. Both ladies at the counter said there was no manager and could not give me the name or number for me to contact one of their superiors. Meanwhile My car mirror was damaged by the car wash and it was all full of soap they would not even come outside to look, so I could show them what happened. I will take my complaint further to either 7-Eleven or you gas. Do yourself a favor do not run your auto Mobile through this car wash.

Always low price gas. Big store with various food items, soda, slupee, coffee, etc. Clean and well managed.

This store has the worst customer service. Went to get lottery tickets and lady behind the counter did not understand my English. She ended up purchasing the wrong lotto tickets and wouldn’t give me my money back.

Literally the worst 7-Eleven ever. Since they’re constantly going through new employees no one ever knows what they are doing. Whoever manages/owns this place should be ashamed. This is coming from a local who’s been coming here for years!
