Awfully and disrespectfully service. Customer service raise up or sunk a business.I went to add $ 30 of gas in my car. I told to the cashier $ 30 at pump # 5 and mention that I had loyalty rewards, I notice that the cashier got upset when I said that. Initially the loyalty reward didnt pass and I asked the cashier to try again. The cashier ask me if it was pump # 4, I told to him it was the pump # 5. At the second time the loyalty rewards pass, but I saw that he had written $ 40 instead of $ 30 on display. I told the cashier it was $ 30. At that moment the cashier get upset and started yelling that it was said $ 40 and that I should go to another Shell.I decide to cancel the purchase because I dont want to deal with a grumpy guy and went to another Shell gas station on were treat customers with more respect.A customer don t deserve treat like this.I have 3 cars and for few weeks I have been visiting this gas station to buy gasoline and bakery sweets. Now I will not visit that place again or recommend it to my family or friends

Worst Gas Station Ever. None of the pumps ever work and even if I complaint about it doesnt get fixed. I have a child and I dont like leaving her alone in the car to go inside everytime the machine says go see cashier.This time The cashier Lilianne was more worry about the scratch money she had won than helping me. Very disappointed

Everything you need at a gas station and more it has a restaurant inside as well and the food is great.!

Clerk did not accept brand new 100 dollar bill which came directly from the bank. Excuse was that the machine does not read the bill. Refused to check the bill manually. Very poorly educated and no clue as to what customer service is, rudly kicked out of gas station and called the cops on me because I was arguing about the bill. Was told that theres no English here, we dont speak English.

Theres no food to buy..every thing is old or expired..dont get sick ..eat fresh foods..only haves junk food ..no healthy choices..
