Andy the owner goes above and beyond to make sure everyone that comes to this place is taken care off no matter who you are, he treats people fairly and is a very honest mechanic. I take all of my cars to 1stop because it’s the only place i have to stop at when my car is giving me problems no matter what the problem is 1 stop will fix it. Keep up the great work 1 stop!

Great place. The manager/owner (I think) is an honest man. He is a straight shooter about price, what’s wrong with your car, great at communication, and they work fast. They’ve helped me out in multiple car situations. They explain things very well especially if you’re car illiterate. It’s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic (especially in Hialeah lol), but you don’t have to look much further than right here. I would recommend them to a friend. In fact, I have.

After be a customer for many years, using their services to fix all my mechanical issues and trust this business for the services and personally know the owner, the last 2 times I was there they have a new mechanic, who was guessing what was the problem with my truck and replace the wrong parts, Next day I have to come back to show then I still have the same problem, then they said is other part was damage, they take out all new parts they install first time and replace the one they think was the problem, we did the driving test and the problem still the same, other mechanic approached to us and said ( the problem was on the opposite wheel) the mechanic change the part again to that wheel and problem solved after all those guessing. Then they offer alignment to compensate for all this mistakes and I agreed (unknowing they create a new problem) on my New tires, this was on October 2020 and I find out today my 2 new front tires was worn out halfway, on only 2 months. The steering wheel is tilt to left side like 5 or 10 degrees, that means the alignment is wrong ( I am not mechanic, that is why I don’t know they did alignment wrong until today the owner told me). I spoke straight to Andy ( the owner) and all he gave me was excuse instead try to solve the issues.I have to spend $220 dollars on new tires and he didnt offer to do an alignment supervised by him, Very disappointed with the owner after all the year I take my car to his shop.

My co-workers recommend this place a few days ago,they told me how good they are as far as workmanship and fair priced, they mentioned nothing about honesty and trust.Let me explain what happened, the other day my car started making a scraping sound but since the car is a lowered Charger SRT I could not see the bottom engine cover was falling off, that’s were David the shop manager comes into the picture, he had Lazaro the mechanic stop what he was doing and put my car on the lift and re-fastened the cover when I asked him how much I owed him said “ no charge but if you want to tip my mechanic I’m sure he wont mint”. Next day I went back for an oil change and some adjustments.They now have me as a new steady customer Because THEY EARNED IT.

My experience with 1 Stop has been extremely exceptional. I stopped by for a tie rod replacement on my 2003 Toyota Avalon XLS. The car had been making awful noises with every bump I hit and was becoming a hazard. As soon as I arrived I was taken care of. The mechanics are very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. I never felt as though any of my questions were unanswered and the overall service was very detailed. Roberto at the front was very courteous and kind enough to explain to me the process in my vehicles repair. They also provided me with information about parts that are starting to show signs of wear. Im happy to be driving what now feels like a brand new car. Thankyou Andy and 1stop team for creating the best auto care team in Hialeah.

Very awesome service and turn around: very straight forward and informative, had a my Honda Accord out of commission due to a Starter issue they had back to me with the day for a very reasonable price! On top of all that, The manager even stayed later than usual for me to come in and pick up the car! Very awesome and new home for my car to be maintained

I have been taking all of my Cars to One Stop Car Care and I have always been given the best customer service. Andy and David and all the mechanics are awesome. I didnt have a ride to pick up my vehicle so they were kind enough to Uber me to the shop.I would totally recommend and have recommended One Stop to my friends and family. David and staff were absolutely amazing we had a defective part out in our diesel pickup and One Stop car care made sure we were taken care of at minimum additional expense aftrr the warrentied parts. They made sure everything was safe for us to move down the road with no worries and they even called that night and a couple more time the next couple days to make sure everything was moving safely for us. Couldnt ask for better people and netter workmanship. David and staff are Gods gift. We travel all over the United States for work and it orople and places like this place that keep us going safely!! My experience with this place was not pleasant at allFirstly, when one of the mechanics went to get into my car he had dirty gloves on, I told him to take off his dirty gloves and he took them off resonating badly, and when he reversed the car he accelerated it very abruptly, and I had to ask him to get off, I left the place immediately the mentioned very aggressive mechanic, name? No no I dont know !

Mr. Wilfredo, the day you were at the 1Stop workshop I was there fixing my car, I remember very well the SMALL incident you are talking about and the only rude one was you, let me tell you that I have been fixing my car and my wifes for a long time and I have never had any insidents. KNOW THAT YOU ARE A CRAZY AND A CLOWN, YOU APPEARED IN A 30 YEAR TRANSPORTATION LIKE RIDING A LIMOSINE. Stop lying and educate yourself to get a better job and not suffocate with the car in which you move.
