The shop is the real deal when it comes to AC repair. If you have a problem go to them. They were able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my AC unit and fix it the same day. I got an opinion from one man who told me something else that would cost an 💪 and a 🦵🏾 to fix. I couldnt ask for better service. I would recommend this place to anyone who has a problem with their cars AC unit. Eagle 🦅 overhaul is fantastic and fabulous.

I went there to get an estimate on completing my ac system on my classic car and the guy that is supposed to give estimates was gone for the day. I told them I was on my way and so I wasted my time driving 20 miles one way. Hialeah is terrible.

TERRIBLE!!! I paid for a full new A/C last July 2020, since then I have brought my car 6 times already. The a/c is not working properly. It smells like plastic, when its on, its stop cooling; when I drive long distances, stops cooling. This week is going to be 7 time Im bringing it.

These days its hard to find an honest auto repair shop. My friend took her truck to a local mechanic to fix her A/C. She called me and asked for my opinion on whether $956.00 was a fair price to replace her air compressor and evaporator. I told her dont do anything to fix it, Ill pick up the truck and take it Eagle Overhauling in Hialeah. I didnt tell them I picked it up from another mechanic I wanted to see if they said it was the same problem the 1st mechanic said. They quickly checked the truck for leaks and found 2 small leaks and compressor WAS WORKING! I asked the guy again, compressor works? He said, yes! I took my Honda Civic to Eagle Overhauling this morning because the A/C wasnt blowing cool air. I had taken the car to a repair shop in Georgia before moving to FL just 2 months ago where I was charged $224 for freon and system recharge. As soon as I got to FL, the A/C was once again not working. A family member recommended this shop so I went there this morning and their mechanic fixed it for FREE. I thought that was a very nice gesture on their part. Thank you very much Eagle Overhauling.

It’s too hot in Miami to drive a car with no AC. If you need to have your AC checked, or repaired, I highly recommend you make a trip to Eagle Overhauling Inc in Hialeah. I took my grandfather’s truck and it was done a few hours later. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I also loved finding out its a family owned business. I have already recommended them to a few others and will continue to do so.

I went on 5/18/09 and looked around. The place is very large and they have a shop for air conditioning, general repairs, and an auto parts shop. For the air conditioning section, you have to take a number and wait for it to be called. There are usually a lot of people in this place. I took a number and was not called until about an hour later. The mechanic promptly looked at my car and told me what was the wrong, gave me the price and asked me if I was willing to pay. I said yes and thats all I was charged.There is a $60 fee for an estimate but the sign on the shop clearly says that if you go ahead with the repairs the fee will be waived, but only if you make the repairs. Otherwise you pay $60 and leave with a car that is still broken. Its a hook, but it works for them I guess. The only problem with this is that if you get their estimate you cant go elsewhere to get other estimates and find the cheaper place. If you want to get the best price this is the last place you want to go to if you prefer to hunt for bargains.Overall the service was good. I mean, what do you expect from a car repair shop? There are chairs, lobby, no less than 2 mechanics, and they take card, cash, and check.Its a good place.

I am really surprised about some bad reviews because I am using this company, Eagle Overhauling since 1995 and they never had charged me for an estimate. This place is cheaper than any other competitor and the work is very good, since that time I used them 4 times with different cars and I never had a problem. In most of the repairs they replace the compressor by one overhauled and it worked for more than 6 years. The only scared thing is that they gave only 3 months warranty but I never had any problem. I recommended another friends and they are grateful for the recommendation.

Again dont take THIS advise as a complaint, because you get what you pay for, and everything there is good, suggesting in over 30 years they have found that out..I had several high pressure hoses done THAT took less then 10 min. to repair and was extremely Happy with repairs outcome versus dealerships order turn around one week min. second repair I had done there while counter staff watched me inspect the repair hose, and several answered my question before I even asked, oh the fitting en o the hose can spin to your liking to fit perfectly, and will not leak unbelievable, NO BS, that was no lie, that repair is holding freon in Miamis upper 90s degrees heat no leaks. AGAIN, both my repair jobs from this business had happy endings, as a customer would expect. Its scary dealing with uncertainty, losing labor time, freon and drive time returning back in hileah crazy traffic, AGAIN, it was totally Amazing both jobs were perfect outcome...dont waste your time or money going to any other place besides THIS family run business, they will definitely give you what you pay for, no more no less 💯%, oh this feedback is from a visitors, whom was given referral to this business buy anyone and everyone I, called or asked for reference in Miami Dade Co, with my surprisingly (2) alike and separate high pressure hose issues, one reference advised oh I, went the school with there daughter, AGAIN, we are Happy!!

This used to be the go to place to get your AC fixed...Family has been using this place for many years so this was our first choice even though we live about 35 miles away. Even though google said they were open twice I drove all the way from Homestead to find it closed. The traffic was insane to get here for nothing. Finally got here on 01/14/19 and was here for 6 hours. AC working when I left. On 01/19 (5 days later) it stops blowing cold air. I drove all the way to Hialeah again (after working a 12 hour night shift), slept sitting in a chair in their waiting room for another 5 hours and again left with cold air blowing. Here I am, one month later, sitting in their bay AGAIN because the AC is not blowing cold air. I don’t know what’s happened to this place, but after this is done we won’t be coming back ever again. I’m tired of wasting my very scarce free time driving here.

Which leaked due to their faulty installation to begin withNow having to argue to lower price because they fail to consider the time wasted on my part having to take my car back to the shop 3 times and the inconvenience it caused at my job. They obviously take zero to little responsibility on their end and have a lack of professionalism and pride for their own company due to their mistakes they should offer to replace at no extra charge not try to haggle me on freon and dryer price and offer a discount for my time wasted Shameful

Always have the right parts you are looking for

I have been a loyal customer since 75 when they opened, my father used to have the shoe factory that caddy corners the shop. They are honest and very good at what they do. I have never had a bad visit and they always fix or tell me what is wrong. Today I went and the problem was a faulty blower fan and regulator. They could have charged me an arm and a leg, but they were honest and told me what needed to be done. Every time I have am automobile A/C issue, they are my goto place.

I am very disappointed with this company Eagle Overhauling, i brought in to rebuilt a a/c compressor went i went to pick it up i spoke to the owner and i ask hem for a better deal and he was very firm with hes price, went he brought me my compressor they busted the electrical connecting plug, i toll the owner what was wrong with the plug that was busted, then he got nasty with me and toll me the plug was brutal and that`s why the plug broke, i toll hem to replace it with a new one and brought me a aftermarket plug and he toll me RIG IT UP to cut my original plug from my car and put hes aftermarket plug in my car, i toll hem i am not going to cut any wire in my car put hes aftermarket one that i want the original plug in my compressor, then he got super nasty with me started arguing with me, went saw that i toll hem i don`t want to do no more business with hem no more, i toll hem to give me back my old compressor he brought me a old compressor that was all a part i toll hem that`s not my compressor and he lied in my face telling me that was my compressor went my compressor was rebuilt already, THIS OWNER FROM THIS COMPANY IS A BIG LIAR!!! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY ONE.

Im very impressed with Eagle. My A/C had a weird problem, which I wasnt sure theyd be able to fix. I took my car for an estimate, which took about 10 mins. They quickly diagnosed the problem. When I brought in my car to have it fixed, I thought it was going to take a full day, so I dropped off my car at 8am and rented a car. Imagine my surprise when I was called at 11:30am letting me know my car was ready! On top of that, the price was considerably cheaper than the other shop I had gotten an estimate from before Eagle. I highly recommend this place!

I went in the other day to get my ac done, the man I talked to I believe was the owner. One of his worker sat there for 20 minutes playing on his phone without giving us service until the owner walked over. The owner gave me attitude when I told him my compressor was bad. He ran the ac check and the compressor needs to be replaced and 2 hoses. I said fine left the truck there around 1pm. At 3pm I receive a call from the owner, he said that there is a stuck bolt on my compressor and they dont have time to deal with it so come pick the truck up. I went and retrieved my truck and took it to Sears repair shop to see if they can do anything about it. When Sears ran the ac check with the uv fluid they noticed that one of the hoses for my compressor leaked all the fluid out. Not only did eagle overhauling crap mechanics not fix my ac they couldnt put it back together properly. I refuse to take it back to them and I would discourage anyone from ever going there.
