I normally go to the fort Lauderdale location where I always received great service. Since I was in the Hialeah area I decided to go there for my oil change. As soon I arrived at the service station I saw the employees just standing there not even acknowledging me. No other car was in front of me just the employees talking to each other and ignoring me . After 5 mins I asked one of them if anyone there helps customers looking to get an oil change. All he did was just pointed me to move my car forward to a line. Totally different experience from the fort Lauderdale location. At that point I felt like I wasnt welcome there n I decided to drive to the fort Lauderdale location were they treated me like I matter as a customer.

Overall Ive always received great service. You just need to be knowledgeable so you dont end up getting unnecessary services. But that is deal in every dealer. But Ive always for the most part Ive been treated great.

Be careful maybe they charge for filters that they dont change specially if you are a woman. The rotation of tires with a paid service should be free. If oil its not change make sure they add the rest of fluids needed like brakes, low oil, cooler etcBE VERY CAREFUL NOT SURE IF I WILL RETURN IF I DO AT LEAST I KNOW NOW EVERYTHING THAT IT CAN HAPPENALREADY HAPPEN TO ME.

Realy bad i alwas went to headquatter toyota .be couse always buy my oils anf filters tires servise etc. But this time a guy name ivan treate d me realy bad in front of lots of people making me feal realy bad . when i left the please i had a pain in my rh arm . almost havin a heart atack. But lucky i didnt. Ive been alway going there for parts an service wich i hapen to know mechanicks like dario and others that are very nice people like. Some sales people that took care of me . were very nice . but yesterday i realy had a realy bad time thereiwas leaving till some one. In parts saw everything and he call me and took care of me realy nice a belive he is dominican realy polite and he took care of me. Since i live infort lauderdale having an other dealer liptn touota bu i alway went so fat just to see people that i ve nown for long time . but from now i better go to lipton closer for me .very sorry

Very upset that I had to pay $184.39 for a new battery & I had all the or what I thought was all the warranty protection on my car I had 3 payment options of $475,$495,$529.29 I chosed the 529 so I wouldnt have to come out my pocket any more & my car is paid off 2 years & 10 months,he explained to my warranty on my battery expired a month ago I ask to speak to a supervisor I was informed that I would get a discount when I asked the C S REP WHY I AM STILL PAYING FULL PRICE,,I BROUGHT MY LAST 2 VEHICLES FROM THIS DEALERSHIP I KNOW NOBODY CARES & I PROBABLY WILL NOT GET A RESPONSE

Please steer clear of this Toyota franchise!! I have been a loyal Toyota customer for over 6 years, this experience has prompted me to find a new car brand/ dealership to be a loyal customer too. On 02/24 I brought my 2020 Corolla to the service department for my maintenance. It went smooth, my multipoint inspection showed all green marks - green marks= checked & okay at this time.On 03/07 my car wouldn’t start. I thought this was strange since I just got my car serviced a week & a half ago. Luckily my insurance covers roadside assistance. I was told that my car battery was dying & was urged to visit my dealership. I told the service advisor (SA) that I believe my car battery was dying & needed a replacement. He told me he would check the battery. Over an hour & a half later, the (SA) called me to tell me that the car battery was not in stock & I needed to take my car home. Then come back the next day to leave my car until the battery was delivered & use a rental for the time being. I walked over to his booth for further clarification. This is where the SA & the SA’s manager showcased unprofessionalism.I didn’t understand why my car had a dead battery when on my multi point inspection sheet on 02/24 it indicated that it was green. I dont believe a car battery that is on the verge of dying would be marked as green if anything it would’ve been highlighted as yellow (meaning may require future attention) or even the red mark (meaning requires immediate attention). Certainly if my battery was thoroughly checked during my previous car maintenance, I would’ve been told about the status of the car battery. I was only told that I needed an alignment (which I got when I left the car with them).I explained all of this to the service advisor. Instead of trying to assist me or even accommodate me for the inconvenience that I was undergoing, the service advisor instead began to belittle me. One of his suggestions were that I go out, purchase my own car battery and get it installed at the location that I purchased it. I begin to get frustrated because my vehicle warranty covers a car battery so why would I go out of my way to go to another establishment with a car battery that is already dying and needed to be jumpstarted every time that I tried to turn on the car? I have a perfectly good car warranty that I paid for. Then he offered to order an Uber for me so that I can go home. I guess I was supposed to Uber to work the next day, then Uber to Toyota from work to get the rental car because that’s when they were open, Monday morning.I was so frustrated that I demanded that I get my car keys back and I figured I would just come back to Toyota the next day. When I tried to leave, of course, my car battery was dead so I had to wait for a technician to come and jumpstart my car. The amount of embarrassment and frustration that I felt on that day still haunts me to this day.The next morning, I had to call AAA to jumpstart my car. I was told that the car battery should be arriving the on 03/12 but I did not receive my car until today, 03/22. When I arrived to pick up my car today, I thought that I would at least get an I’m sorry for the inconvenience that this entire situation has caused. I spent over $70 on gas because I had to make sure that the rental car was filled before I returned it & I still had to fill my cars gas tank up. I already paid for the tire alignment & my car battery was covered, so it would’ve taken all of five minutes the SA decided that doing some paperwork was more important. Instead of asking other free SAs to at least grab my car/ finish the paperwork, he had me wait for him. I wasn’t even given a complimentary car wash.I’d rather drive 10 extra miles to another Toyota franchise that actually showcases professionalism & values their loyal customers. If you can I would suggest visiting Toyota North Miami or Lipton Toyota.

They quoted me for items I didnt need and painfully overcharged for labor--stating that it would take 5 HOURS to replace brake pads ($300 for labor) and an hour to change the engine canister ($350 for labor) (a quick online search shows this can be done in 6 minutes).I know the timeline is also a lie considering they told me I could pick up my car in several hours less time than quoted in the sheet.I got my car inspected by another mechanic and they confirmed that this HQ was cheating me for hundreds of dollars--lying about both labor and what my car needed.Miamis an already expensive city for businesses to financially abuse customers this way.Attached is a photo showing my quote from them. I suggest you take your car elsewhere for repair.

I have been taking my car to Headquarter Toyota for service about 5 years now. Overall, my experience has been positive. All of us have to take our cars to service regularly and we know the importance of knowing someone we can trust. To me, that is Eliezar Maradiaga. He is always there, very professional, listens to my concerns, express what he can do and delivers it. On a couple of occasion, he himself dropped me back at home or arranges someone to drop me at home. He also finds promotions/coupons if any and offers it. First time, I came to know Eliezar Maradiaga about five years ago when I had to take my car to their bodyshop. Recently, my hybrid battery went out and that is some serious $$$. Before he talked to me, he checked the warranty and let me know it is covered by Toyota. He assured, it is taken care of by Toyota warranty and delivered it within two days. We come to know people when we need them. This is one of those situations and he provided the best he can offer. Another person I want to recognize is Jose Saavedra. He works with Eliezar Maradiaga in most of my service trips to Headquarter Toyota. Jose is very friendly, knowledgeable and overall tries to help. I trust them.This is my first and only google review until now and wanted to share my time tested experience with Headquarter Toyota Service.

I Had a bad experience at this place. They kept my car overnight without prior notice and Left me with no transportation . They were not able to diagnose what was wrong with my A/C. I was forced to purchase a brand new battery inorder for them have a diagnostic done to my car. Who does that..Without servicing my car??

THIEVES! They quote you one thing prior to buying a car and once you are in the table signing contracts, everything changes. From what they told you to what they sell you, everything changes.
