The staff is very friendly and accomodating. I had 4 tired put in yesterday and an oil change today. Great service and very professional.

Called around to see what the best tire pricing was going to be and tire kingdom really was the most competitive without compromising quality. They were able to get my car in on a busy Saturday mid day and take care of my vehicle. Highly recommend them if you are replacing 2 or 4 tires.

I’ve been a loyal Tire Kingdom customer for many years. Recently, after making an online appointment for 2 p.m, I notified the store I was running 5 minutes late, after arriving, they told me I’d have to wait a whole hour and 30 minutes for a mere oil change. That is audacious, unprofessional and unacceptable. From now on I’ll take my business elsewhere. Miami Lakes Honda is way better, they even throw in a free car wash with your oil change.

I was pleasantly surprised with their service the blokes who worked on my car were very honest and did the wheel alignment on my vehicle very fast and efficiently I would definitely recommend them and will return to have my dampers installed at this location great job

The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. The building is well maintained both inside and outside. I thought the lobby was clean and inviting. The pricing is clearly displayed on the wall. I felt the rates are responsible and competitive with the area businesses.

Took over an hour to change 1 tire while the employees at the front desk talk about beating their dogs while not wearing masks. Worst part was when they were finally done with my car they took longer cause the guy was standing ar I und watching video on their phone instead of checking people out.Will never go here ever again!!

Gentleman at the counter and in the office were very helpful. I also needed my tires inflated so he asked me to pull sideways and one of his guys would help. NO ONE HELPED. They did make gestures to move my car (did not ask).So I left.

Good customer service..

Went for new tires, alignment and Balancing. After leaving, my trucks alignment was off and pulling to the right a lot. Called them the day after and told me their mechanic leaves early almost everyday. Had to go to another tire kingdom to get the issue solved. I recommend going to another Tire kingdom.

Worse place Ive ever been to, rude and unprofessional, dont waste your time and money at this place.

I took my car in because it turned on off, I was given an estimate (after paying them $115.00 to get checked). that the car needed a new radiator a condenser ac flush everything was going to be like $1700.00. I decided not to fix with them when it all it was that it needed a bottle of gas cleaner that cost $7 . I wonder how many people have been over charged for services they don’t need.

My husband took the car two months ago to change the two front tires. They did a really great job. Last week, we went to get an alignment. I have no complaints about their work. They have amazing customer service.

I came to this establishment to have two tires installed along with wheel balancing. The gentleman at the front desk was very efficient in the information provided.Although my visit was for tire installment, he advised that my fluids would be topped off, per my request.I’m rating my visit a 3 out of 5 because a week after my installation, my car indicated that my tire pressure was low. So obviously, the tire pressureWas never checked.

I don’t recommend this place, Jason is very nice super helpful but he was lied by his technician telling him that an alignment was done when it wasn’t, when I asked for the print out the technician start giving me excuses that he made a mistake. Just for the record it wasn’t the technician who performs alignment it was the one who did the tire replacement. Be careful you may be paying for something that it has not be done.

Guy up front helped me buy an emergency tire after my alignment shredded one of mine. Guy was very friendly and professional and even went out of his was to change my wheel himself (even though his job is just a clerk) in order to get me back on the road as soon as possible, great service great warranties and decent price

Customer service was a plus.

I’ve never seen a place that wants to work less than this one. I go for a flat tire and they tell me I have to wait 2 hours only so they can get to my car. Mind you I have a flat tire and no replacement because it literally had just happened. There was two of the workers smoking and just walking around and not working. The street where the tire kingdom is located is filled with other auto shops so it was honestly not a hassle to take my business elsewhere. I went to another and they finished it in 10 min.

I had the oil in my car changed. The service was good. The place is clean, with a comfortable waiting area. The employees were nice.

Convenient hours to go take care of your car issues.

I recently made an appointment for an oil change which, for me, is very convenient since I dont have to wait in line to receive the service. My appointment was for an oil change and i had printed an online coupon form Tire Kingdom website that would give me the $10.00 off the ending price. When I arrived at the store, even though, my name appeared on a big screen on the lobby of the shop,the clerk looked surprised I had an appointment. He looked upset for something else since the moment i arrived at the store. Unfortunately for me, I paid the consequences for him being upset. Since he looked upset, I didnt feel welcome at the store, not a hello, a good afternoon or how are you today. When he finally found my appointment he told me the price I was going to pay. Since I had an offer from Tire Kingdoms website, I mentioned it to him and he just told me that the online price was the online price and that was it. Then I said, i wanted to cancelled the order, since i got upset. He simply said OK,... like he didnt care at all that the store was going to lose a customer. I asked for his name and for the manager but apparently, he wasnt there. He was never rude to me, but the fact hat a company employee, doesnt care if an employee leaves the store upset, and not caring at all about it says a lot about the type of staff dealing with the customers. I know that the company is very on top of customer satisfaction, and that is why I called right away to the companys headquarter to complain, and they would let the manager know about this specific incident . In the past I have also used the store coupons where the tire rotation and fluid top off is part of the offer. The same clerk, doesnt seem to be aware at all of these offers. If it is not that I mention, - I want the rotation included in the offer - he wouldnt provide my with the service that the company is offering. I believe this is a lack of communication between headquarters and the manager of this individual store. Next time I go to this store I will ask for the manager Pedro Sobrino

These guys helped me out of a jam. While towing the boat down the turnpike on my way to the keys, had not one, but two tires blow out on the trailer. I was able to limp in on 3 tires while they made special arrangements to get two new tires couriered in to the shop. As soon as the tires showed up, these guys were on it and had me back on the road in no time at all. The definitely went above and beyond and were happy to help. Great service and good guys. Everytime that i go to that store and the manager (tall old guy) is on the desk i wasted my time he never want to work always looking for any excuse to do not take your car, basically the problem with that store is the manager, all of the other employees are nice and they are willing to help me but because of that I will never go back to that store, and to clarify always was for my companys truck which means that is a good money for the store and he let that money go.

When you call this place they sound too uninterested to sell. I went anyway to this tire kingdom because this was the closes place to go. The front desk person gave us some prices again without much interest. But we really needed to get new wheels so we accepted the price. After 1 hour somebody else came and asked us if wanted a better deal for a cheaper price. We got Micheline tires for the price of some unknown brand that was offered previously by another person. I did ask about price for the Micheline tires previously but the guy gave me a very expensive price. I do not understand how the first guy works there.

Worst customer service ever!!! I was helped by a guy named Kevin, which apparently is some sort of supervisor or manager. His arrogance and lack of experience among with the terrible customer service came to the conclusion that he couldnt take a simple flat tire because he had more cars before me. Seriously!!! What is that? I hope corporate or someone can resolve this issue, please. In the meantime I dont recommend this place to anyone.

We got here at 11:39. All employees where here only one car in front of us and only to change a tired they told us to wait one hour. Plus when we drive in the employees look at there whatch and put a face like we were running there Sunday. The person before us told us the same 7 employees where in and only one is working. Incredible. Really bad place to be in an emergency.

I am only giving them one star but they don’t deserve any. This is the worse place to repair your car ever. The personal is very lazy, they are not professionals at all. I came for a oil change and a tire rotation, They were only working in my car and after 4 long hours of waiting, I was so desperate that I had to tell them I didn’t want them to rotate the tires. It was so frustrating, it seems like if they were playing with the car, they put and took off the same plastic more than 3 times, like if they were just letting the time pass without working. The personal doesn’t t have any idea of how to work efficiently. I absolutely don’t t recommend this place, you only will loose your time. I have changed the oil in another places and it only took 30 minutes as much. I will not come back to this place ever.

I was told I had to wait 1.5 to 3 hours for a flat tire in 2 different locations. Just left, at least they were honest about the service delay.

Bad place to go, the time waiting for an oil change is very long, the stuff doesnt even know how to put the cars sump guard correctly. I dont recommend this place, its a wasting of your time.

Best Tire Kingdom Ive been too, faster than the usual.

Turned a $5 plug job for a nail in my tire into ripping me off for $110 to buy the cheapest tire they have. Waited TWO HOURS for a goatee man to work their slow computer (the guy looked unprofessional as can be). Utter rip off. Didnt even say thank you for the Cuban coffee I bought them to try and speed their service up! Im avoiding this place like the plague. I suggest you do the same.

I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I walked in to an empty tire kingdom so I figured it would be nice and quick. I am approached by a gentleman who was very rude, told me I knew nothing of my truck, sent me to another business because he refused to even look at my truck to give me a review or his opinion. He said he would over charge me and did not feel like working. Told me he knew more from my explanation than even taking a look and I was wasting him time there was nothing he can do. I was nothing but respectful and kind and told him thank you and left. I have never felt so disrespected and bothered for entering a shop and had to no choice but to take my business elsewhere to a small local shop who treated me with respect and worked fast. Will never use a tire kingdom again anywhere nor will I recommend to anyone.

Save your time and go somewhere else. I had a flat tire and wanted them to fix it, went there 2 hours before they close and they said they couldnt fix it because they had too many cars and it there was only one car waiting. This was on a Saturday so Im assuming it was so they could leave early..

This place its not professional.i went there one and a half hour before close and the guy told me there are close and this is the second time.Just dont go there after 4pm.

Bad service, 6:30 arrived against a punctured tire and they did not want to repair it, because it was only half an hour before the closing. They left me stranded, nothing cares about the clients just going home.

First time I come, I look for something nearby since I get stuck and tirekingdom appears when I see the name I choose it as the first choice thinking that it would be the best place, and I had to wait a very long time for someone who was supposed to attend me to arrive and I was behind he never left, they looked for another person and I kept waiting but I never arrived, I was stopped because the chairs were occupied with the same mechanical employees seated, to all of these someone who was not the person from the work station came out and told me that the system Its down and they cant help me ... so I think this place is a waste of time and a bad service and I dont come anymore, I prefer to walk to my house and leave the car on the street before coming to this place

The person in charge tells me that they can not assist me because from an account part of the Goma onwards they can not do anything that is politics of the store. I do not understand what that policy is. But, well, I never go to that store again. and do not waste your time going there
