Valrose has by far the best quality and best customer service in this industry! I was looking for a company that would complete the awning fairly quickly and do a great job, and Valrose did just that. Their price was great and they were very attentive to my wants and needs. We got an awning for the backyard and couldn’t be happier with the job! It’s perfect for hosting our outdoor parties with the unpredictable Miami weather. The company and their installers provided great service and did an amazing job! I definitely know who I will be recommending to my friends and family! Thanks again Valrose!

Exceptional Service and Quality work! Carlos and Fabiana were great- so knowledgeable and helped guide me through the different options in design, fabrics, etc. I previously had an awning done by another company and unfortunately, it did not last; apparently the material I chose was not the greatest (wish I had the proper guidance at the time). I would recommend Awnings by Valrose with my eyes closed; very reliable and I had a great overall experience.

I hope everybody has the opportunity to read these lines before doing any business with this company in Hialeah. Valrose Enterprise or Awning by Valrose I called this company like many others to try to find the best deal for replacing the fabric of a big awning. Marc Gutman gave me their best price and his crew did the job a few weeks later, but when they finished they tried to trick me with a faulty job.I brought this up to the leader of the repair crew and he told me that he would fix the problem even though it wasnt his job. It felt like as if he was expecting me to pay him for the courtesy of fixing what they had damaged in the first place. Before leaving, the leader had recommended that I not call the company so that he wont get in trouble with his superiors.In the end, I payed them what was left of the bill and as soon as they left I called the company. I spoke with Giovanna/Fabianna and told them what had happened.A couple days afterwards, we noticed that the awning wouldnt close correctly and was crooked. So obviously we called the company again and got a hold of Giovanna/Fabianna with no results, but plenty of excuses. We finally had to contact Marc Gutman via email and he responded, but we still havent received results with this issue until today (03/19/16).We still have problems with our awning and this irresponsible company, Awnings by Valrose or Valrose Enterprise located in Hialeah, Florida, never finished the job we payed full for. The last payment was made the 4th of April of last year.I thought long and hard about writing this review, but after all this time (almost a year now) they completely deserve that everyone know how exactly this company treats their customers. We needed an awning for our companys outside break area to help with the heat and sun. Visited several awning companies and received many quotes. Out of all the options Awnings by Valorose had a very fair quote and new exactly what I was looking for. The job was completely in a timely manner and now my employees are enjoying their breaks under a beautiful canvas!

Refused to do an estimate on my damaged awning just because they didnt get the job on the last time it was damaged. Many years ago. Bad business practice. Ummmm.... your not the only game in town. Funny thing is, they are the original installers, so I did give them work. (Those that want all the $ get none of the money) I think there is a song about them. Take The Money and Run.
