Poor costumer service. Rey is not professional and he does not give you details of job...................First impression is very important. Of course I wont send my email to a company that I do not trust.

I have NO idea how this company has a 4 + rating.I’m giving this rating solely based on my customer service experience. No work was performed by this company thank God.I first reached out to Awning Florida on July 02. After more then 20 text messages and a couple of emails showing the site plans for the sun sails and awning I wanted Rey finally decided to come out on August 14.We discussed the location of the sun sails / awning, I asked him if he was going to measure and he responded “no I got it” then proceeded to leave.I’m here thinking like doesn’t this guy want to take any on site measurements?Then I asked him if he had any samples, drawings, brochures, sketches I could see?’ and he said “no”.Not that it matters because I will not use this company but as of Sept 01 he hasn’t sent me any quote/email.Very poor customer service which only tells me he probably isn’t reliable.

Awning Florida was awesome. They quoted me the most affordable price out of all the other companies in Miami and I got over 10 quotes. He came to my house, measured and in about 2 weeks my awning was up. Other companies were charging a lot more and I would had to wait between 2-6 months for installation. My awning fits perfectly and it looks beautiful. Great company and I highly recommend them. Affordable, quick and professional!

We install a Awning in June 2019, after installation we call for a minor adjustment and they never do it, never mind nothing special, but then the awning break, after call for at least 2 weeks, never come to repair we need to hire another company for the job, we need to call them for different hone to get an answer, every day they said they will come but never happen, Now I understand why they have good price. Its like a scam to get business, be careful at the time of choose them.
