I was very pleased with my experience in this store. I was going with a tight budget, for which I thought, I will not have many options, however Francisco (the manager) showed us 6 different options for us. He explain what the mattresses were best for in each different option and allowed us to try them and take our time to decided. Honestly, there was no rush and we didn’t have to choose until we really had the right choice for us. It was a great experience and it was amazing being able to get a good mattress within our budget. Thanks to Francisco for his help, it was much appreciated it.

We have been shopping around for a mattress and everywhere we went, other companies have been trying to up-sell us. However, we came into mattress firm at the location across the street from Westland mall and the store manger Efrain Gonzalez, went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met. I had a wonderful experience at the store located in Hialeah. As always I was sure I was going to get hounded by the salesman and it was nothing like that at all. Jorge was extremely pleasant and explained all the different options and based on The bed I had what I was able to use. I explained to him I wanted my husband to come and try it out as well so I came back to the store 2 days later. This time I was greeted by Efrain and Cecilia. I explained to Efrain I had been there already and was there to have my husband try out the mattress so he was nice to explain everything to my husband with full detail and try the mattress along with the base and it’s features.My experience overall in that store was very pleasant as it shows they all know there product pretty good.After I chose the mattress and base Efrain also offered extended warranty for the base which for the price I thought was great, I also ended up buying a cover for the mattress and sheets that have straps to hold the mattress to make sure it doesn’t slip off. Would definitely recommend this store.
