Very disappointed with the purchase I made and the service the company gave. On November 26, my wife and I bought a chest of drawers on the companys website and chose the option to pick up in the store. Since it was a holiday, we called the furniture store the next day. When my wife called the furniture, they said that the order number we gave them was not in the system and that they were going to call the warehouse to double check with them and that they were going to give us a call back. They never called and and we decided to go personally to the furniture store to pick up what we paid for. When we arrived the lady in charge of the store asked us if we didnt get a call explaining that the warehouse was closed since Tuesday. The person we spoke to on the phone first never said that. In fact he actually contacted the warehouse that Friday. I then asked the lady when could we pick up the chest of drawers my wife and I bought. She said that they will have it ready on Monday or Tuesday. My wife called today Tuesday December 1st, before picking up the furniture to make sure they had it. The representative that answered the phone said that the item we purchased was out of stuck and that they will have it ready for the end of the month of December, because it is out of stuck. It is very disappointing this back and forward. I personally work in an internet sales department and what this store is doing is wrong. If they did not have the item, they are required to put in their website that is out of stuck. I checked once again in their website and the item stills appears as in stuck. I dont recommend you buying anything from their website since they could have many other items unavailable, but still appears in their website that they do have it. They excuse they gave my wife was it is due to Covid, but actually Covid does not have anything to do with putting in your website the things you dont have available in the warehouse. It is unprofessional and unconventional to all costumers. My wife asked for a refund and they said it would take 1 to 2 business days, then they said 2 to 3 business days.

I will recommended, they delivery on time ! The lady on the store is a great, I bought mattress, dinner table and a set of my bedroom and my daughter. Recommended for sure.!!

On November 26, my husband and I bought a cabinet on the companys website and chose the option of picking up the furniture in the store. Since it was a holiday we called the next day. When I called the furniture store, they said that the order number we gave them did not appear in the system and they agreed to call me back since they will contact the warehouse where they have their furniture. They never did, the next day, Saturday my husband and I personally went to the furniture store. The lady who attended us told us that they had called us on the phone to explain that the warehouse was supposedly closed since Tuesday. The person we first spoke to never said it was from Tuesday if not the same day the 26th and it was open on the 27th when we called. The lady who was serving us in the store told us that they would have the furniture on Monday or Tuesday that she could pick it up. Today, Tuesday, December 1, he called again to verify that they already have the furniture. The man who attended me said no, they wouldnt have it until the end of December because he was out of stuck. They have a bad internet sales system and service. When I bought the cabinet it said that it was available and today again I entered and said that it was available. I do not recommend that you buy anything in this online store since instead of helping the customer or at least removing the products that they do not have available they leave it on. Anyone else can buy the same cabinet and would not have it available because it is out of stock. And the excuse they gave me is that due to Covid problems they dont have it. But as far as I know the internet has nothing to do with Covid, simply if they put the product out of stuck this situation would not happen. And since this product does not have it, many others may not have it.
