It’s my Neighborhood Publix. Been going there for over 20+ yrs. Always friendly, and helpful with whatever you need!

The deli section of this publix sucks. If you make an order here in advance to pick up they will leave your deli items out on the counter they have OUTSIDE OF THE COLD for who knows how long. As a result my ham and cheese spoils way faster than normal. Ive complained several times and the manager always says that itll never happen again but I always find that the deli workers keep doing the same things to my order and Ive caught it in the act. Someone needs to oversee the deli and reinforce that prepared sliced deli for customers need to be refrigerated as soon as its completed, not sitting out in room temperature.

Best publix in town! Everyone here is so friendly!! And I always find what I need .... although they need to have more variety of meat and chicken

While shopping at garden square Publix at 7:00am and trying to buy bread, the only bread out for sale was Cuban bread I try to get one but it was very saggy, so I notice they have the French brean inside ready to bag and I ask for one to one of the multiple employees Inside after some back and forth the one with authority look like told me sorry sir we are not open yet. Look like it was much of a problem putting one on a bag, price it and give to me.

What can I say this is my hometown Publix. Ive known the stuff for many years the place is very clean and very safe.

Good subs good Mac and cheese pretty good store beats Walmart but not in price as far as food goes.

I love this Publix location! The managers and staff are knowledgeable and always available to help with all I need.

Unfortunately this Publix is in decline. Theres food storages and price hikes that i havent seen ever.This Publix is less than 5 minutes from my house yet Im using alternatives Walmart, Target, Amazon groceries, dollar stores.

I enjoy always the excellent customer service at this store. Today I visited the store looking for a particular Honey Ham for my Christmas Dinner and there were none of the one I was looking for on the sales floor, and I ask Juan one of the Meat Department associates and as always He was very helpful. He always deliver the best Customer service. I am very grateful for his service. This is the reason I am giving the five Stars to this store.

I bought a whole chicken tender sub that was delicious! It had a hefty amount of meat that satisfied my hunger and I only ate half. My buddy ate the other half. Checkout was quick as usual and the cashier was friendly. Had a good experience today at Publix

It makes me so sad to write this review because I’ve been coming to this Publix my entire life for the last 26 years and I don’t know what has happened but it’s a complete mess. The whole point of online ordering is for me not to have to go and stand there for 30 minutes in line waiting for an on order it’s not for me to make an order wait 45 minutes for an order that’s supposedly going to be ready then get there and for them to be starting on my sub order after doing the whole entire sub then tell me that there’s no lettuce there’s no tomatoes, the fact that they acted like it wasn’t an issue, I don’t know what happened here this was the worst experience at any Publix for me. I won’t be returning here this really sucks.

The pharmacy is incompetent. I took a pet prescription yesterday I was told they needed to call the vet to clarify the prescription. Today I call and they didnt have my prescription in the system, it wasnt until I called that they did anything, and are unable to fill the prescription until Tuesday.

I have shopped at this Publix for 4 years and rarely have I had a decent deli experience. If you have 3-4 people in front of you ordering multiple items you can count on waiting 45 minutes. There may be 3 people behind the counter slicing meat but only one waiting on customers. Other Publix stores in Miami take your order and give you number so you shop and return.

Employees at the deli are incredibly rude and brutal when you ask questions. I am not one to write reviews but I absolutely had to for this one because of how I was treated when I kindly asked about my order. I was under the impression my order for pick up would be ready at 6:20. Apparently it was at 6:40; alright, no biggie, I wasn’t in that much of a rush. Mimi, the employee who I asked about my order to, proceeded to ask me why I was picking up an order for 6:40 when it’s only 6:20. Perplexed, I had no idea how to answer since I believed my order was ready at 6:20. I kept trying to explain to her that I placed my order for 6:20 and she kept interrupting me, continuously asking how I expected an order for 6:40 to be ready at 6:20. I tell her, no rush, I’ll wait. She proceeds to rush my sandwich and when she’s done, calls my name, and tosses my sandwich onto the glass display top. Pretty unnecessary behavior and I don’t believe I’ll be ordering sandwiches from here anymore. Most of the staff have a really bad attitude and don’t know how to respect customers. It’s no wonder why so many people I know have decided to go to other publix locations. It’s insane how disrespectful the deli employees are in this publix location, never seen anything like it before.

The deli departments is nothing but the best! All of their associates offer an amazing service, but Tamara is simply the best!! She makes sure my needs are always met. Everytime I go I ask her clean the machine for me before preparing my order, and without hesitation, she does it with such of great attitude! She is the perfect example of how customer service should be! And my favorite part is when she genuinely says: it is my pleasure to service you! ❤

They are very consistent every time I go the supermarket is very clean the wait is minimal the meat is fresh and they have specials on occasions.

Deli is a mess. Wasn’t happy this time, went to get the best sub in miami and that didn’t happen. First they didn’t have white bread so I was ok and chose another one. Then they didn’t have mustard, and next onions were out also. I have to leave and not buy the sandwiches. This was 2 hours before store was closing on 1/30/2021

Just dropped in while working in the area to grab a sandwich. Everybody was hustling around within in the store but the deli was woefully slow. Wearing a mask and face shield makes it difficult to order and even harder for the staff to operate machinery while communicating with difficult customers.n Regardless, Publix still runs a top notch operation.

Nicely stocked and organized. I found toilet paper and paper towels and plenty of food. There were no lysol products but that takes luck and perfect timing.

The deli here needs a complete reset. Horrible experience!!! If you want bad customer service... you will find it here; if you want nothing readily available... come here... after 8 o’clock everything is sparkling clean like the store is about to close and the hot food items look old or simply not there. Corporate send a Mystery shopper!!! Urgent!!! I rather go to sédanos across the street... it’s cheaper anyways and the same treatment. The slogan Publix advertises... doesn’t apply here not a pleasure. Sadly it is the nearest to my home. Seriously... fix it. Fix the Deli!

Horrible Service at the Deli. I went and wanted some ham and cheese sliced, and the only thing that the lady said was I just sliced and put some out their. So, I told her that its not what I wanted; and she was not very happy with my response.

Horrible service at the deli. I would recommend avoiding purchasing hot food there. The ladies working there in the afternoon are pleasant but the man working in the afternoon shift should have his mouth covered instead of his hair. Poor customer service skills resulting from poor management skills by his superiors. Twice I have seen him get snappy with elder customers and he gets angry when you ask him questions. Not sure why he is in a position that deals with the public. It makes sense to drive down to the two locations nearby if you want to be treated respectfully. You go to the supermarket to get your stuff and get out and not get hassled by an idiot behind a counter in such a trivial position. I cant imagine him doing anything besides wrapping food and placing it in an oven or refrigerator. I am going to find put his ne and post it with another negative review so his managers take seriously that customers matter and we deserve great service.

Awesome service, the management spectacular personalized attention, especially Ms. Jeneffer, you cannot get upset because she motivate your time there, I cannot recall her last name. Cashiers like old friends treatment. It is really a very nice experience, I go there more than twice a week after work.But, few organic selection especially blueberries and spaghetti squash, at certain late 9pm hours out of Plain Greek Yogurt.

I came in there looks for some strange cooking items, attempting to make hummus. Shawn T. was super friendly in helping me out. He walked me through the aisles and couldnt of been a better experience. It was my first time at Publix and Ill certainly be returning!

Manager is very friendly and makes a point of it. She greets you and makes sure you’re satisfied every time I go. She is the epitome of how a manager should be.

I had to ask for the prices of produce several times because the price tags were nowhere to be found. When I buy something I like to know how much Im paying. A few items were too expensive. Service was good and the store was clean.

Organized, clean and good customer service over all. Deli staff should be increased. Specially over the weekends. Stopped coming over the weekends to the deli because is the excessive time waiting in line for service.

Love Publix, always have. Must add tho, Miami gardens store seldom seems to have enough publix caffeine free cola. And lately has been out of Floridas natural orange juice in the 1 gallon size. Hope this minor complaint has the desired effect.

Crowded. Hialeah disguised as Miami Lakes. Feel sorry for the employees. But the 2 gas stations are the cheapest in town. ⛽

Ive been to looking for the Rosemary and Sun Dry tomato power bowl at Publix and finally I found it. After going to 4 Publix. I never gave up thats how good they are.

IIsabel gucciardo who works at the cafeteria section in publix. I don’t even know where to begin. She has excellent customer service. I work in the same shopping center at AT&T and I come in every morning and it’s such a good feeling to know Isabel knows exactly what I want. I’m not just a customer to her she makes me feel at home. I appreciate this more than you could possibly know. She’s fast, accurate and kind. Now and days I can’t find customer service like this anywhere. She’s the reason I will continue to buy my coffee and pastries in this location even though my job has a coffee maker lol thank you publix and Isabel for AMAZING customer service. You excee my expectations.

The management is wonderful, most all employees are outstanding. Their produce is great and their deli is wonderful.

I have been going to this publix for over 10 years, but I recently have been doing most of my shopping in ALDI due to the price difference. But tonight I was in a hurry and decided to make a mini stop there. The General store manager was helping people I guess they might be short staffed but to might surprise she asked me if I needed help and I said no thanks just looking at the prices before I could mention that they were too high and I guess she knew where I was going she turned and said ok have a good night extremely rude. This comes as a shock this publix staff is usually extremely nice and helpful it shame their manager has zero tolerance for rivals.

3.5 They should learn not to bag 2 litter sodas with entenmanns white powder donuts..
