I love this Publix, but the bakery is disappointing. The breads are always hard or burned. Even the breads for the subs made in house are super tough.

I think this place is bigger than other Publix, has good hot meals, clean, great customer service.

I go here since its close to UPS store. Its a larger store that has sales and a few specialty items. The prices are not bad and the people both employees and customers are friendly. They have a deli, bakery and a hot bar. They sell whole chicken or combo meals for a quick lunch. They sell kombucha and other organic cold pressed juices. I do recommend

Truly a pleasure to shop at Publix. Less people, large spacious aisles, and the staff was very helpful. Store was organized and clean unlike many other grocery stores I have visited in the past. The selection of baby food is vast and the layout of the store is easy to become accustomed to. Overall I will be shopping here again.

If i could give 0 stars i would.I made an appointment today 08/27/21 at 1 pm for my Covid vaccine.When i arrived the pharmacy tech gave me a form to fill out and once i turned it in told to take a seat and wait.There was Noone in fron of me,no lines.Was waiting there for over 45 minutes.During that time they had noone else for vaccines and a few random costumers to pick up medications.When asked about the delay she told me to speak to the pharmacist,who told me her priority was to order merchandise ( im guessing Meds) before they closed or else she could not get them by Monday.During that time she never acknowledged my presence or said anything.And i think is very disrespectful to me and my mom who also had an appointment for vaccination.I never had a problem at that particular Publix store.But the pharmacy i would not recommend to anyone.Horrible experience and i’m still unvaccinated.They need to get their priorities straight or get more staff.Or dont offer a vaccine if you can’t administer it.

Definitely not definitely not coming here again... I came an hour before closing and the plastic utensils lane had everything out of place. Is ended up leaving plastic utensils that were out of place that were significantly more expensive than what the label said and mistakenly took plates that were more expensive than what I saw in the aisle... this store is rather unorganized.

Employees are very helpful. Everytime you find one in the aisles or passing by they welcome you and ask you if theres anything you need. It a great pleasure going to this Publix.

This is my daily supermarket, I often go with my wife, we play the lotto here and buy most of my groceries. Employees are super friendly.

If i could give it zero stars I would. I went today to the deli and flies were having a field day. They were tasting everything. Not one fly but a swarm of them. Which tells me there is not much hygene. STAY AWAY.

Girlfriend harassed by a man who’s previously harassed her and her mom before. Employees saw but didn’t help.Edit: furthermore insisted they could not do anything after a phone call to report the incident to the manager, even though they recognized her harasser.

HORRIBLE SERVICE FOR THE PHARMACY, unprofessional people having you sitting down waiting to get vaccinated when there isnt anyone here at all in line.Very disorganized staff

I went to this location for the Vaccine shot, it took me about two hours to get the shot, whats the freaking point of getting an appointmet if they are going to make you wait all this time. I have other family members that went to other Publix in the same area and it only took them 5-10 minutes top. Both times for both shots was the same waiting time. Go to another location, this is bad management and bad customer service.Also, they have a bad system, on the process, and there is no information when making the lines, very confusing, I had to wait twice the line because they were taking care if other customer that were picking up medicine or paying for items. They need to be more organize!

If I could give the Pharmacy 0 stars I would. I go there for my COVID vaccine and I have to wait 1 hour and 24 seconds without exaggeration. The girl is sitting on the computer and on the phone and there is even more people and who knows how long they where waiting. They where also complaining. If you are scheduled at 4:30 you should get with in 10 minutes not almost 2 hours. And the funny part is that there is no people in the pharmacy. Hopefully you guys show this to the people there.

Beautiful Store. However, if you are getting a covid vaccine, make an appointment elsewhere. Had a 3:00 PM appointment and got vaccine shot at 5:00PM. There was no reason for this!

The customer service that Publix used to offer is definitely not offered at this location I came here after Many months of having food delivered and I won’t be back here again! The worse I never been made to feel like this ever. I shop at Publix becues of the quality and good customer service. Today I was made to feel like a junkie by the Pharmacies she did take the time explain why she could not fill my 2 scripts, she just went on about she was not losing her licience. I had to call my Dr. to speak to her and even than she did not explain to me my Dr called me and explained it. She made me wait an hour for my script if I did not ask they would not have told me it was ready and I was sitting right there. My family is a Publix family my mother my wife lots of my friends work at Publix I was even a bagger there in high school. Sorry to say I do not plan shopping at this Publix ever again. Please do not let this person tarnish the Publix good name.

I place an online order for 2 cheese went to the Deli and asked an employee name Gonzalo and he told me it was not hes job to fo it and to ask someone else. As always very clean and friendly staff.They also have a RedBox in this location and $0.35 gallon water fill up which realy the only reason I go here.

Employees are very rude here. No one speaks English and they treat you like you are not important if you don’t speak Spanish. Only person who spoke English was at customer service and the manager. I love Publix and I have never had anything but A+ customer service. This store is like no other, very disappointed. My online order was not ready and I was simply trying to get an explanation why. I believe they were trying to tell me they were out of ingredients but they kept talking to me in Spanish trying to explain what happened. Even when I told them I don’t speak Spanish and requested an English-speaking employee they Continued in Spanish. They didn’t offer to get someone who speaks English, they didn’t try to contact the manager, and they walked away. Several employees in the deli looked at me very aggravated that I do not speak Spanish. The regional manager should really do a house cleaning.

Very good location in Hialeah, the store is close to many major grocery stores, I love shopping here roomy aisles and great selection of products, large selection of beer and meat section has premium meat. Deli and pharmacy is available. Staff will be knowledgeable about the store
