This is a small business family owned with a very high end product competing head to head with big brand names in the boating/transportation industry. Husband and wife. Attention to details and knowledge of their products by sizes and users end. I did my homework when I realized I needed a new trailer for my 21 Boston Whaler boat. Let.me.tell. you, it wasnt easy. Too many companies, brands and middle man that only increase your price by 50%. Sadly, major brands are almost out of business due to Covid 19 and humongous over head. Only small business survive on this industry. I was able to meet the crew..they know what they are doing. Very friendly hard working people at a factory fast pace. I saw trailers from 20s to 50 returning for service. Very happy returning clients. I was told they also have a government contract and I could believe that. Again, very friendly people..After doing my homework, I realized not all trailer manufacturers use stainless steel hardware. This company, besides the quality, gave me the best price and shorter waiting time. They even helped me swap my boat to the new trailer at their shop using their crane. My trailer was custom made to Boston Whaler specs. Humble people. They know what they are doing. Thanks for your great service.

Terrible customer service. Rude and disrespectful to clients. Wife is the manager. Husband is the mechanic. My review is NOT about the quality of their work. I truly believe that the shop does do good work. It’s the Customer Service which is awful. Wife wants to manipulate customers. Micro manages all calls with potential customers. Annette is her name. When you politely ask to speak with her husband, the mechanic, she never allows you. He’s always busy. Annette treats you as if your lucky that they are speaking with you. You don’t have to believe me, just listen to the voice recording. They have just been posted on social media. Listen for yourself. Make your own decision.Rude, disrespectful, no customer service skills.My advice is STAY AWAY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. LISTEN TO THE CONVERSATION.JE.

Anet and her husband have years of experience in the industry and they are great to work with. They do not cut any corners when it comes to the quality and craftsmanship. They use the best products, all American made. They also offer a great warranty on all their products. Comunication was excellent throughout the building process. My overall experience was great and Ill continue to do business with them. Highly recommend them.

Wow, I just listen to a voice recording on YouTube for a review of All Marine Trailers. The customer is correct. The way the woman on the conversation talks to the customer is combative. She doesn’t let him explain. Talks over him and doesn’t answer his questions. Not a nice company. I would be concerned going there.Mario

I shopped around extensively to find a quality built trailer at an affordable price.My background .....20 years as a Master Captain towing many boats on various makes of trailers over the years.All Marine Trailers came up top on my research.I dealt with the owner Annette directly and had a very good experience. Communication was clear and I knew what I was ordering.Today I picked up the trailer as scheduled and met Annette.I’d say the whole operation is “good people”.Just a pleasant experience all the way around.It helped that the trailer was everything and more that I expected.They do build an awesome trailer.I drove it empty 3+ hours home across Alligator Alley. It tracked smooth and had minimal vibration.I feel I made a very good decision choosing All Marine Trailers and would do business with them again.Highly recommended.

I am so happy I decided to go with All Marine Trailers for my custom trailer. I have a 22 FT Cobia. They listened to all my requests and built an amazing trailer. It fits my boat like a glove and it drives super smooth. I dealt directly with the owners Anet and Ricardo and were super sweet and kind. They went out of their way to meet me at the marina in case any adjustments were needed. They were always available on the phone and worked with my schedule. I will always make my trailers with them and highly recommend them to all my friends. They are amazing!!!!!!!

Just artist at Scamming Horrible customer service definitely do not recommend paid for my trailer in full because they asked for it said my trailer would be done within 2 week because they were very busy didn’t mind that because I understand that most businesses are busy but after the 2 weeks I call the lady doesn’t answer called her 2 more later that day she called me back and said she would call me back in 20 mins once she’s done with a customer I said ok no problem, she never called back so the next day I called 3 more times no answer then she calls back and I asked is my trailer done you said it would be done by today and she said no it’s not haven’t even started it.On my way to get my money back nowDO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO ANYONEGo to another shop that will do a better job and be polite and honest
