Bad communication, great trailer quality but poor quality control with loose screws and bolts. I have replace many screws, one jack, two led turn signals and a brake light within a month of use.

Great trailer, great price. Some brands want $300 extra for fenders strong enough to stand on, Allstars trailers have an extra brace making the fenders more than strong enough standard. (Pointing out the obvious, fenders strong enough to stand on seems like a basic feature to me, but some manufacturers obviously dont agree, perhaps those manufactures suggest trailer should not be submerged :)) Overall just plain good trailer and easy to do business with.1/8/2021 Following up on this review about a week later, I forgot a part to my trailer when I picked it up, I was too far away to go back and pick it up, At my request for solution, Allstar sent me the money to purchase the part, great service.

Bought a new trailer a couple weeks ago for my 24’ bay boat. Great hardware and build quality. Robert paid attention to what I asked fir and needed as I use my boat every day for work. Took a week or two longer than anticipated but everyone is having trouble getting materials and parts during the pandemic.Will buy another one in a heartbeat when the need arises.

I called Robert from AllStar trailers about availability and price for an overbuilt 12,000 pound dual axle trailer, he texted me back and said that ironically he just happened to have the exact trailer 2628DA12B and gave me a great price so the next morning I drove down to Hialeah to pick it up (on New Years Eve). I needed a trailer for my 29 Chris Craft. I was on a borrowed trailer and needed one right away because the owner wanted it back. I looked at used trailers for $3000 that were junk. One I looked at for $3400 needed six sets of leaf springs all rusted. I found Robert with All Star Trailers online. I was very skeptical with some of the reviews I saw but decided to take the chance anyway. After I found out how long he was in business. I figured you just cant make everyone happy and I placed my order. Knowing my time frame, Robert completed my trailer within 3 days of placing my order. We drove across state to pick it up. It was everything we wanted. They had to make a couple of adjustments but did so right on the spot. Robert couldnt have been more accommodating. His communication by phone and text were outstanding. Small company that puts extra effort into getting your aluminum trailer built the way you want it. They use all galvanized bolts and brackets to keep the trailer holding together for years to come. Other companies skimp and use steel to save a few bucks and make more profit. I was recommended by a friend who bought 3 trailers already from them and was buying a 4th.

It was later we noticed some items that needed tweaking.They agreed to correct the issues at their expense and even returned the trailer with a few added extras. Hi, this is worse company I ever meet. I ordered a trailer from this company and it was my biggest mistake. owner of company is liar, never keep promises, after they finished it built the trailer was not match my request, he did lots of additional work for extra money but even after that when I went on the road the trailer started to broke down every single day of using. the bearings looked up, aluminum parts are cracked, I lost 4 cross beams, nuts, bolts, tail lights and lanes were broken, finally the first axle tore down totally. when I came back the owner refused to fix it and blame me to over loaded it. of course it is not truth... I gonna sue him... his company has some cases in Business Bureau. dont trust in the positive reviews...

They worked around the holiday season to get my trailer ready in a great amount of time. I got a trailer for a 21 ft open fisher and couldn’t be happier. Torsion axels look great and aluminum is top of the line. And you can’t beat their prices for a new trailer
