I friend recommended me this dealer and he couldnt be more right about it, got to their place and talked to Raphael and his son, it is a family business, but not only because they are family but, also, because they treat people very nicely, like family.In my experience buying cars, this is, by far, the best people, in a car dealership, that I have done business or dealt with. They are honest, with very good manners and very respectful, they tray to help as much as they can and wont try to take advantage, I knew the average market value of the vehicle I wanted, I bought it from them below that price. I drove down from Orlando to Hialeah Florida. I had my eyes set on a truck. When I got to the area this truck was not big enough for my needs. I found a very nice 2015 6.7 diesel F350 at Star Autos a few miles away . My son and I headed over To five Star. After meeting the father and son duo and driving a first class used truck we knew we were in the right place. Upon entering the office everything was very clean and squared away. Everyone was extremely friendly and very helpful.5 Star made sure I had four new tires and everyone’s personal phone number. It was raining and late in the day and they still had time for me. They also wanted me to call if there was any problems while driving from Miami to Orlando. I think this is a great family owned business . They take a lot of pride in providing the general public with good used autos. They are bilingual and professional . When I need another vehicle I will return to 5 Star auto!
