The Saturn broke down and stopped working within 2 months of leaving your lot! It was unable to be repaired and even harder to trade in due to the rebuilt title on the truck. I saw a very good under-priced Grand Caravan on their website. I called the dealership to confirm the price, mileage and availability of the vehicle in addition to the title and state of the car. Pedro sounded professional and told me everything was in great conditions and the car had a clean title. After arriving at the dealer and asking about Pedro, the guy was nowhere to be found as they told me he didnt work there. I then asked for someone else to assist me and they surely did. The guy that assisted me told me that the car I was looking for had been sold 3 days ago and offered to see another more modern vehicle that they just got as well as other vehicles they had in stock, which were all in terrible conditions and were hugely overpriced in comparison to the online advertised price. This type of scam is very frequent in the dealers of this area. They show you a great price online or in ads/newspaper, you call and they tell you they have the car to come and see it and after 20 minutes that you arrive at the dealer, the car is not there and the guy you talked to is gone. Thereby I reconcile this place with a mere one star for its treacherous service and fraudulent customer service. Law enforcement should seek for customers protection and revoke the respective licenses away from this fraudulent businesses. I advise to Please avoid this dealer. Dont even consider to call. Waste of time.

This people are known to alter odometer mileage. If you want to buy a car here ask them for an odometer statement, by law they have to provide it, if they refuse you already know the miles on your car have been altered. It happened to me, I bought a car here and when I took it to an authorized dealer (which I recommend you do if you buy here) the authorized dealer provided me with the actual miles the car had when it was last serviced by another authorized dealer. The car miles had been rolled over by half at Monzon. When I requested the odometer statement from the Monzon they repossessed the car and kept my deposit. They are scammers! Beware!

Ive been with this dealer for about 3 years, and I highly recommend it. I got my car from them back on 2013, the service was awesome, the representative was very professional and helped me a lot throughout the deal. The finance guy that closed the deal was very helpful and well-oriented, he explained all the numbers in my contract and was also very patience. I also recommended a couple of friends and family members and they are very happy with the service and the cars that they got.During my visit I also got to met one of the owners Danilo Monzon, who it was very professional and walk me through the whole process while waiting for the deal to be approved. I test drive one car and I didnt like the way it felt. So I asked to test drive a Malibu and this kid gave me a hard time and told me Ive showing you 3 cars and I said to him we test drive one car. I got to the lot and was immediately assisted by the same gentleman I spoke to on the phone, he said he would be able to help me and he definitely did and I got a great deal. After conversations were done the paperwork took some time but all around I was satisfied by the assistance from the salesman.

My father traded his car with this company and months later he notice the paint was falling off. He went online and checked the car facts and the car was involved in an accident. They sold him the car like if it never was involved in any accidents and in fact the car is a lemon. The finance company told them what the dealer did was illegal. My father went to see what can they do and the person at the dealer told him he is not doing anything that is his problem they sold him a lemon and if he want to take it outside. He threatened my father by telling him that he has a bag full of guns with him if he want To square it out that way. My dad called the Hialeah Police to file a report. This company does fraud and scams its customers. Its very sad with all the complaints they don’t investigate this fraud auto company. I will be filling a complaint against this company. Please stay away from this dealership! Especially the salesman named Arian Del-Sol! He took my money and told me that I was approved for the car that I wanted. Once I returned with the insurance to take possession of the car, they told me that the bank had restructured the deal and that I cannot get the car unless I gave them more money. Mind you that paper work was already signed for the car. They tried to get me to finance other cars that I did not want. I had to force them to give me my money back. My girlfriend purchased a car from this dealership and the car broke down the same day! When we got it towed back to the dealer, they told us that we broke the car because we put watered down gas from the gas station we chose, and offered to fix it if we bought the parts. $550 and 3 weeks later, the car was still not fixed so i asked my cousin, who is a mechanic, to take a look at it. He told me that the engine was locked not the fuel pump that they made us buy. When we asked the manager Danilo what they were going to do to make it right, his response was simply.. theres nothing he can do unless we buy a new engine that he would help with the labor. I was so upset and felt so bad for my girlfriend that is a single mother and had been taking buses to work and saving for a whole year just to buy a car. Now she has no car and no savings. So I offered to pay for the engine so i told her to call the next day and ask them to help us find an engine. She called only to find out that they sold her car to the auction because they didnt think we wanted it. Are you serious!! We filed a police report and are taking them to court because its illegal. Do yourself a favor. Dont go through what we went through. DONT EVER BUY A CAR AT MONZON!!

The financing department were extremely rude and were unclear on the amount we had to pay and didnt want to show us the contract. Thankfully we didnt allow them to cash the check which they tried to do immediately and lock us down before we realized the listed price was not the one we were paying.

Very poor customer service. They were hired to transport our jeep from a deler in fla to nc. The jeep was damaged in transport. It was delivered in the evening under poor light conditions. There was damge located above the widshield cosistent with crushing in 2 symmetrical areas. The damage was not noticed until the folowing am in regular light conditions. This was intitially blamed on the dealer which was not true. They than stated that my wife signed that there was no damage and it is not their problem. It is a shame they were not willing to do the right thing. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Two weeks ago I went to purchase a 2008 Honda Civic and the finance guy said, I promise you, I will get you financed. Well they sure did.. but how they did it, is ILLEGAL.. The application that was being sent to the bank said, I was giving TRIPLE the money down in cash and that I was also “trading” in my 2010 Nissan (who in their right mind trades in a 2010 Nissan with 55,000 miles for a 2008 Honda Civic with 109,000 miles). I took the car back and said, I don’t want this car, what you want me to do is “Federal” and I want my down payment back! Monzon Auto Sales said to me.. What if I lower your monthly payments and give you a lower interest rate? I said, NOPE – I am not interested in the car. What you’re doing here is ILLEGAL. So they said, OK, I will give you your down payment back but you need to come in on Monday because the owner is not here at the moment. Monday came and the owner was out for whatever reason.. All week I kept trying to go back and finally almost a week later, they said, OK, come in and we will have it for you.. When we arrived, they said sorry but you signed a non-refundable deposit, I said, I understand all that but the reason I don’t want your car is because I am not lying to the bank – this is illegal.. How can you expect me to lie. Monzon Auto Sales said, OK – I totally understand but under state law, we cannot give you your money back because you signed this paper. My response was, OK, in that case give me a copy of my agreement because I am taking this one step further! They then said, come back tomorrow and I will give you a copy of your agreement (yes that is correct, I never received a copy of my signed agreement the day that I purchased the vehicle – they claimed that they needed it first in order to send it to the bank – which it is my understanding, they are always supposed to give you a copy no matter what) that right there should have been a sign of who I was dealing with!! So I went back to pick up my signed contract the next day and they had the nerve to ONLY give me copies of the “signed non-refundable deposit”. When I asked for a copy of the contract they said since the loan had been pulled, they destroyed the papers.. Which is all a lie because they need to keep legal documents for at least 12 months.. I called the Police and once again, since I didn’t have a copy of my signed application, the police couldn’t do much. The guys actually had the nerve to put words in my mouth and one of them kept saying to me, I understand your mad bud you’re going to lose, I have been doing this for the past 25 years! The scammers at MONZON AUTO SALES are a bunch of THEIFS and I will make sure they go to court for all this! Please help me spread the news.. We all work very hard for our money for some scammers to just try and take it away from us!

My experience with Monzon is not the best. The seller told me that the car was clean and I found out later that I had an accident, after a month I was dumped because it ran out of oil, the same thing happened to me the second month. I informed them and the manager told me that they couldnt do anything because I had already taken the car from the dealer. My story continues, but it does not fit in this review. And to top it all, the person who attends the website asked me to write well. From my experience I can say convinced: buy your cars elsewhere
