I believe the rep was Alberto. He was very helpful and courteous. I went in to have my new phone programmed and fitted with a SIM card. Not only did he take the SIM card out of the old phone but he cut it to size and transferred all my data to the new phone. He also checked my current plan to see if I had the best plan for my mobile habits. Great customer service.

I called the store around 5:45 to ask if they could put the screen saver on my new iPad that just got delivered today. I asked if I needed an appointment and what time did they close. Was told they close at 7, and to come on over. Got dressed and arrived at 6. I see three people inside pull the door and it’s locked. I tap at the door, all three people look at me and turn their heads back around. There are 2 customers and 1 rep. I wave at them to try a figure out if they are closed. They agin turn back around. So I call the store the lady answered and said they only allow 1 customer in the store per rep. Ok why not come to the door and say something, not ignore me. Then I tell her ok I can wait my turn, that I just called and was told to come over. She then proceeds to tell me she plans on taking a long time. So I guess she plans on serving one customer for a whole hour. And then told me that I must have spoken to the girl that left a 6 and I should try back tomorrow. No signs on the door stating anything, not even the common courtesy to come to the door to speak with me. I just spent $1649 on and iPad, been a customer for well over 10 years and have 7 lines, never had I expected to be treated with such disrespect.

B+ | Great new AT&T site that is calm and quick. This is a nice unified location that gets the good done well. Used to work here this is a very goal driven environment, they are forced to sell to hit certain figures. Traditional upselling techniques are used, the accessories are pretty good but I would only advise the Gadget Guard screen protectors saved plenty of phones. The AT&T Next is practical if you enjoy the latest tech and upgrading your phone annually. Either way youre going to get bent over with fees and such so you might as well have the latest phone and ability to update the phone when it inevitably becomes obsolete in a few years. The employees are very knowledgeable about the products and have solutions for your situations.

Such good service, they even set me up with all the protection for my phone that I’ll ever need. They told me that everything has a lifetime warranty too, all I’ll need to do is go online. I don’t even have to go back to the store if I need my screen protector replaced.

Overall, I had a great experience and was helped by a guy named Albert. He helped me get a new Apple Watch that I’m excited for! 😊

My favorite story line in this store if you want to do the promotions for the buy one and get one free device you must return the device you upgraded two days before get charged the restocking fee and take out the same exact phone and then add the line. I know this was a bunch of b.s went to a corporate store after I left and they still honored the promotion, you have 14 days for any promotion with att If you upgrade any device and want to add another line. Staff needs to learn their promotions including their managers. Same story goes for the Hialeah store on 49 street. :)). Let’s not try to hustle a customer and burn phones and charge restocking fees for the promotion quote on quote to work.......att has a 14 day policy for these promotions and doesn’t have to be same day to be done

Horrible customer service EVA is so rude! I went in with my father in law to see if we change our plan which would be more money for at&t. She didnt want to help every question we asked she gave us an attitude, she would speak under her breathe and tell her co worker she wanted to go home ! No la recomiendo para nada!Went to buy an iPhone 7 and the employee told my mom that the store was giving a FREE mini iPad with the purchase of the iPhone 7. She didnt believe him and asked him AGAIN if it was free, to which he assured her it was! Minutes after leaving the store my mom checked her account and the iPad came with a 2 yr contract and a monthly fee. She immediately went back to return it. He smiled, laughed and wanted to charge her a $45 fee for returning the iPad that he had tricked her into getting. Once he collected the iPad he refused to give her a return confirmation #. Then when my sister tried contacting the store to speak with a manager they were super rude and even hung up on her twice!

Well I tell you that here they tricked me with a phone that supposedly Hera free to change with them and it was never like that they charged me for it was an old lady who works in this store made me a contract and everything never told me that if I bina de att me I charged the phone and I had to pay almost 400 dollars and they really took it out of my bank account without my authorization thats how things are, be careful with these people
