The experience was so bad, I left my laptop to be repair, it was only to change the upper case an button case, the technician did not taste anything before I picked up, I had to come back because The charger didnt fit, it worked before, They said that I had to drop the laptop again for a few hours, I couldn’t come back in one hour, so I went to the store two days after, to my surprise it wasn’t ready yet, they needed 30 min. More, I wait 30 min. It worked, but the mouse pack doesn’t work, the idea when you paid is to get a good service.In other words don’t go over there. The technician doesn’t care if it works or not.The ladies at the front line are great!

I bought an unlocked cell at this store. It seemed to be a great experience, but the cellphone started to freeze. the store gave me 30 days warranty. I went back to change it, but they stated that the cell phone had suffered a fall which it was not true at all. At the end of the day, i lost the money for a worthless cellphone.

Please do not go to this place, I bought a Verizon phone at this place unlocked, brand new and it did not recognize the sim card. I went back and returned it and bought a Samsung brand new. After 3 days the screen started to show small black spots. I went back and they said they will call me to discuss the issue, they never called. Went the next day they said I had dropped it or press hard on the screen which was not the case, since It was a gift for a person. They said that voids the 30 days warranty.
