Never answer the phone and close early!!! Why would UPS leave my package somewhere that closes when people are getting out of work????

Really unprofessional manager. Was standing at the door, and didnt want to help, had a really bad attitude.

Its really unprofessional when a business provides a time in wish they open and are always late. I called yesterday asking for the time they open was told at 9am I have being waiting for 20mins. I understand that sometimes things happen but its not the first time this happens. Super unprofessional. I called and its going to be 20 more minutes. If I could give no star I would. So I just and was told after they said 20 min that they were going to open at 10am. Very unprofessional.
