This place is super unprofessional! My husband and I went and we needed help there was two girls in the cash register just talking and not paying attention to their customers. They could have been robbed and not even notice. Hire people who are willing to work! Never again!

Went today to purchase a shoe for my sons for his birthday, and the girl in the store was very rude and condescending. Decided to not spend my money at a place that disrespected me and my son. Clearly she needs to be trained in customer service and stay in school because she will not go far in life with that attitude!

Super bad attention from the staff Janet García and as for Manager Keiler Hernández I believe that she is not prepared for this position either by giving her the complaint she limited herself to saying ok ok how else it mattered she did not apologize very badly to her owners because I at least i wont come back hereI hope they train them better

I tell you that I was that store, maybe the business as such is not bad, but the way I have been attended to where the people who work there are extremely misplaced when having a communication with the clients, I tell them I ASKED FOR SOME BOOTS THEY HAVE THEM BUT THEY WILL NOT OPEN THE BOXES BECAUSE THAT IS NOT THEIR JOB, I wonder and then I asked them how I can buy them THE WAY THEY ANSWERED IS THAT IF I WANTED I could go looking for them. In summary I told them they were rude and encouraging verbal violence. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE TOLERANCE TO GO BECAUSE THEY WILL HAVE PROBLEMS.
