Went to photograph my grandson. The staff is great with kids. She took her time to get good pictures. Great customer service. Will be back again for sure.

It is the second time that I go and I do not go anymore, a very bad service, something that I do not like that those who work there call the customer MAMI AND PAPI and, I paid 200 dollars and I was not satisfied with the photos,

Terrible customer service. The short curly haired lady that works at the register by the optic center needs to learn some manners and how to deal with customers. She was working the cashier during my visit and there were two people in line ahead of me and she could not deal with the issue the first person was having. Then another lady that came after us asked about online pickup and she immediately began to help her over the other two customers that had been waiting in the line even though I was in line waiting for an online pickup. Upon asking her why I was waiting in line for online pickup she quickly answered there are two lines even though she can barely deal with one. I asked for the manager and another employee conveniently replied that she was not working today. Now to review the actual store and my overall experience; it is disorganized and feels crowded due to packed aisles. Carpets look dirty. Customer service is nonexistent, managers apparently hide whenever there is a problem that needs to be handled. Would not recommend to spend your money here given the lack of attention and disrespect towards customers, go buy stuff on Amazon instead.

I visited the Online Store and Found very Good Quality Purses. A family member worked there when young and is very independent and well Dressed. Even graduated from a Good University.

Absolutely horrendous customer servicei went in to men’s clearance shoes, found a pair of new balance shoes, no box, whole place was a mess.i ask a cashier for a price, nobody could tell meso we go on a search for a boxwe go back to the register and they tell me they will search online. after im told the price for a dirty clearance shoe with no box is gonna be higher than new from amazon and other sites, i go find the box, after a bit of searching i find the broken box near where i found the shoes.with a clearance price of 27.99They would not honor it, after the wild treasure hunt.10 dollars less i would have purchased and been happy with them and would have come back.but to be told they wouldn’t honor it, after all that and the lady trying to take the sticker of the box claiming someone else put it there, is just disgusting…thats why Jcpenny will eventually go out of business like all the others.Terrible employees not wanting the store to lose 10 dollars over an employees mistake.WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.

Today I went in here to find some cute Christmas outfits for my girls. I usually never shop here but all the other stores have run out of Christmas outfits so I went here. Went to the cash register and the lady upstairs with dark short hair (Assoc:0734) was extremely nice and helpful.. seemed like she actually cared about customers and isn’t fake nice like many other people who work in retail at hialeah. She made it worth it to get on here and write this review

I had a HORRIBLE experience at this particular JC Penny store. I was treated very poorly. I ordered a comforter set back on 4/4 and was given the run around since day one. I called numerous times and was told that the package had never arrived, but when I login to my order email status it says something completely different!!! How does that even make sense ?!!! I login and it says it was delivered on 4/4 and someone signed off on it. So I had to show up in person twice to this store and no one can even do anything for me but just cancel my order. The associates there were very rude and did not want to help. And they can’t even get me a store manager when I asked for one. What are you hiding ??? So your telling me because of someone else mistake that you can’t even compensate me for the inconvenience? I will be calling Corporate and making a very BIG complaint. Thank you very much!!!!

I love this store. The people who work there are very nice and helpful.

Went in for the pre-black friday door buster sale on Thanksgiving. Lines were crazy but the store was really clean and the cashiers/ floor associates were so helpful. All merchandise was in stock and easy to find. I went in with a plan and knew the items I wanted to grab so I thought I was going to be in & out quickly. Wrong! It took me 10min to grab my items but I literally stood in line for close to 90min. The lines were ridiculously long and so many people were over shopping and letting family, friends, neighbors, and complete strangers skip. Now I know why people shop online. I would gladly wait 3-5 business days for an item then to have to make a line again for a hour and a half.

I will not do in-store pick-up or business at this location again. My order was not complete and neither was the customer order ahead of me. On my way out.. Found a pair of pants I like and wanted to try it on. I passed closed fitting rooms before I found one I can use. Im now ready to pay for the pant ...when I was ignored by cashier when I told her I was next. She turn her back to me and started conversation with other customer in a different language. Disgusted, I tossed pant and walked out of store.

My experience at the Hair Salon has been beyond wonderful thanks to a sweet lady named Luz Elena. She always treats her clients with utmost respect. Needless to say, when she styles me,my hair always looks GORGEOUS. Best hairdresser ever!Outstanding customer service. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

If I could rate it 0, I would. The business shut their Lights off at 9 . I understand that they close, however that was not only rude but dangerous to those with small children such as myself. I BOUGHT SOME SHOES ONLINE FOR THE FIRST TIME AND WHEN I WENT TO TRACK MY PACKAGE IT SHOWED AS CANCELED NO EMAIL OR TEXT MESSAGE WAS SENT OUT TO THE CUSTOMER STATING MY ORDER WAS CANCELED. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO FIGURE OUT WHY MY ORDER WAS CANCELED AND THEY DIDN’T KNOW WHY ! SECOND ATTEMPT TO REORDER AND AGAIN ORDER WAS CANCELED, STILL WITH NO EMAIL OR MESSAGE LEFT. THE LADY ON THE PHONE WAS NO HELP ONCE AGAIN AND WANTED ME TO PLACE AN ORDER AGAIN ?!! LIKE IF I WOULD WANT TO PLACE AGAIN MY ORDER SO IT CAN BE CANCELED, WORST EXPERIENCE !!

Awful JC Penny. I have tried in store pickup twice now and it takes these people way longer than they claim to get the order ready. Very understaffed and ridiculous waits to get any help from the few people still working there. Now I understand why they are going out of business!

How dreadfully their service, I placed an order of a baby bullet, twice for a baby shower. I called various times, went to the store, waited in line for 40 minutes and there was no site of the item I ordered.They made various attempts by calling a number that gave them no answer.And to top it all off, nothing was mentioned as compensation for all the grievance.Order was canceled and that was the end.

Nice location. Theres always sales going on in JCP. Theres an optical, hair salon, portraits, and Sephora inside this JCP. Bottom floor is man/woman clothes & shoes; upper floor kids & furniture. Only con is that they dont have much cashiers in the checkout stations therefore the long lines sometimes. If you are exchanging its located in the back infront of the optical station. Also, there you will find more stuff marked down in clearance.

Great store need to be organized. Have affordable prices lately dont have many discounts like before as coupons etc.

My favourite clothing store. They dont disappoint.

First- Seriously the worse store I have ever been to! The shoes department for kids has no variety, they never stock back up! There is never an employee to help!Second- They never and I mean NEVER answer the phones!Third- I have had 2 bad experiences with ordering online and shipping my items to this store! First time I ordered something online my order took a month to reach the store I called directly to jcp customer service and was told the items were at the store to go over and ask them to check...I went two times and was told that the items had not yet arrived! So without an explanation they canceled my order and were not returning my money until I called and complained.Now second time I order something online I get an email that my order is ready for pick up. I go to the store and the girl takes 20 minutes in the back room looking for my order and tells me she doesn’t know what happened that she can’t find it. What the actual f$@&! I seriously think these people at this store steal orders that come in?! This place is so disorganized and so unprofessional!

We went to the JCPenney at Hialeah Florida and went for a family portrait shoot. The staff was friendly and we had a very nice time. The pictures look very nice professional and we had a great time

They had an awesome sale for the labor holiday I think it should have continued to the end of that week. I would have spend more money and would have calls some friends that I know they like Jcpenney.

Nice clothes

The truth is that I have always liked JcPenney and it is one of the stores where I usually buy the most, but the last few times I have been to the JcPenney located in the Westland Mall it has been very disappointing. A very bad customer service. The cashiers have practically spoken to me in a bad way, they have turned their faces so as not to answer my questions. A few days ago I was there shopping and the cashier who attended me spoke bilingual, however she did not want to answer in the same language as me. The worst thing I notice in this JcPenney is the attention of the employees towards the clients, but also the place is not in good condition and needs to be remodeled. The escalators are often not working and when it rains, leaks fall inside the store.

They have great prices in mens clothing.

Honestly have been waiting on the phone while it ringing for about 30 minutes now, have called the womens and mens department, i have even tried the salon just so someone can answer and they couldnt even transfer me. this is ridiculous, i just want to know if you have some pants available!!! on another note, in the beginning the recorded messages asks me if i want English or Spanish, i selected English and the person who answered didnt even know English... what is even the point for that option???

My son is thank God no interested in JCP clothes. Maybe Goodwill will work for him. I know will save the attitude I got from the staff and overpaid for Chinese t-shirts. On friday My 14 yr old was on the jr fitting room and I black man decides to walk in and an employe told him he couldnt be there but he keeped walking in then thats when I told him he couldn’t be there theres women and kids in there getting dressed but he wouldn’t listen he started disrespecting me and told me his young daughter was there and that he was going inside I told the lady call security no security showed up at the end a lady showed up and I explained to her that that man was trying to go in see his 13 yr old daughter change and he didnt listen not to go inside because there where other kids and women there .what I dont understand where was jcpenney security at cause they never showed up

Terrible customer service. We went there for the advertised sale once we found the items they told us that two of the items were not for sale because of a mistake on the price, did not apply the discount of 15% and told me to make the line again for another cashier to apply the discount. I ask for the manager for the cashier to redo the order.
