What a beautiful store. I love shopping there before covid. Staff was kind, beautiful stuff and you can try on clothes. Post covid I cant buy clothes because you cant try on clothes. I mentioned it to girl ringing me up, that i cant buy because i cant try on clothes ( i live in kendall) she says she sarcastically says they have sales anyway. She obviously wanted to make a point she didnt care about making me sales. Rude, disengaged, unkind. You shouldnt have people like her representing the store. I will spread the word.

Earthbound is not cheap but its nice but its not for everyone their stuff is more spiritual an Earthly.

I love coming here because the vibe is always lit but the prices are so extra sometimes.they have some really nice items but they try to profit too hard.the last time i went i saw a pair of pants made of the thinnest material known to mankind and they were about $40.overall, its a pretty good store if you need a quick gift for the metaphysically inclined person in your life. but if youre broke-ski youre better off finding some things online.

I love earthbound. Something about walking into that store puts you at ease. I really love the atmosphere and how the associates are so open to talking with you and helping any way they can. The prices are steep but honestly you can go online and order cheaper but you wont get the same experience.

Great store. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on stones and healing/purpose. Since Im here on vacation I will definitely order more on line.

Despite the store being crowded from the holiday sale (buy one, get one 50% off), each and every friendly store employee approached my fiancé and I in a calm, genuine and unhurried way. On two separate occasions, different employees made the extra effort to ensure that I found exactly what I was looking for (rock salt lamp and jewelry box) by going to the back room. I highly recommend this store for both the eclectic, bohemian items, and for the superior customer service. I also appreciate that the employees offered to secure my chosen items behind the register so I could continue to shop without holding the previously selected items. Thanks!

The manger was very helpful and answered all my questions. When I went to cash out it was a different story. The cashier asked me if would like to buy the $6 bag. That some of the proceeds go to help children in need. I said no thank you and he responded with what you dont like kids? Trying to stay polite I just said no thanks you again. After which he went to ring up a dress I was getting for my girlfriend he then said You wear this kinda stuff what a freak. why would you insult your customers when they’re checking out? It took all I had not to lose it because I really liked the shirt I was getting. I will never return to this store.

This store is sooooooooooo AMAZING! Like, it has everything I need including clear quartz to crop tops for my daily use! Im always amazed that they always have the coolest things around! The employees are soooooooooooo GREAT AND AMAZING!!!! They always know how to help us! And if you come every week, they learn your name and always ask how youre doing and ask how the things you bought are working out. I would totally recommend this store! Everything seems to fit in perfectly and the way they have their clothes set up is SOOOO PRETTY!!! 10/10 YOU MUST COME TO THIS STORE!

Goodafternoon, Earthbound is one of my favorite stores, I shop there often and it made me feel really uncomfortable the way the manager, Diony Quioñes spoke to her employees. They were great and greeted me as soon as I walked in. They also asked if I needed help and helped me get exactly what i was looking for. She was so rude to one of them, telling them to get to work in front of all the customers, making him feel embarrassed and making the costumers feel awkward because he was helping and doing his job. They were both working very well and there was no need for her to speak to him the way she did. This store is suppose to be all about peace, good vibes, and positivity, Diony Quioñes is the opposite. She’s bad vibes and definitely doesn’t fit in to earthbounds team.

Wow.... I’ve never experienced customer service as horrendous as I did today at earthbound. While the store represents zen, tranquility and relaxation the manager (Diones) on duty was the complete opposite! She was rude, loud, unprofessional, she was threatening to the point I thought she was going to swing. It was animalistic behavior that you would see in gangster movie. She has zero manners and it was just over all Hialeah trash

The cashier seemed to be gay and hitting on me hardcore while I was with my girlfriend. I told him that I was with my girlfriend and he asked if she needed another boyfriend. Absolute terrible customer service. Fire him immediately.
