We looked everywhere online for the perfect gown for my daughter’s quinces photos. I took it back to my youth by contacting Zayas. I spoke to Nora who was kind, helpful and professional. After listening to what my daughter was looking for, she helped us find THE gown for her. It ended up being the first one she tried on! The price was right, the service was impeccable. We had a wonderful experience. Give Zayas a try, you won’t be disappointed.

This place is horrible I rented a tuxedo that has a White stain in my right side of the jacket, I wore that tuxedo the entire event when I look at the pictures I saw the stain,I told the owner or manager of the storeAnd they did didn’t even care not even a discount. You got a check the entire tuxedo before rent.

Lily and the girls there are amazing! The service is beyond any dress boutique I have been to. The moment you walk in they are so sweet and detailed, they make sure they give you any all attention during your visit. Also the dress are beautiful and so much variety, we had a hard time trying to narrow the selection down. Even for the measurements after zurita was like your abuela funny and sweet! I definitely recommend for party dress rental, quince rental!

I’m very disappointed with this store. The gentleman that works there almost everyday took the sizes of all my groomsmen and my father and husbands father, and we’ve had to go back several times for changes because all the sizes were wrong. Then, I was promised that all the groomsmen shirt would match my husbands shirt which is ivory and when we picked up the suits, only my husbands was ivory. I was also promised vests under the jacket, which is written on paper and the gentleman said my husband had asked for everyone to not have one, and I went every single time with him so that’s a lie. It really bothers me that he didn’t want to take my word for certain things because it wasn’t on paper but then when It was convenient to him, he said yes the paper says that but your husband said he didn’t want it. Sorry sir, it’s not on paper so where’s your proof? He knew how unhappy I was, and I kept telling him I needed the vests and he repeatedly told me he didn’t have them, and then took it upon himself to yell at me as well as his wife or whoever the woman is that works there. Very unprofessional, and rude. Then proceeded to offer me pills to calm me down. Let’s talk about illegal now. It’s one thing to promise something and not deliver, but another thing to break the law. I kind of wish I went in there with a go pro to record him, because it’s not like I even yelled at him. I asked politely and he got angry and offered me pills. This man should be out of business for his poor people skills and for not abiding by the laws of this country. I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you like to be stressed the day before your big event. Worst service I’ve ever received anywhere, and I will never be back. I kinda feel like not even returning the suits, since he was done taking cash only... which by the way he charges an outrageous amount for the amount of work we’ve put in just going back and forth to get things fitted correctly. Maybe he should reimburse us for gas and time.

Zayas service & personnel including ladies who do alterations are excellent. My daughters Quince dresses yes 2 big quince gowns were made a reality with zayas help. Iverty took excellent care of my daughter from beginning to end. We were able to use dresses for photos before for party as well had the dresses with us for nearly 3 months after payment. Received my deposit as soon as they inspected the rental. Super excited to have chosen Zayas😀

Dont waste your time. They take forever to tend to their customers while people walk right in and get immediate service. God forbid your a walk in too they actually will let you sit there for hours until they close. Terrible service and completely unorganized.

The first time I went for the quinceanera of my daughter they gave me a price for the dress rent, when I went back to the months, the price was much more expensive (almost $ 700) The lady told me it was because the dress was new, but it turns out that the dress was dirty with candle bait, to which she claimed that it was only used once. I got the same dress less expensive and bought it in other place (even I lost the deposit it was worth not renting it there). I do not recommend this place at all.

I visited this store for the first time on a Saturday at 4:10pm I asked my husband to get down and make sure they were open, considering they close at 5. He got down to check if the door was open and gave me the thumbs up. He walks back to the car to help me with our child and a woman bolts out of the store and starts to lock up the store. I asked her “oh you guys are closing, I thought you guys close at 5?” She goes onto say that if God permits she’s long gone by 5 and asks what I needed. Obviously to look at dresses lady.After making me feel unwelcome she says come inside we have another 30 minutes. No thanks but I wish your business the best of luck.

Horrible service and horrible experience. Just left the store after waiting 2 hrs . I was a walk in but was tols they take walk ins along with appointments. I sat there for 2 hours and watched everyone after me come and go and not once did any of the staff look or attend to the “sign in sheet”. Once every half hour they would come and yell all any appointments?. It’s standard business practice that if you take both appointments and walk-ins you try to implement a system in place to accommodate both. I was serviced 7 years ago with my oldest for their prom dress also as a walk in and the service was outstanding. Perhaps it has exchanged owners because the whole vibe was completely different . You can’t just peruse through the dresses and try on, you have to be called and only 2 people are allowed in to see dresses from what the signage said and what I observed. It was terrible service and I decided to take my business elsewhere.

She was absolutely amazing and helpful, when it came to choosing my daughters Quince dress. We all said yes to the dress and there customer service. Would recommend this location to all my friends. Do not come to this place! The person that supposedly was helping name was Nora. She was super rude and combative. The comments she said made me speechless . I want Point she made it very clear that even though I was asking the questions she was only direct responses to the bride. She was obviously crazy. She kept running around and will not give direct answers. She would not allow more than two people to be inside the dressing room, even though I saw somebody else with multiple people in the room. The Jacksons looks cheap and heavily used. We were there for 2 hours just to try on 2 dresses. Super unprofessional stay away from this place. Found a better dress at the same price brand new at Davids Bridal.

Took my daughter for her SCHEDULED appointment. When arrived appointments werent validated. It was first come first serve. Dress was recommended by staff to my daughter. She tries it on only to discover by MY child a DEAD ROACH on the dress. The girl assisting her over reacted with embarrassment screaming at my child TAKE IT OFF. Definitely not professional in bad situation.

If it had the option for NO STARS I wouldn’t put any, went wedding dress shopping with my and 2 sister. For one I could not be in the room with my mom to see her trying on dresses and giving my opinion because there can’t be more than 3 people in the room with her. The people are VERY rude. As well as not much variety. DO NOT COME HERE!!

We got charged $40 for a tiny seam tear that was probably present at time of rental. Nearly unnoticeable tear is a $10 repair at most. Giving 2 stars since the dress was nice....

I went there yesterday to shop for my daughter quince dress. I had my sister and mom go also to enjoy this experience. When we got there the last tells us it could only be 1 person with the quinceanera which I found that strange being usually the rooms are very large. But I went with it leaving everyone behind. My daughter tried on a few dresses and every time she tried one on we have to walk all the way to the front of the store for someone to see her. During one of The Times that we went to the ICA woman come in with like 4 different people laughing with the front desk lady that was taking care of me which I found Very unfair being the she didnt even allow my sister to go into the sex and whether dropped his work just to look I dresses but because I guess she knew the people she was allowed to bring 5 different other people just to see her daughter and the dresses when I asked a lady she said O its not a big deal she just knows the lady. At that point I figured it would be best for me to just get my stuff and go I will tell you this place the stock especially the lady in the front is extremely rude unprofessional I trust no customer service whatsoever pushing me to buy in or rent a dress that I wasnt ready to make a decision saying that if I didnt rent it right away I can lose to dress well guess what I didnt get the dress their anyone thats looking to have a nice experience Whether its akin say for wedding dress do not go to this place you will be very disappointed

Beautiful Quinceanera dresses in Miami !!!!! The best My daughter looked beautiful on her fifteenth night. We wore crowns and pulses dresses. Very pleased with Lily Nora Julio and all the Zayas staff !!!! The best prices and the best human beings.

Good attention ... I only recommend that you check your merchandise well a thousand times before buying because I, in the excitement of having found the perfect dress to wear at my daughters wedding, ended up paying for a dress that became a torment the day of the ceremony because for each place that passed I was leaving sequins and beads .... I can only think that it was of use. In the end I paid $ 267.50 for the dress and then $ 70.00 for adjusting it to my size after 2 tests that took days. Apparently in the hustle and bustle of the place while I was doing my tests I did not notice how the ornaments fell, which later on in the silence of my house the day of the wedding while I was getting dressed I could realize but it was too late to back down Well, there were only hours left for the event. $ 337.50 was the price of my Torment or, perhaps, my excess of confidence in not reviewing such a disaster a thousand times. ..
