I went I went to shoe palace in westland mall yesterday because I needed to get some shoes for my kids. I was attended by Melissa and she was great, she had the patient to show me every single possibility that they had in there and I left super happy. My kids loved the shoes

I visited The Westland Mall for the First Time with my Two Kids yesterday. We Saw Shoe palace Which is a Store my kids love down in Cali .Although unfortunately When We got Here we Had to leave This Shoe Store Almost immediately after Hearing the music they were playing. Music was too explicit. Cuss word after cuss word. So Much for a Family Friendly Environment

Loved this store never seen it before ! I was approached by Sofia a super sweet young lady who helped me and my family find the perfect shoes for my father for Father’s Day . Definitely will be coming again soon! Great customer service !!!!

Not a bad place at all... Definitely a place to check out since everyone hits the usual Champs and Foot Locker and so on... this place is more than likely to have what youre looking for considering no one thinks of going into this store as much as the others. Service is on point fast and friendly...

Staff was friendly. I was coming to buy my son some shoes for his birthday. when i walked in i was greeted by jacky the manager she was awesome she showed my son a lot of new shoes that came out and she brought so many clothes to us that matched the shoes. we ended up buying some white grey and blue jordan and a couple tops. it was my first time here and i will be back to shop some more thanks jacky

I bought some shoes here not so long ago, and these worker name Sara was really helpful she made things way earlier for my family and me, thanks to her I got everything I was looking for!! Excellent help I got from her, she was a really loving co worker !! To add on they environment is really clean and very organized I really like these place, these will be my shoes store from now on .

The staff is very helpful. The assistant manager Jackie was very helpful and she had a lot of energy and I liked that about her. She was fast in and out of the back with my shoe and she got me out with 5 to 7 mins.

Management at this store is horrible and have attitudes only ones that seem to be nice is the men at the store but the blonde worker with curly big hair has a horrible attitude doesn’t seem worth approaching her or asking a question to only receive attitude back. Called to the store and the same manager who’s blonde picked up with a horrible attitude too. Never buying here again and I’ve reccomended to all my friends and family to not shop here.
