I love coming to AraVita! The boba tea is amazing but I always feel like only one person working is inconvenient. I know it’s not their fault but only one person working it gets slow at times.

I went yesterday with my best friend for the first time and I got one of their Halloween drinks and it was so good!! And the place was very chilling and the staff were nice too I highly recommend it coming here!!!

This place is absolutely great. The location is kind of small and tucked away but the decor is very cute. The menu is extensive and the staff is helpful in helping you pick and adjust your drink to your liking. The drinks were good and the boba had a perfect chew, I wish it was regular sized instead of mini but still good! Also the cups are so cute had to upgrade!

The experience my family and I had was awful. It took 20 minutes for them to get 3 drinks out and they didn’t even put in the 4th order. My drink was made incorrectly (I ordered oat milk because I’m severely allergic to dairy and they used 2%). All of the drinks were MUCH too sweet, and the service was generally lacking. I felt like they didn’t like that we were there and that every order was an inconvenience. Oh, they also didn’t have any toilet paper in the bathroom. :) I’m shocked that this place is surviving with the terrible quality of drinks and service.

Little advice to the owner of the establishment, if I were you I would definitely consider refreshing all your staff I’ve been coming here for years and I can guarantee I won’t go back for nothing, every time I go they never wanna give me what I order and tell me it’s closed 1 hour before closing. Or some lame excuse like they’re not doing slushy drinks but yet there’s ice and the blender works? Fire all of them and restart before THEY RUN YOUR BUSINESS TO THE FLOOR!!!!!

Dirty place, everything is always sticky. Drinks are too sweet. Customer service could be better. I give this place two stars because I like the inside. I went in today with my friends for the first time at 6PM and there was a long line. I get that the place is popular but this girl kept drawing on the cups and made the wait even longer. Did I mention the floors were really sticky 🤮?

Awsome, I have gone there 3 or 4 times great service and its very affordable. It delicious, very comfy, i just love it really recomend.

Okay maybe I just had a bad experience I dont know but are these supposed to just taste strongly of egg? I felt like I was eating soggy egg bread with syrup.. I waited for 40 minutes (which is reasonable amount of time since these are slow cooked) but it was not for me me, also I tried their milk tea crepe cake slice and let me tell you there was nothing that great about it. Super sad cause I really wanted to like this place.

Great boba, this girl Jasmine is very helpful! I never review but she has such great recommendations. I will be back to try out more drinks! Great place to hang out.

Food poisoning…be careful. Me and my husband had the lychee iced tea and wet 2 days with diarrhea and high fever.

There’s never ice, smoothies, or anything at night . And the workers just laugh about it. This place was definitely better before with the female employees

Received extremely poor customer service from this one girl on Monday in the evening time (5-6pm). She was really rude and has short black hair, not the other one with glasses. Now for the main reason I am writing this review: I saw the same girl use her fingers to pick up a piece of boba and put it back in my drink. I just threw out the drink after that. They need to be trained in restaurant hygiene, I didnt say anything in the shop because after what I saw I WILL NEVER come back in again. 0/10 will not recommend this bubble tea place. Horrific and disgusting experience.

I hate when the draw cats and fishes on the cups. The bubble tea is TOOOOO SWEET. I SAW THIS ONE GUY PUT HALF A CONTAINER OF SUGAR IN THE BLENDER. there’s better bubble tea places in the area like gongcha and leafy. The place looks really dirty too, it’s like they never clean in there.

Drinks are good. Service sucks. Music way too loud. Don’t say sorry when they mess it up and it’s like it’s your fault- you’re the problem- when you ask them for what’s on the receipt. Wasn’t willing to wait another 10 minutes so I just left with my water down drink. See you never.

I would say this is probably the best boba place in Pasadena! Im all about the cheese cream these days and Mottos is really excellent, and theres a good selection of real tea flavors (no powders). The boba was also quite good. I got a white peach oolong tea, regular sweetness, and it was not very sweet. Too bad they only do souffle pancakes on weekend afternoons.

Honestly i dont like writing reviews but this time I had to,I went yesterday for the first time with my son and I got the chai flavor with lychee boba and when i tasted it, it was sweet and had a metallic taste to it, the bobas pop in you mouth while you sip with the straw, my stomach got so bad minutes after and I felt like throwing up, I did not finish my drink and will not go back again, perhaps the milk was old and so was the bubba.i have tried other places and they have been good.

Workers are rude, and management apparently don’t know how to run a business. Just about half the items on the menu were out of stuck. Her excuse was “the place is popular” yet we’re the only customers in there. So I nicely told the worker if the items are so popular, as a boss I would order more of them so this doesn’t happen. 2 more customers walked in and she had to tell them the same thing “oh we have no more of this and that”On top of it all, the bubble tea wasn’t even good.

Very friendly staff members. I didnt enjoy my banana smoothie but they were able to fix the issue quick and made the smoothie better! Pricing is reasonable.

Great bubble tea but mediocre service. The girl serving us (I think her name is Emil or something) was careless and inattentive. She was eating Taco Bell.. And she took her time drawing in our cup instead of making our drinks. We don’t care about your drawings we want our drinks. It’s Fourth of July I have places to be.

The teas are great. My daughters live the Taro tea. Only reason Im giving it a 3 is because on a Saturday afternoon they only had one person taking and making orders. The wait was long.

Lady working the counter was absolutely miserable and not nice.She seemed like she didn’t want to work there. We asked a question and she gave a blanket answer that didn’t help at all.Asked for banana and peanut butter smoothie. She said they were out of peanut butter, but had Nutella. So I asked for Nutella and she raised her voice and told me she already said they were out of Nutella. I had 4 guests with me and they all said that wasn’t true.While making the drinks, she spilled a lot all over the counter and down the side wall.Didn’t say a word Toni’s after giving us our order. No thanks for stopping in or anything.I’ll never go back there!

I’m so confused at the 4.3 Rating this place has. Although the attendant was super kind and friendly....our smoothies were the worst drinks I’ve been made ANYWHERE! We ordered a Mango and a Pineapple smoothie and neither of them tasted like the fruit. Flat, tasteless, bitter and even the bobba tasted weird. We literally got in the car, took a couple of sips, looked for a trash can in the shopping center and threw them away. Definitely our 1st and last time. Sorry guys! I hate to give bad reviews specially to small businesses, but I hate wasting my money even more.

Its a simple and wonderful place, clean, easy to go, nice small size, go in and go out, not many tables inside, however still very good

Terrible customer service.Literally ...I stayed in front of the register while two of the workers where in front of me. They ignored my party and kept on doing whatever they were doing. Place was not busy at all, workers didn’t even great the customer or ask them to wait a little while they finish.The funny thing is that one of them look up straight to us, took her drink and drank her drink in front on us, didn’t even say “I will be with you shortly “ but just kept on doing something else.Disappointment as it most.

Its a great little place. We love the boba there. The only reason I dock off a star is that they sometimes blast really loud music and burn some strong incense. Since we do pick ups now anyways, I just skip going inside if I can. The place is nice and clean inside and the staff is super cool.

Those kids who work in the night time shift are so rude. Girl with the neon green hair did not want to let us because they were “closed” even though there was 10 minutes left for it to close. I guess she didn’t feel like making me and my two friends some tea. Ridiculous.. Terrible customer service. Will never go here again.

Before going I had never tried bubble tea. The staff seemed more confused than I was and was really no help. Since the staff couldn’t really explain what drinks had or were, I ended up settling with a strawberry smoothie which was nothing special and I could of gotten anywhere else. It wasn’t terrible but it was super sweet.

First Time having Bubble Tea and it wont be my last such a cute place as well {Update} I felt really sick and my grandma as well after we had it we felt sick to our stomach

I have been here 3 times. the first two was about two years ago and the bubble teas were ok not totally authentic but decent enough for me to return. This time I got a blended taro and it was watery and had not alot of flavor but the worst part was the bubbles idk if they were old, a cheap brand or what makes them taste like this but they had a strong metallic flavor .. metal ... iron idk. thats happened before at a different place but here it was so strong I tasted one bubble and had to spit it out, It was bad enough for me to not want to come back here again. It would be too much of a gamble to spend 8$ on a large bubble tea and not know whether its going to be alright at best or real bad.

Hands down, the undisputed best boba tea place in South Florida. A banana boba smoothie isn’t flavoring, it’s actual banana. All natural ingredients means all natural taste and quality.The taste is exquisite and the menu options are flexible. I wish there were more of these places in Broward and Palm Beach. Nothing in Florida compares to the tapioca—or any smoothie here, for that matter.

The worst experience ever the lady at the counter was working on someone’s order took her 15 minutes plus her boyfriend was sitting behind the counter on the phone while he was talking about the messages and she did not even look at our face she did finish this lady‘s order and she went to her boyfriends phone asking him what happened what happened like she’s trying to solve her personal problems at the phone and forgot about us completely we was desperately waiting and waiting I end up leaving the store with a bad attitude the lady should know who is that person is someone have to fix this issue I can never come to the store again.

I was so excited to get my boba tea but the lack of enthusiasm and basic help to their customers make me disappointed. It is a beautiful place but they should train their employees to be helpful instead to just make excuses for not taking your order. I felt sad that their excuses was oh sorry we can not take your order because we are about to are leaving at 7:00pm when the place close at 11:00pm. We could not buy the tea because they also did not have any bubbles.

Every time I go, the actual tapioca pearls (boba) are old. You can visually see them in the drink. Some are dark and fresh while the old ones are faded brown. You can even taste it in the texture! The new ones are nice and chewy while the old ones are soggy and hard. It’s a hazard if they continue to combine the old boba with the new ones...

Horrible place, both the product and the workers.Me and my friend went there TWO hours before closing time and ordered a Boba tea and a mocha coffee. The second I mentioned coffee the cashier and other staff looked at each other clearly annoyed and didn’t hesitate to say to my face that they had just cleaned the coffee machine (insinuating how annoying it was for them make the coffee ) AGAIN, TWO HOURS BEFORE CLOSING TIME.As if this was not enough, when I received the dreaded “coffee” it tasted basically like still warm dirty chocolate water which I immediately threw away because I couldn’t drink it. My friend’s boba pears were soggy and tasted old. She also couldn’t finish her drink.Overall worst experience ever. This is my very first bad review anywhere. But I had to share.

Delicious bubble tea and nice personal

Personally I’m not one to write reviews, but I’m a little disappointed. I ordered bubble tea because the website says curbside pick up due to the virus, they even have a huge flyer outside the shop stating that they’ll bring it out to your car. I had to wait a while and then decided to call, the man said I had to come inside to pick it up. Aside from that, they have a flyer on the door saying that all customers must wear a mask to enter the store, yet I saw multiple people without masks go in. NOT TO ADD that the worker himself was not wearing a mask. They might as well take down both signs because they don’t require masks and they will not bring your order out to you!

My favorite thing to get here is the boba tea, it is so good and so are the smoothies, the smoothies are also really good. The service here is really good and I like how some of the people who work there remember my orders from my previous visit. This place is great 5⭐️

I love this place so much! They make amazing boba tea and I come here like once a week. The employees always help you decide out of all the drink options. The atmosphere is amazing and they have board games so you can enjoy the night. They stay open late and its a chill hangout spot.

This is my absolute favorite place to get bubble tea! I’ve never really had a problem until today. I walked In at 10:55am and didnt notice they open at 11:00am. Normally I would Say “ I’m sorry” and just wait outside. The employee quickly gave me attitude. There’s ways to speak to someone, specially a costumer and that wasn’t it. I grabbed My stuff and left.

Quaint, comfy, little cafe with an owner with a heart of gold. The food menu is very limited but the latte I ordered was PERFECTION. Planning on visiting this sparkling clean jewel of a place soon and often!!! Skip Starsucks..this place is the real deal and the owner truly cares about satisfying the customer. They also offer Bubble teas in an array of flavors... Im trying one of those next time!!

This place is awesome! As a wheelchair user sometimes is hard to have an accesible bathroom. This case there were organizing inventory and I couldn’t get through. However STEVE, was willing to help me out and we made it work. Thank you for the great costumer service. I usually go to pick up, but now Ill for sure just enjoy the coffee at the shop.

This place sells very tasty drinks and the atmosphere is very relaxing. They have an assortment of boardgames, but its a little on the small side, so you might want to bring your own if youre planning on playing with your pals. The inside is nice and modern with couches and a lot of coffee related art work and phrases on the wall, a very nice place indeed! My favorite drink is vanilla with ice and the black boba.

Smoothies are good. This place is good when they actually get your order right. Ordered via Postmates three times, only once was it correct. Won’t order again. The first time they left out the boba from my boba tea. The second time everything was accurate and good. Most recently I ordered a turkey panini and was given a ham and cheese sandwich. Not a panini, no turkey and non of the other ingredients that are supposed to be in it. I’ve ordered it before and know how it is supposed to be prepared. They also had the nerve to write turkey panini on the box, when it clearly was not that. Won’t be ordering again, maybe when things open normally again I’ll give it a try. At least then I can be there in person to check my order.

Ordered through GrubHub for the first time. Very quick, despite living 30 mins away. My sister really wanted to try it from here, and Id never had boba before. I got the cookies and cream, and she got a fruit tea with popping boba. The blend was really good, but I just realized I hate black boba lol! So chewy and tasteless, I spit them all out. BUT I would definitely return to try the others due to the reasonable price. My sisters fruit tea was awesome, but I underestimated the boba taste and consistency lol wasnt for me :)

*NO MASKS ON STAFF* Thought I should make it known that they dont wear masks here for anyone who cares. One employee wore mask down on her neck instead of on face. Other had nothing on. I tried ordering online for curbside pickup and they didnt even start making it until we came inside and told them about our order 15 minutes later.

This place is just really inconsistent. Some employees care and some couldn’t care less. Today I had to deal with one dude who was too busy talking to his buddies to take an order, a girl who couldn’t be bothered, and had to ask for my smoothie to be remade twice because it was too watery. They couldn’t get it right the second time so I got a refund. I went yesterday night and the guy there was great. Managers gotta do a better job at hiring and emphasizing customer service.

Nice tea/coffee spot. They have almond milk for Vegans! i got the mint chocolate slushy frappe. Delicious. Im pretty sure the music is selected by the person running the shop at the time, which seems to be good each time I goWould be cool if they used compostable cups/ straws etc!!!

Pretty good. I enjoy the boba frappe type. Recommend green tea with lychee boba and the taro (tastes like fruit loops) with the regular boba.

The boba teas here are actually very good. I revisit this place every so often just for that. Otherwise, I think the location needs a bit more organization. By that I mean, more work efficient employees and maybe not leaving all the inventory delivery on the floor limiting the space to even walk to the counter. I would give another star for good employees and one more for better food options.

I like bubble tea and Aravita delivers. The prices are on the high side but when you need your bubble tea fix youll pay it. They have different flavors and they also sell coffee (which I have had and the coffee there is great too), they have snacks they sell which I dont recommend because they are not made at the premises.

My first time in this place today, product was delicious but the employee was far from welcoming or friendly. Really besides quality customer service makes all the difference, I wouldve give it a 5 if I was treated better.

Really chill place (for a younger crowd though)! Has board games and people coming in all the time. Free Wifi. Good boba tea, but heads up: if you want black boba (free) and an extra boba topping, make sure to ask for the black boba AND the topping. I assumed theyd give me the black boba (since its free) and just asked for a taro boba tea with lychee boba topping and ended up without black boba (basically they replace the black boba with the topping if you dont specify you want both). Also, this place gives you a choice of iced or slushed (smoothie-like) boba tea.

Best bubble tea in South Florida. Before living in Florida I frequented hardcore Asian bubble tea houses so I have high expectations. They have fresh fruit versions (order a smoothly and add pearls/bobba/tapioca balls). The pearls are fresh. The drinks arent overly sweet which is a common prob a lemon in South Florida. Prices are reasonable. Hopefully they open another location (Pines Blvd would be good).

I asked for a strawberry smoothie, and they keep giving me this slushy type of tea. I ask for a smoothie again and they give me some super sweet syrup based drink that tasted absolutely bad. I used to love them but the new employees are garbage

Used to love this place, I walked in because I was craving some bubble tea but I was immediately turned off by the obnoxious rap they were playing (was expecting more coffee house type music). Also one of the workers was very loud and was cursing the entire time. Its no wonder this place was empty. What used to be a relaxed coffeehouse that you could feel comfortable bringing family and friends now seems like an empty place that only druggies and bums would be drawn to.

This place is delicious, I ordered the Almond shake and It was glorious. The place is immaculately clean, Ludy was very helpful and made great suggestions. Recommended from me a satisfied customer.

Always have issues ordering from them from uber eats.however this order just tops it.from my past experience it looks like no one wants to work after 10pm, how we they are listed open until 1am.I currently placed an order, Uber estimates 15-20 min. order time & delivery time.I have been waiting 1 hour 10 minutes for them to prepare - 1x cappuccino, 1x bubble tea and a cheese croissant, really?Tried calling their listed number, endless rings - let the phone ringing for 5 minutes and no response.Clearly their staff isn’t capable or they just don’t carestay clear of this place, this place doesn’t shouldn’t be in business ✌🏻

Been here a couple times with friends. This place aint worth going to. Better off making your own bubble tea at home. I was here last week and they took literally over 15 mins to make me a basic thai milk tea, they didnt even let me know that it would take a little longer because they had to boil some pearls. I figured it out on my own. After I got the drink it was a mouthful of powder and milk. Also very pricey, no bueno.

Ive only had the boba tea here, and it never disappoints. I usually get the traditional taro root tea with black tapioca bobas-- so good! Ive been wanting to try other flavors, but dont want to regret it since taro is my fav. They even give you the alternative of using almond milk, which already deserves an extra star review in my opinion. If you dont like your drinks too sweet, you can ask for less sugar; and have the option of serving your drink over ice, or blended like a smoothie.

Coffee was good, service was good. Its a late night coffee hanger out for a young crowd. The young crowd were playing some dominos and cards, so all in all a good vibe. Not many pastries but a lot of people were ordering grilled cheese sandwiches.
