By the way it looked I can only believe that this store is closing. It’s appearance inside was depressing. The store appeared to be dimly lit and the employees looked liked robots or zombies, I asked a question regarding computer monitors and only got a blank look. This place has no computer monitors to look at and compare. Only a small picture of what I guess they may be able to order???? Wow, what a change! I won’t be coming back here and if all the other stores are the same I won’t be buying any more office equipment at Office Depot either.

Very unfortunate this store has one employee working. He doesnt know how to communicate or keep a line of customers. You can do better Robert.

After years of using Office Depot for supplies and scanning my interior design renderings Im going to take my business else wear. I was told today by Ada the copy attendant which was directed by her supervisor that they do not offer the scanning service behind the counter anymore and that I have to use the do it your self scanners which make my artwork not worth doing business with Office Depot anymore.

The Internet indicates the store is open at 8A to 8p.... Got to the store and it says 9 o’clock in the morning have people out here waiting thinking that they open up at eight miss leading we have deliveries to do. Please have at least the website corrected on the Internet so people don’t waste your time

Very bad service I ordered curbside 2 hours ago and they still have not processed the order.

Karen llanos was very helpful and understanding in the printing department, she helped me print & scan papers. Shes very nice and made my visit fast and without delays. I have been to this location before and received bad service by someone else who works there. But Karen made up for it. Thank you!

Great customer service. They have done prints for us when our printers are not working and quality is good. Also office supplies are available at reasonable pricing.

Horrible printing service. I came made the line .. waited patiently to print 7 simple invitations the lady and guy that work there said they won’t be able to do a front and back printing job. Total waste of my time. How can a printing service place NOT be able to print 7 invitations front and back in color? This was ridiculous. I’m not motivated to leave bad reviews as much as I was today. The guy at the printing desk told me to return at 1pm cause that’s when the “technician” that does that comes. Aren’t they suppose to knowHow to do printing jobs?! The lady at the printing desk also seemed super annoyed by my request. .. like if I was asking her to change the Oil of my car. Seriously terrible. Never returning.

Could be 5 but while In store he customer service is the the best! What do I mean by this? That associates will see you on he isles and not say hi nor ask you if you need to find something!However they did take out the cabinet I bought all the way out to the car that was nice!

This store gets a 1 star because of who the store manager is. I remember him from when he was the store manager at the Pembroke Pines office depot, and he not only ran that store horribly, but i was shocked to see him at this store other day for the following reason... He exposed himself to a female worker at the Pembroke Pines store. That worker quit on the spot and called corporate and who knows else about what happened, Jose was *gone* like that soon after. Now, why Office Deport kept him and just moved him to another store [this Hialeah store] and not fired him, is utterly disgusting. That alone is NOT worth giving this company your business. Go to Staples. Avoid this place. Dont give business to people like the store manager Jose or to Office Depot at all.

This company was forced to pay out more than 25 million dollars just weeks ago FOR STEALING AND LYING TO CUSTOMERS - THEY LIED and had software saying EVERYONES Computer that was brought in for a check up had a virus even when there was NO VIRUS. This company is CRUD. It Is full of liars and thieves - DO NOT GO THERE. DO NOT HONOR A THIEVING COMPANY WITH YOUR BUSINESS PLEASE DONT. We had a 2 year protection plan that the cashier put it on the wrong merchandise but they were able to honor it, very pleased with the customer service experience.

Worst customer service from rep Kalid and Robert .Will be reporting them to Office Depot corporate .Surprise they still have a job with Their work ethics .Told me they would place a product on hold for me for pick up ask me for a name and I drove 1 hr away to go get it when I get to the store they stated they sold it to someone else and did not even ask for a name . At this point why ask for a name or tell me that you will place it on hold . They did not want to answer the question Like if this was not a valid question if you want to be disrespected and feel the lack of customer service this is the place to go .

Went to buy a clip board, I no option but to buy 3 for $7.99 plus tax. It seem to expensive so I went to a dollar store and found one for a $1.59 tax included

The lines are mostly always fast and the people there are super nice

It took over an hour to get service for a fax transmission. It was 11 pages and they were charging $25.62, because the “954” (Broward) is considered “long distance” transmission. Asked several clerks for assistance and no one directed us to the self-service stand, but rather directed us to go back to the line again. The worst customer service experience!

If you want to have something printed, AVOID THIS STORE. they have the most useless people working there. i sent them my photos TWICE to be printed and apparently they never got the orders. my status showed that they had printed them but they kept telling me they never got the files. literally no one is the store knows whats going on. im a very patient person, but this was the worse service ive ever had.

Charge me $2.50 for one copy and then after tells me if I would have used the self service it would have been $0.12 Office Depot pays their employees and then we have to pay Office Depot $2.50 for their service not cool Office Depot

If I could put 0 Star I would!Its amazing that the service is so BAD.I have done 2 times and there is only 1 person attending, when there is a row of 4 people, while the manager and another employee cleaning a photocopier machine. First it should be the attention to the building but No!They care more about cleaning than attention. In 2 occasions I waited for more thanhalf an hour and when my turn comes he tells me that I have to leave it for the next day because they close at 3 oclock. It is a lack of respect !

They do not respect the online registration Virtual Line, they send you a text message that you only have 1 minute to wait and when you arrive you have to make a line of 10 people .... I thought this was to improve the lines due to the situation Covid 19, but they still make you wait. For a single copy they charge you the price of 10 copies, they say that it is the policy .....
