The customer service at the pharmacy is terrible. The staff as a whole in the pharmacy has such a lack of regard and overall training in the systems that is detrimental to anyone seeking. help. I was embarrassed trying to purchase Claritin D - collectively the 3 people involved in looking at the screen could not figure out what a different CVS store so kindly explained in under a minute with a smile. This is not the first incident. There is a wide-spread tolerance for lack of customer service that management continues to overlook.

It is so close to the airport it seems like a viable option to go to fill your prescriptions working for an airline, but do not go. They have a very passive-aggressive staff that will treat you differently because you struggle to speak Spanish. They are very unorganized and have no apparent chain of command, and dont bother making an appointment to pick up your RX. Even if you show up four hours later, they will not have it ready. Look at you, smile, and say it is not prepared to come back in an hour. CVS corporate should do an internal operations audit and genuinely understand that customer service is an imperative component in a pharmacy, and its customers should come first.

If you go to the pharmacy to pick up anything just make sure you bring snacks because you’ll be there for an hour waiting and waiting .. inside standing and outside in the car lol I have not seen of such a thing in my life aha it’s like just one person is workingit doesn’t seem like there’s team work inside at all helping one another

So strange that they have such terrible reviews. Ive never had any issues going here. The pharmacy is always packed and they are are super busy so I always check my cvs app to make sure my prescription is ready before going. They are always super helpful too. Only issue is finding someone to open the razors but I see that same issue across all stores that I purchase this item from.

Customer service sucks when you call. It takes more than 3 minutes with an automated machine to get out of a covid and pharmacy menu if you simply want to talk to someone. I had to do this twice. I finally reached someone the third time and they said that they would let me speak to the manager. They hung up the phone. I called again and I have been on hold 17 minutes without an answer.

As a medical professional, hands down one of the worst pharmacies I and other colleagues have ever had to deal with. Never answers the phone, never hears voicemails from providers regardless of new Rx changes. Pharmacists and staff are extremely unhelpful. Would highly urge everyone to switch to a different CVS.

Horrible place to get vaccinated. They make you wait outside for 45 minutes to an hour in the heat, even if you have an appointment. Nobody comes to help, and when you ask to come inside they treat you very disrespectfully. Would not recommend.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! THE WORST CVS EVER!!! Impossible or them to answer the phone. After waiting over 45 min they hang up on you, and this happens all the time. Not even other CVS pharmacies can get through to them. Once they picked up and only said rudely we have 16 calls...hold, no greeting, no nothing and then proceeded to hang up on me about 10 minutes later. The front of the store confirms that they have many customers calling them because they dont know what else to do, and this does not work either. Terrible management, terrible service, don;t care about the health of their patients. Moving all of my families prescriptions to a company that has some sort of knowledge of what service should be. CVS has no idea what service means. This is extremely disappointing and shows lack of management. It is the company culture.

My go to pharmacy. Not to mention, its apart of my insurance prescription plan. Yes there are other locations but this one is convenient to everything that I do on a daily basis.I typically go through the drive thru and the staff there is always nice. I have never had any issues with my prescriptions or getting them filled.I like this location and will continue to come back.

Customer service here is really bad, was told my medicine was going to be ready in 1 hour, 3 hours later and is still not ready, the lady at the pick up register has a bad attitude and has no idea what shes doing. Also the phone says there 8 callers waiting and no one tends to the phone.

Believe the poor reviews. Doctor sent prescriptions at 11 am. I was told they would be ready at 3pm the first time I went. After hours of waiting, I tried calling. Huge mistake because I was on hold for over one hour. NO ONE EVER ANSWERED. Given that we had a medical emergency and would not go to the hospital because of Covid, I showed up and they filled it while I stood there watching. My family member had been in excruciating pain with severe medical condition and they took 5 hours to fill a prescription that they ultimately Filled in the 10 minutes I stood at the counter refusing to leave without the meds. Horrible experience.

Worst pharmacy ever call since 9 am they assure me that my medicine was gonna be ready by 2pm I went in at 6 pm and it was not ready minding you that the waiting line was horrible 30 minutes for nothing !!!! Every time (this has happened several times) I have a doctor send in a prescription to this location it is never ready for pickup several hours later. For example, my doctor sent in a prescription for a cream for a rash my daughter had at 10am. I call at 8:30pm to verify I can stop by and pick it up. Im told it not ready. They will make it now but it will be up to 2 hours until its ready. A topical cream comes pre-made in a tube, not a whole lot to make. What is the point of having a a prescription sent directly to the pharmacy if more than 8 hours later its still not ready and you have to wait anyway. Just print me the prescription and Ill go sit at the pharmacy and wait. At least I know what to expect. I continue to go here since it is the closest 24hr pharmacy to my house. NO MORE! I will drive out of my way to go somewhere where the employees are competent and do their job.

The drive through is closed. Theres long wait lines inside. You call ahead to see if your faxed prescription has been filled no one answers the phone. 2 days now calling no one answers. Ive gone 2 times to check to see if medications are ready only to be told that they didnt have it in stock and that I have to return in 24 hours. 😔 if my medical plan would take Walgreens I would happily return to them.

I was there on 3/18/2018 between 12 - 1 pm the store was nearly empty when i was trying to pay my groceries. I stood in front of the register where the manager was standing and she simply ignored me and kept playing with her phone. I had to walk back to the pharmacy reception in order to pay for my items. She had fake blonde hair and had a nasty demeanor. CVS stop hiring garbage please. Not to mention all the young people who work there are always drinking during work hours!

Some of the staff was nice and the lay out of the store was nice but here is why Im only giving one star. Majority of the staff cant speak English and there spanish isnt that better. There running around opening wine bottles on the clock and drinking in front of us like its kosher. I asked for help to get razors and they didnt even know where the keys were. The yelling and singing inappropriate songs. I was with my 7 year old. Why does she need to know about p***y and kush at 7 cause this guy wants to sing bad bunny. There are no carts or baskets cause they have all been stolen according to the staff. There was only one staff member that was there and she just seemed apologetic for her coworkers behavior she apologized and was extremely helpful shes the only reason I even give 1 star. Who ever the district manager is for this CVS. You need new staff bruh.

THE CVS AT 101 HIALEAH DR. PHARMACY IS THE MOST UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL PHARMACY IVE VISITED! LA FARMACIA QUE NO TIENE NINGUNA ÉTICA NI PROFESSIONALISMO! I went last night to pick up Xopenex Inhaler for my 15 year old daughter who was experiencing breathing conditions and the woman at the drive through window was the most unprofessional, unenthical, rudest, street raised language I have ever encountered at a pharmacy and/or a place where professionals are supposed to offer professional customer service!! Due to an insurance discrepancy, I asked her to please re-verify and help me out that my daughter needs the inhaler. This individual asked me in a very rude matter: What do you think?! Im going to give you the medication for free?! I said, No. I know theres not such thing as free medication. I am not asking you to do that. (She insulted me with that comment!) With the info you have though youre able to help out if youd wish to do so. She said: What do you think Im going to do your job?! You have to get out of the line, park and call the ins. comp. yourself! And hurry! Theres a line of cars waiting behind you! I got more offended, and said: No! Theyll have to patiently wait as I had to wait for nearly 35 mins. to get here. So please give me a minute. I am going to call the father of my kids re: the insurance info. He works for the city and know he has not stopped paying the insurance, so theres got to be a discrepancy. I know the ins. has not been canceled. She saw me reach for my phone and a man picks up the phone and says: Can I help you?! With an attitude! I replied: No, thank you. Shes helping me. He said: Ive heard all the conversation! You have to get out of the line! There are other people waiting! Mind you, I am talking to the father of my kids and hes hearing what this man is saying. So the father of my kids said, let me text you a picture of the ins. card and verify against the copy you have; but trust me! You know I cant stop paying the kids insurance by court order!(which I knew) I said: Heres a pic with the updated ins. info! And this rude man in a loud tone said: Leave or come inside! We do not take ins. info. by drive thru this window is for pick up only!! I said: Youre incorrect! Why are you quick to do so when Ive come with new ins. card and new Rx by drive thru?! Is it because its new business?! Means money to you?! This man made the ugliest and unprofessional hand gesture as I was driving off and told him: You and your coworkers Latin Hialeah attitude is freaking unprofessional!! Mind you, I had my 15 year old daughter and 12 year old son with me in the car. The were shocked about the whole thing!! My daughter saw I was very upset and became agitated and nervous causing her heart to accelate and said: Nevermind mom!! Lets just go home!! I said: No!! You need your medication and Im going to go inside! She was so nervous!! So as Im standing in line inside to be attended, those two are making unnecessary comments and laughing about the situation. My daughter said: Mom, theyre talking about you! I said: I know! A young lady, asked: whos working on such and such medication (name) and the unprofessional by the drive thru window yells out: Thats the nut case by the window with the insurance problem! So I raised my voice and said: I am here and can hear what youre saying! So they became silent. Finally, a young man called for the next person in line and asked: Can I help you? I sarcastically replied: I hope so! And without the unprofessional Hialeah Latin attitude as those two rabble have! This young man admitted to hearing all that had happened and was very apologetic! Agreed that all was unprofessional and uncalled for! I asked for the pharmacy managers name and called him this morning to inform all of the above. I hope he does take dissiplinary action against those two individuals as he said he would. Transferred my daughters Rx to Walgreens on East Dr.When Ive shopped there, Ive heard same treatment on the elderly! BTW: Im Latin!

This place is an absolute disaster at the moment. The lines for the pharmacy are always very long. Be prepared to wait. I have gotten texts saying my meds are ready, but when I go get them, theyre not ready. The CVS app will say that I can pick up a medication, but when I get there, they will say that the prescription was denied and they have to call the pharmacist. Thus hapoens all the time. Today I had a confrontation with a woman who wanted to cut the long line in front of me. She had told the lady who was two places ahead of me to hold her place in line so she could shop while someone held her place in line. She came back when it was my turn. This woman had a few rotten teeth left in her mouth. We got into a loud argument (no profanities) when I refused to let her cut in front of me. The man who was with her had to be restrained by her at least 3 times and he said if I kept arguing his wife would hit me. I told him that if she did, Id call the police. I am sure the CCTV will show a woman restraining a man from getting too close to me. I asked all the pharmacy staff to do something. Nobody behind the counter wanted to get involved. Finally, a lady from the floor, possibly an assistant manager, comes out and tells us that we cant raise our voices there and to take it to the street. I tell her I am a cancer patient and that holding a pkace in line is not right. She refused to say anything more. That was her way of addressing it. I stopped engaging the line cutter and she stopped yelling and went away. There were four senior citizens behind me. Nobody thought there was anything wrong with holding a place in line. Nobody on staff spoke English at any time. I always have to switch to Spanish when Im there. I am usually a very soft-spoken person, but I just went through bilateral breast reconstruction/DIEP flap procedure which is a huge operation and Im in pain. I dont think its right to cut in line in front of sick people and the elderly.

I left my prescription and been waiting for my medicine for three days and it hasnt been ready I called three times and the employees pick up the phone say hold and put you back on hold without hearing me out or asking me what I need! I finally speak with Erick the tech in charge and tells me that he would call now to know why the medicine hasnt arrived after three days. Unacceptable! I have my mother with CHRONIC back pain and have been waiting for her Medicine. Erick just stated call back and maybe will have an answer!!!! It is the most unethical pharmacy that I know, two days waiting for a medicine for a child, not only that, the lack of communication between them to be able to give a reason or explain why the delay, they solve everything by saying come in two hours. In the end, everyone plays with your time and is even disrespectful.My recommendation is to go to another pharmacy, do not waste time, nor do you have to go through the bad time that I happen, for that reason I leave my comment. This CVS is close to my work so I made the mistake twice of sending my subscription there.
