No receipt at pump, cashier ( lady ) is very rude when I asked for receipt.I would not recommend this place for anything..

They think they can be rude to customers because they have the lowest price in the neighborhood. Someone needs to send them back to school to learn the correct way to speak to customers or fix the pumps so that you can get your receipt at the pump and not have to deal with them.

The store clerk claimed they were closed, when in fact the posted business hours were 9:00-9:00pm. The lights were on but he locked the door and first stated they closed at 8:00pm, but I told him it was 7:55pm. He then stated the store closes at 7:30pm. I’m a 57 year old disabled black female and I believed the clerk refused to render service to me, although the lights were on and it stated the business hours. It saddens me that I received that type of service from Shell. I’ve always held this establishment to the highest esteem.

BE AWARE! FRAUD!!! IF you are going to use your Rewards Card to pump gas at this location DO NOT DO IT! They will STOP the Pump on purpose. You will loose your credit on the card, and if you ask them for any assistance they claim they do not know anything. This is the second time this occurs to me and the last! Unbelievable! This gas station should not be partaking in ANY promos with other companys. Total crooks - youve been warned

This guy always closes early, then says my boss said to close. He definitely lying how is an owner gonna close 20 minutes before and lose those costumers just because that lazy guy never wants to work?

Even though they closed at 8pm, I arrived around 815pm and the Shell gas station attendant turned on the pumps and allowed me to get fuel for my vehicle.

A little weird place and do not accept my Alt ID reward at the pump, you have to go inside and make up a price that is going to fill up your tank... I hate that...

Only Spanish spoken here. Automatic credit card for gas pumping not in vogue. Even if you have credit card the Latino clerk has to see your card and limit what you can buy. English only customers will get frustrated. Not a friendly place.

It is so stupid that they turned it off. I talked with the clerk cashier told me that it was closed. I told them I pay for credit card, but it is still closed. It is not 24 hours!!!!

The woman currently working today at this time is the worst. The lady doesnt want to work. She talks to you sitting from a chair using her cell phone, for her it is a nuisance to attend the counter. I went to buy some items, one of them was broken and I went to change it and even insults the woman said. I will definitely never go back. Its a shame that such a good location and brand of gasoline has people like her working there.
